I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the chef and the entire team at Le Calandre for the extraordinary experience we had last night. It wasn't just a meal, but a real journey through surprising flavours, bold combinations and refined emotions.
Each dish was a discovery, a story told with elegance and mastery. The impeccable service, the atmosphere with attention to detail and the attention paid to each guest made the evening unforgettable.
Thank you for accompanying us on this sensorial journey: it was a gift for the palate and the soul.

Typical dishes, sublime taste and served with a touch of creativity! I went last night with my partner for the third time in a year. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to discover real Mexican cuisine.
07/05/2025: Elegant and welcoming restaurant, clean and refined. Typical traditional Mexican menu, fast and precise service. Fresh and moderately spicy food. Daniele and his collaborators were very friendly and helpful. We'll be back.

03/05/2025: always a point of reference for the very high quality of each ingredient and each dish we tried the takeaway experience for Easter and this time too not only were we not disappointed but rather we were surprised by the 1000 flavors that exploded at home in the convenience of finding everything ready

13/04/2025: I go to Pizza Regina every time I can, it's the best takeaway pizza I can find in the Sarmeola di Rubano area.
The kids, all young, are polite which combined with a good product, for me, adds value.
Their delivery service is done by smart guys and is punctual, they have never been late. The pizzas arrive to you hot as they should be. And they also bring it to you on the piano.
To this day I don't change it with anyone.

Excellent ingredients, perfect leavening... And then Eddy's secret cooking!
You know when you've finished eating and you'd still eat another one??
And no, I'm not paid for this review...

I had a sopressa as an appetizer. Rather miserable, 3 slices (of salami by the way), 2 very thin slices of very common cheese from Lidl and some fennel on the side
For the first course, bigoli with ragù. Here too, a miserable portion and the sauce was a very normal ragù that I could have made at home.
Dessert: patient, good but still a miserable portion (8€)
The whole thing was 45 (forty-five/00) euros per person. For 45€, I'll go to Pedrocchi or Ex Foro. What a disappointment.

07/02/2025: Point of reference for workers in the area: excellent food, plentiful and always fresh, wide choice especially of side dishes, there is always at least one fish-based second course. More than honest price and 50 cent coffee in the bar corner at the entrance. Fast service even at peak times, they accept the main meal vouchers. Keep it up!

25/04/2025: Pizza arrived on time, but barely warm and burnt. Below it was burnt and the cornice was also burnt, very dry and hard. Based on the ratings I would have expected much more, maybe mine was just an unfortunate case, however I will not try my luck with this pizzeria again.

19/03/2025: Small place but very clean from what I saw. We got some takeaway pizzas with my friends to eat at home.
The pizza: shallow and not very crunchy, good but not "wow".
Friendly and welcoming staff.
Roadside parking not easy to find. Place close to the historic center (in case you want to take a walk inside the walls afterwards).

10/04/2025: I'm still reviewing here sitting at the table...I have lunch here once a month when I come for work and I must say that it is the best oriental restaurant I have tried, a refined place, friendly staff, excellent raw materials and dishes presented with great care and very good combinations. 26/01/2025: The staff does not write the correct information on the pizza order, we had asked for the pizza at 8pm and it arrived at 7.30pm, since I had guests it got cold. I must admit that the pizza is good, but for a pizzeria the service and food must be balanced.
09/12/2024: Home delivery half an hour early, they bring them back warmed up after 40 minutes.
If this is the service for those who live 50 meters away, it is better to avoid them forever

01/06/2025: I ordered two menus, it arrived after 40 minutes, the sandwich had already become cold and the chips were hard. I found 2 dead mice near the entrance door, I went back days later and they were still there!.
There is no cleanliness inside either and the cashier is rude, not to mention the prices that for two menus I spent over €25, I took two cokes, two sandwiches and two chips, I will never go back there again I do not recommend it
