04/01/2025: Stayed on Saturday 4/01/2025 with the family, wonderful experience, to our surprise this evening a touch of magic with a very good magician, we will definitely be back

03/01/2025: I waited to go back a second time after a year before doing this review so that it was as truthful as possible. The service is terrible: we wait for a table to become free before we can sit down, once seated they bring us the food menu but not the drinks, we still manage to order after a while. They bring us the beers without bringing us the glasses, so in the meantime the beers heat up, then after 5 minutes they bring us the glasses which however have 1 inch of tap water inside used to clean them. Then they bring a water bringing only one glass, there were 4 of us. We ask for 3 more glasses and they bring us 4. The tea they bring us is not shaken and therefore has a lot of bottom on the bottle (and we couldn't shake it because they have it brought open). In all this, the waiters, one in particular, shout in the room to communicate with each other. They "insult" in front of us (in particular towards others) for service errors. Given the long wait, they bring us some "free" chips (then put on the bill, we have them removed because we realize the oversight). The pizzas arrive, a margherita with onion and peppers, a margherita with olives, a pizza with speck and pastin, one with pumpkin, lard and walnuts. The pizzas were quite good (3/5) but the dough was bland. We get a second water but they forget to bring it. The bill in the end is €91.50(!!) for 4 pizzas, 2 beers, 1 tea, 1 water, 1 creme brulee, so €22.50 each. We go out and we smell like we cooked our own pizzas in front of the wood oven (which happened a year ago already). At the end they offer us a glass of grappa. In the report, among the people who had dealings with us, the boy with the black glasses and the girl at the checkout were saved. The place has potential but it would be necessary to stop and reorganize everything, which is why I don't give it less than 3. Too much disorganization, there isn't a person to give directions. Objectively, I don't know how it is possible to give a 5 if you compare it with other Italian pizzerias. The pizza, however, is acceptable and I think it has even improved in the past year, although the peppers should be cut finer because otherwise they don't cook well inside and to distribute them better on the pizza.

24/12/2024: Wuster wuberone ÷ mcannie potatoes = 12 euros...@ front of 2.69 lidl....coca zero 3.59....cabernet 3.50...but above all a 1 liter bottle 3.30... .Shame

22/12/2024: Very nice restaurant, the venison stew with polenta is recommended. Really excellent products and very welcoming service :)

04/09/2024: Ci siamo fermati per un break pomeridiano lungo la strada . Abbiamo trovato una vasta scelta tra dolci tipici del posto e gusti gelato. Pasticceria curata e ben organizzata. Personale gentile e cordiale.

07/08/2024: Consigliatissimo. Gelato buonissimo e coppe eccezionali. Personale gentile e attento. Ci ritornerò per provare anche le torte: hanno un aspetto davvero invitante.

29/11/2024: A NIGHTMARE If I could give less than 0 I would. My boyfriend and I spent a surreal night to say the least. Around 2am I woke up with a soaked head because it had started raining inside. My boyfriend comes down and there was no one at the reception. He finds a gentleman in the courtyard outside, who doesn't even work for them, but was there to do some odd jobs, who comes to see the leak and as a solution suggests moving the bed further away. We insist on having another room to at least have dry sheets. The next morning we tell us what happened and they reply "it could happen". They promised us a voucher to return which to date has not yet arrived. The incident occurred a year ago. I would attach photos of the trickle of water on my pillow but I can't.

09/11/2024: A very cosy and affordable hotel. It's a very good alternative for the absurdly expensive stays in Cortina D'ampezzo, being only an hour away from attractive hikes and ferratas. Around the hotel, there are a couple of shops, where you can get the most basic supplies. The interior is well-maintained and clean and the rooms have everything a hiker would require. The hall and lobby downstairs, empty and deserted off-season, with silent music coming from an abandoned bar, makes a little spooky, impression. My only complaint is that the staff is very hard to reach. The reply time on booking is measured in days rather than hours. It's all nice to have full self-service, which definitely works when you don't need anything. Once you need some assistance, it can really backfire on you. I had the dubious pleasure of needing to contact someone, and I discovered that none of the emergency numbers work. Other than that, it's a highly recommended place.
