Compliments to Chef Graziano and the dining room staff. Everyone was professional, kind, and friendly. The best restaurant in Cortina!

30/09/2025: We went to Tivoli to celebrate our wedding, we eloped and chose Tivoli for our “reception”, and it was the most amazing experience imaginable. I can honestly say I have never had a better meal. Leading up to the evening, some of our family members were a little unsure, even intimidated, because of the Michelin star. But from the very moment we walked in, the staff (including the chef himself) were so warm, welcoming, and kind. All nerves immediately were gone, and what followed was an unforgettable evening. Between us, we tried three different tasting menus, and every single course was absolute perfection. The wine pairings were equally flawless, each one a highlight in its own right. The amuse bouches to start were unreal, so generous and delicious. The chef even surprised us with celebratory champagne, which made the evening feel all the more special. As a vegetarian, I was especially blown away by the vegetarian tasting menu. It was intentional, thoughtful, and exquisite and clearly not an afterthought, which is often the case elsewhere. Every bite felt like it had been crafted with care and creativity. Our meal at Tivoli will forever be a highlight of our trip and of our wedding day. And it’s not just us, every person in Cortina we spoke with, when we mentioned Tivoli, immediately told us it was their favorite restaurant in town. Clearly, our experience was not an anomaly. Tivoli went above and beyond in every way to make our wedding celebration unforgettable. If you are in Cortina, you must eat here, it is truly extraordinary.

05/10/2025: My wife and I have tried a few michelin starred restaurants and this one stands out, cannot recommend it highly enough. They explain how their farm works, the dairy production/crops/animals. They talked about how the uneaten food is recycled to their animals. They talked about how they were using ingredients in non traditional ways to stick to their farm to table ethos (such as preparing celery in such a way as to get sugar out of it). Really fascinating stuff. The food was absolutely phenomenal. We loved the amuse bouche with peas (pictured). Their rye bread and butter were incredibly special (pictured). The main was beef tongue w/ this herbal ragout that was fantastic. A wonderful surprise was being able to see their cheese making in the basement while having the housemade cheese course (pictured). They were kind and flexible to dietary restrictions and the amount of alcohol you wanted to drink (you could order a wine pairing or just glass-by-glass pairings with your meal. the wine pairing was like 8-10, my wife got 3). I made reservations a couple weeks prior to our vacation there, no issue.

02/01/2026: Wow, just wow. We came to this restaurant, a bit away from the city center, to celebrate New Year’s Eve, and from the very beginning the experience was outstanding. The staff, and who we believe to be the owner, treated us with incredible kindness and respect. We arrived earlier than our reservation time and were welcomed with open arms and a complimentary welcome cocktail. We started with a few appetizers, followed by an ostrich dish that was excellent. For the main courses, the risotto with caviar and salmon was absolutely outstanding, as was the loin with foie gras and black truffle. The food was exceptional, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the warmth, charisma, and genuine humanity of the service. To top it all off, when we couldn’t find a taxi to return to our hotel, the husband of who we believe was the owner, also the chef, kindly offered to drive us back himself. It was without a doubt the most human and caring service I have ever experienced. An absolutely amazing place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. This is the first time I’ve ever given a restaurant five stars, and I’m incredibly grateful to have spent New Year’s Eve here with such an amazing team.

02/01/2026: I had the best sea bass I've ever had here... It was so delicious. The pasta was also delicious... The Angus beef was superb. This is a great restaurant with a beautiful view of the Italian Dolomites. The owner spoke Korean, which was a special experience.

20/12/2025: Bar located on the main street of Cortina, the place is nicely made of wood but small, but you can sit outside and have a drink, prices are normal considering you are in Cortina, fast and friendly service 🥸🤓

07/12/2025: I asked four times to turn on the mushroom since we are in Cortina and it's 0 degrees, but they didn't do it. Scandalous.

16/01/2026: I drank hot chocolate and enjoyed the view. Of course, it was late afternoon and the kitchen was closed, so I was only serving drinks and enjoying the view of the snow.

11/01/2026: We didn't stay overnight. We booked a table for 8 for dinner. We ate WONDERFUL. A few options, but all delicious and meticulously prepared. Since there were so many of us, we ordered multiple dishes to try everything. I HIGHLY recommend the gnocchi with grey cheese, and the pork shank is also worth it—it's their signature dish. The tender saddle was truly delicious. My friends loved the venison tartare with red berries: for my personal taste, too many red berries covered the flavor of the meat, but the high quality was evident! Impeccable and professional service, everyone was kind and friendly. The only flaw, although the quality of the ingredients is unquestionable, considering three bottles of wine, we paid €72 per person for a main course, a dessert, and one grappa per person. Perhaps €8 for grappa is a bit excessive, even though the menu is well-stocked.

10/01/2026: Guys, it's embarrassing, the kitchen closes at 8:15. I have very little desire to work, not even at my grandmother's retirement home. They close the kitchen at 8:15. You're right, I'm going straight to dinner at my grandmother's retirement home. I'm just coming to your place for an aperitif.

08/11/2025: Best recommend this hotel in Cortina d’ Ampezzo. Nice view, good accommodations, very helpful staff. I forgot my sunglasses during my stay at the hotel and I try to contact the hotel in several times but unfortunately that hotel will be closed on the next day. At first time they seem didn’t find my sunglasses but next 7 days, they informed me that they have found it and sent back to me from Italy to Thailand. Thank you very much. That’s really change my opinion about the hotel in Italy.

03/11/2025: This place now holds a very special place in our hearts. My now wife and I chose the Dolomites as our wedding elopement location and Dolomití Lodge couldn't have been better hosts. Veronica and the rest of the team up front were so warm and friendly and we felt at ease and comfortable right when we walked in. We chose a junior suite and we loved the open space and the in-room sauna. The mountain views you get from your room are unbelievable. The amenities are really great including a nice, quiet gym, a beautiful pool and relaxation room with spectacular views and a wonderful spa. The restaurant is top notch! They really take care of their guests at breakfast with a lot of great options and excellent service. The dinner menu is fantastic and there are plenty of really good wine options. We particularly loved the gnocchi, green spaetzle and the strudel. Special shoutout to Guilia for taking really good care of us throughout our stay. Overall, this is just a really lovely place and we were so happy that we chose to stay here for this special time in our lives. We cant wait to come back!

09/10/2025: We were welcomed by very warm and friendly staff all night. Every dish was delicious and perfectly cooked! During the day the views of the mountains through the window is also really nice. We got the Sea Bass made in a special way in salt which was really tender and fresh. Lobster linguine did not disappoint either! Would come back

06/01/2026: We came post dinner. Nice cosy place. They have a good range of coffee and refreshing drinks. We had an Americano and a Lavender Orange cooler which was really good. And I highly recommend the apple strudel, it was delicious! Great friendly service too.

28/09/2025: A true gem in Cortina d'Ampezzo! This long-established restaurant perfectly combines the elegance of Cortina with refined, innovative cuisine. The atmosphere is just what you dream of when you think of the Dolomites: a welcoming, wood-clad stube, hand-painted stoves, and meticulous attention to detail. The cuisine is excellent, with dishes that respect local tradition but with a truly appreciable contemporary twist. I absolutely recommend the cheese cappellacci topped with flavorful speck, the Iberian pork pluma—a surprising, light dish that melts in the mouth—and to finish, the chocolate mousse tart, which is unmissable! The service was impeccable: attentive, professional, and fast, worthy of the refined setting. The wine list also deserves special mention for its comprehensiveness. The prices are in line with the quality offered and the location. A must-visit when in Cortina—we'll definitely be back!

04/01/2026: Excellent restaurant, fast service, superb food, and sublime presentation. Everything was perfect... but... why a star?? It's inconceivable that you're blatantly sponsoring e-cigarette brands. Especially in a place frequented by young people, why encourage them to ruin their health? Do the owners really need this kind of sponsorship? What a lapse in style... you've ruined a place that would be exceptional.

21/12/2025: Nice hotel, very good staff. One minus because of the friday night party is too loud. Sorry that bass and volume is too much on a friday night, if you want a calm and good sleep on a friday you should skip this place, if they dont improve soundproffing.

01/02/2026: The cabin is in a truly magical location; we came for dinner, with snow everywhere. Parking is about 100 meters from the restaurant in a clearing next to the main road. Exceptional food, a varied menu, and good service.

17/01/2026: Wonderful 😍 a fabulous place, the food is excellent, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the price is super fair, unlike all the places in Cortina, which are incredibly expensive! It was so good that we went back for aperitivo, lunch, and dinner, and we hope to return again!
