25/08/2024: Propone una cucina piacevolmente sorprendente per un ristoro in alta quota. Accanto ai tipici piatti, peraltro serviti, da quello che ho potuto constatare vedendo i tavoli vicini, in porzioni più che generose, c'è la possibilità di apprezzare qualche piatto più raffinato, come i ravioli ripieni di melanzane con pomodorini datterini confit, burro al timo, crema di ricotta affumicata, veramente eccellenti. È stato gradevole prendere atto che ultimamente la cucina nei rifugi si è evoluta, differenziando la proposta di ciascuno. Si pranza anche su un'ampia e piacevole terrazza con vista su una delle pareti del Civetta. Poiché ci si può arrivare in cabinovia da Alleghe, il rifugio col dei Baldi è un ottimo punto di partenza sufficientemente avanzato per ascendere al rifugio Coldai.

17/08/2024: Super friendly staff, some know Spanish. We ordered beef fillet with vegetables, pizza carbonara and tiramisu, all delicious. Very good value for money. Located in the middle of the mountains with wonderful views.

17/08/2024: We learned the hard way that dinner in this restaurant is organized in two shifts. If you go to the 7.00pm one you will be told hastily that at 8.30pm you have to vacate your table and you will dine while checking the clock. If you go at 8.30pm, be prepared to wait standing, in the confusion, for those from the previous shift to get up without haste and the tables to be tidied up. Last night we were the last ones standing and waiting. We pointed out that we had an appointment after dinner and therefore we also had time requirements. The room coordinator replied that she was already getting busy, that we didn't respect who was working and we could very well go back to where we came from. Such a treatment erases everything positive that the place expresses.

25/08/2024: We stopped on our way home from vacation. We found friendly and knowledgeable staff, and above all excellent food in a typical mountain context! I recommend the cutting boards, amazing!

02/09/2024: Really good food, excellent beer, quick and casual service (like a festival), honest prices (and in the area you will hardly find anything to spend less). Shank and sausage recommended, even their fried potatoes are not the classic ones, try them! Highly recommended.

13/08/2024: We stopped for lunch after having booked in advance since in August it is difficult to find a place. We were satisfied, I took the Cambra main course, my wife the vegetarian, prices not exactly cheap but unfortunately not different from all the places frequented by tourists

25/08/2024: We went to this restaurant for a family dinner. A sign with the name of the restaurant is not visible outside, but with Google's directions you can reach the restaurant perfectly. The environment is well cared for and furnished with taste and style by the owner. The service is fast and the owner made us feel at home. Very honest account for the quantity and quality of the dishes eaten. We hope to eat at this beautiful place again.

22/08/2024: The waiters are very attentive and professional. Nice. They help you a lot in choosing and explaining the dishes. Very rich and elaborate food. Very good atmosphere. It also has very rich wines.

11/08/2024: On Google it says that they don't accept reservations, but this is false information because if you don't book the pizza in time they can't prepare it for a reasonable time. The owner should check the published information!
