18/01/2026: One of Italy's most renowned restaurants offers a truly comprehensive experience. Original snacks give way to consistently sublime pasta. On my last visit, I had the smoked pasta, and I absolutely loved it. Everything was perfectly paired with wines, thanks to the sommelier's expert advice, who did an exceptional job selecting them. Without a doubt, a must-visit in the Padua area!
17/01/2026: There's not much to say, you have to try it. It's certainly not for everyone's budget, but it's an experience, a journey, not just a dinner. The flavors, colors, and sensations are indescribable. Impeccable service, always present, never intrusive.
Chef Alajmo often passes between the tables to say hello and engages with guests with great kindness and friendliness.
A magnificent evening.

The dishes are well-executed, although I think I'd add some other traditional dishes that I didn't find. The staff is attentive and available to recommend and explain the various dishes. You're on the right path to great growth!
27/01/2026: A lovely little Mexican restaurant where we ate deliciously. We didn't know, but the food is gluten-free and they're happy to make changes to the dishes. I have to say, it's the first Mexican restaurant we've ever eaten without feeling heavy. The food is very delicate, yet everything is very tasty. The staff is also very friendly and helpful! The cocktails are delicious! Highly recommended, and we'll be back with pleasure. I recommend the spicy Americano!

07/02/2026: Incredible experience, excellent, high-quality food, appetizers featuring cured horse meat, generous first courses, and meat-based second courses with classic Venetian side dishes.
The meat was perfectly cooked.
The desserts were also delicious.
What I appreciate most in a restaurant or trattoria is a classic, minimalist menu—not too many things, just a few options, but high-quality, and at Ottavo you can find exactly that.
I'll be back!

Although it's not large, there are several tables for dining in.
The cuisine is traditional and regional, with high-quality ingredients (generous portions and the option of halving portions on some dishes) for both savory and sweet dishes.
The young, friendly, and welcoming staff are excellent.

28/02/2026: I wasn't familiar with this place. During a day trip to Padua, we stopped here for lunch and it was a delightful discovery.
The atmosphere is clean, well-kept, and well-organized, with very kind and always available waiters. The dishes are truly excellent.
We ordered two risottos with scallops, olives, and lemon, a Black Angus steak, and a duck leg: everything was delicious, with well-balanced flavors and quality ingredients.
The desserts, all homemade, were also excellent. The prices are absolutely right for the quality offered.
I highly recommend them.
