19/04/2025: ''Le Calandre'' is located in the province of Padua and falls within the sphere of three-starred restaurants thanks to the kitchen managed by Chef Massimiliano Alajmo who presents revisited Venetian dishes, impeccable and delicate in processing and presentation as well as in the taste of both fish and meat. I personally recommend (SUONO N' UOVO) tagliatelle with fondue and crunchy made with egg shells, incredible choice of cheeses as was the dessert, classy wines, refined elegant location and intimate, precise and impeccable staff.

Un'esperienza gastronomica ed enoica indimenticabile dove la cura maniacale del dettaglio giustifica non tanto le 3 stelle Michelin quanto il conto, ovviamente importante. Seguiti e serviti con professionalità unita al sorriso, informati delle pietanze e dei vini che stavamo gustando senza cadere nel lezioso, molto apprezzata la breve visita ad ogni tavolo dello chef a fine servizio. Davvero un'esperienza!

24/03/2025: Old style trattoria with lunch menu and à la carte menu on request.
Horse meat reigns supreme in this restaurant, which has always been specialized and supplied by the trusted butcher shop located practically next door. I also tasted other dishes based on beef, pork, cold cuts and cod and I promoted them from first to last.
Friendly, fast and professional service, a mandatory stop for anyone passing through the area.

07/02/2025: Point of reference for workers in the area: excellent food, plentiful and always fresh, wide choice especially of side dishes, there is always at least one fish-based second course. More than honest price and 50 cent coffee in the bar corner at the entrance. Fast service even at peak times, they accept the main meal vouchers. Keep it up!

19/03/2025: Small place but very clean from what I saw. We got some takeaway pizzas with my friends to eat at home.
The pizza: shallow and not very crunchy, good but not "wow".
Friendly and welcoming staff.
Roadside parking not easy to find. Place close to the historic center (in case you want to take a walk inside the walls afterwards).

10/04/2025: I'm still reviewing here sitting at the table...I have lunch here once a month when I come for work and I must say that it is the best oriental restaurant I have tried, a refined place, friendly staff, excellent raw materials and dishes presented with great care and very good combinations. Congratulations.

02/04/2025: Let me start by saying that in Padua and Vicenza I ate at practically all the Mc's. I ALWAYS get the same one (chicken MC wrap with crispy chicken and shaved parmesan) and every time I order it here in Rubano, it always has very little sauce, few vegetables and little chicken compared to the others. In theory it shouldn't be possible, but I invite you to try it to see if it's true or not. I live here in the area, and I'm sorry there is this difference compared to others.
29/03/2025: As soon as we entered the room it was shit the waitress left us like we were lost dogs then we spent a lot on two small burgers a bag of chips and that's it one star is highly not recommended 🤬😤
