19/07/2026: The quality of the ingredients is undoubtedly the restaurant's strong point. The care taken in selecting the products is evident. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by some unavoidable aspects. Being a farm that produces meat and milk, it's normal to expect a few flies, but eating with dozens of them constantly buzzing around the table, landing on the plates and food is anything but pleasant. This is a problem that, in my opinion, should be better managed. The service also didn't seem to live up to the quality of the food: friendly, but not attentive and completely out of step with the quality of the food. Some prices seemed excessive to me. In particular, €26 for a potato-based vegetarian dish seemed hard to justify, even considering the quality of the ingredients. I also didn't appreciate the fact that the menu published on the website wasn't up to date. I believe this is an important aspect: consulting it before your visit helps you get a good idea of ​​the offerings and prices, and finding inaccurate information can create false expectations. Overall, the cuisine is top-notch and deserves a more refined overall experience, consistent with the quality of the products offered, especially considering that the restaurant is the "sister bistro" of the SanBrite restaurant, and therefore expectations are inevitably high.
