02/09/2025: This Cortina d’Ampezzo Restaurant offers fine dining experience with a great Selection of wines from the region and more. We were a group of 9 People and the Service was brilliant! All of the diners took different types of tasting Menus (there’s a vegetarian option) and the waiter handled everything perfectly 👏🏻 The food was delicious with a very diverse tasting experience : fish, meat, local vegetables and a great dessert. The Chef came to our table and was very kind and generous.

14/08/2025: Impeccable service & made my mother and I feel very special. Every step was considered and the food was fantastic. Not too pretentious atmosphere, classy enough whilst remaining relaxed. Highly recommend.

13/08/2025: We didn't stay at the hotel, so we can't rate it. We ate lunch at the restaurant. The restaurant is very well decorated and clean. The menu is varied, with sophisticated dishes, but they're expensive (starters range between €15 and €25, main courses between €25 and €40). The service didn't live up to the price: the order was okay, but it took 20 minutes for the appetizer (which was acceptable), and 50-60 minutes for the main course. The food we received was good. If it were just a problem at our table, the other three tables in the same room had their dishes delivered just as quickly (and some of them had very young children). We didn't order dessert, so we can't rate them. There was not even a hint of apology in any way (neither verbally nor with the slightest gesture (say a discount or offering coffee, for example).

03/09/2025: A great cuisine that highlights mountain produce, using precise yet never invasive techniques. The service is attentive and warm, and you can sense the pride in carrying out a project to preserve the local area. I can't wait to return.

28/08/2025: Simply wonderful. Da Aurelio gets it right at every level. A beautiful location with great staff and fantastic food. It was full of locals today celebrating a variety of events. Luigi and his team are absolutely charming and friendly. The gnochetti were delicious and the fillet steak stunning. A really good wine list and plenty of grappa to try at the end made for a thoroughly memorable experience.

29/06/2025: It was the best salmon steak I've ever had. The sauce wasn't special or anything, but the salmon was cooked perfectly, and the envy pasta was a little salty for Korean tastes, but it was so delicious that it was okay. After eating two dishes, I realized it was a great restaurant, so I ordered ravioli as well, and this was so delicious that I was impressed... Try the ravioli and salmon steak..! The dessert wasn't too sweet and was so delicious.

03/09/2025: Good morning, my review concerns the restaurant where I dined on the evening of August 29, 2025. I don't usually write negative reviews; I always give the benefit of the doubt, but it's also true that if you don't write them, everything will always seem perfect. My review is completely divided and divided between the cuisine/food aspect and the location/service aspect. The food, dishes, and quality of the ingredients are excellent, but there are some things I didn't like: a place that presents itself and rightly charges like a good restaurant. I find that when booking, the customer should be informed if their table will not be inside the restaurant but on an outdoor veranda, without any furniture, covered with plastic sheeting and heated with mushrooms (not the edible ones). Once informed, the customer decides whether or not to accept this arrangement. I, as a customer, book to dine at a restaurant. Another thing that didn't work that evening was the service, performed by a very kind young man, but unfortunately he didn't get anything right that evening: no wine list, asked for bread, forgot to bring it when I'd finished, asked for a dessert menu, forgot, I saw them and ordered them online... but I repeat, he was young and kind, it can happen... I find it even more unpleasant, since the owners were directly involved, to place a customer on a veranda without information, unfurnished, noisy because it was raining that evening and making it difficult to talk, and also a bit cold because it was heated with "mushrooms". Would I go back? For the food, definitely; for everything else, I'd have to think about it.

25/08/2025: This is a review of the restaurant. So we asked for a reservation and they said they were fully booked except for one left at 7:45. We got here at 7:45 and we were one of two groups that were here. A total of no more than eight people were here. For the remainder of the next 1.5 hrs, nobody showed up. We had to sit in the back room because they were too busy for us at 7:45 ( mind you only 6 people here). So we had to sit in a room. We could not sit outside, even though there was plenty of seating. It was absolutely shocking to see this. That being said, the food definitely was worth it as much as I would like to give them three stars, for the fact that they stuck us in a back room when nobody was in the restaurant, the food definitely was worth the five stars. The first course was homemade deer Prosciutto served with homemade horseradish and pickles. It was a small serving of bread that was absolutely amazing. The second course included homemade pasta made with local cheeses. Also very good! The main course was the play, which was by far the most tender, flavorful beef we’ve ever had . I highly recommend you get it . The second main course was polenta with a cream sauce, shaved with black truffles and chanterelles. A poached egg on top. I have to say that that was the most delicious polenta I’ve ever had A bottle of wine and they have a very good selection of wine here ranging from €30-€700 . Definitely a must try while here in Cortina D’‘ampzzo. The chef’s name is Luca Menadri and and he has obviously been more trained in the culinary arts. But just remember, you might end up in the back room with no view with an entirely empty at restaurant if you don’t reserve in advance !

22/08/2025: Waitress that greeted us was rude and stared us down with judgement and disdain. We were just two walk-ins but she glared at us and coldly emphasised that it was a full house. The restaurant was 85% empty at 730pm on a Friday night. While we understand full reservations and that people may come at a later time, would have appreciated if they offered an option of “can you finish eating by a certain time as we need this table for the reservation” or put a sign outside the restaurant to say it’s fully booked. We also offered to sit at the very empty deck but was also rejected. Please treat people better.

28/08/2025: Stayed here for our honeymoon, best hotel experience we’ve ever had. Owners and staff were incredibly helpful, rooms were amazing with awesome view, spa was modern and had everything you would need or want. Highly recommend.

21/08/2025: We absolutely loved this hotel - I think it might actually be my favourite hotel I’ve ever stayed in! We stayed here for 3 nights for our honeymoon and everything was perfect. The mountain views from the room was stunning, the room itself was super comfortable. The pool and spa area was so relaxing, and definitely book yourself in for a massage. The food in the restaurant was amazing. A very relaxing stay.
