21/10/2025: The new management is excellent. It seems to be a more popular place. The aperitifs are good, prices are average. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can eat inside the bar or in the gallery.

14/01/2026: A small bakery with a few groceries. I find their bread very good, the kind you never tire of. I also discovered that during the Christmas season they make artisanal panettone. I haven't had a chance to try it, but I'll try it next year, possibly.

23/11/2025: Opening hours are incorrect. When I arrived at 22.05 it was closed. On maps the information is until 24.00. When I pointed this out the man shrugged his shoulders and walked away. On the door the sign tell until 22.00. This is two weeks ago and still not updated the opening hours on maps. Unprofessional.

08/09/2025: The lady is such a kind and caring person. Very friendly and very helpful! A heart-shaped pizza surprise doesn't happen very often, so thank you for that! We'd be happy to come back when we're in the area. And it tastes delicious!

21/12/2025: A quick double aperitif before a business dinner. I'd never been there before. It's a bit difficult to find because there's no sign that's clearly visible from the street, but I'd say it's an excellent wine bar.

01/02/2026: The owners were kind and courteous, but the first course wasn't great. The table service was practically nonexistent. The lady waiting on tables disappeared for half an hour, and we were also the only ones dining before anyone else arrived. However, I repeat, the owners are great people, especially the cook and the owner. The founder of the restaurant was also there, an exceptional person. Unfortunately, I can't give more than 2 stars. Maybe I'll come back, hoping for better next time and to increase my rating.

07/09/2025: The rooms are simple yet well-maintained. They don't have the usual chipboard furniture, but rather wooden furniture and wrought-iron beds. The rooms vary in size, as this hotel is housed in a converted farmhouse. The bathrooms are clean and a good size. The property, in my opinion, is very beautiful. It is nestled in the Porto Levante lagoon with a garden and private parking. For those who need or desire tranquility and silence, this place is perfect. The property is also well-maintained and well-maintained. The staff is friendly. It is located close to the long embankment and just a few minutes from the Via delle Valli, so it also offers opportunities for walking or cycling. Nearby restaurants are within walking distance, so you don't need to drive. The location is very beautiful. You can enjoy the stunning sunsets and the passing flocks of flamingos and other birds that inhabit these areas. The breakfast is good, with the option of ordering cappuccinos or other beverages as desired. I especially recommend it to those who need to unwind and enjoy a few days of relaxation. The photo of the river is not taken from the structure itself, but from the long embankment in front of it.

14/09/2025: I went there for the first time recently...the pizza wasn't what it looked like in the photos, it was practically a cookie!!! The owner wasn't very friendly. I don't recommend it.
