09/06/2026: I go to get a coffee. The employee at the counter, a lady in her 50s, with a very rude attitude, presents me with the coffee with a dirty spoon, to underline the cost of the coffee of one euro and fifty cents. I rightly look at the spoon and remain silent. She notices that I am looking at the spoon and you can see her annoyed eye at my precaution and does nothing to change it. Oh well, luckily it is one of the most important pastry shops in Vicenza.
10/05/2026: A quiet and very welcoming place, the staff is very kind. I recommend it.

15/04/2026: It's a small place (so reservations are recommended), but it's really cute, well-maintained, and clean. The pizza is quite thin-crust but incredibly tasty and features quality toppings. Prices are absolutely competitive. I'll be back and definitely recommend.

06/04/2026: This cafe, located in Piazza della Signori in the center of Vicenza, is a lovely spot often seen on social media, with a beautiful glass-enclosed terrace.
The Mont Blanc here is expensive, but delicious! This cafe generally has a higher price point for everything.
Even at night, the cafe is lively with loud background music.
24/03/2026: We arrived in Vicenza and I was really looking forward to enjoying a traditional Aperol Spritz, but I have to admit I was disappointed. The only thing worth mentioning was the view of Piazza dei Signori. I drink this all the time and I know exactly how it should taste—and this, unfortunately, wasn't even close.

09/05/2026: I fully understand that a business must work and make money, just as I understand the principle of the free market. Everyone is free to charge whatever prices they deem appropriate.
That said, charging €1.50 for a 0.25-liter bottle of water, without even table service, in a normal provincial town, certainly not in Piazza San Marco, seemed frankly excessive to me.
Of course, this is just my personal opinion. Then, as always, the market will decide.

28/04/2026: It's not a bar, it's a joke.
You walk in, you sit down, and no one cares.
You're the one who has to attract attention, otherwise you're just a decorative object.
The sign outside says "Aperitivi e cicchetti"... but I wish!
We order two spritzes without ice, and they arrive full of ice.
The waitress asks, "Should I remake them for you?"...and of course, we specifically asked for them without ice.
She goes back to the counter and starts rummaging through the glasses, trying to remove the ice, she does...but then the glasses seem half empty, and then the touch of class... WATER WATER.
And voilà, two water spritzes!
No olive, no lemon slice, no chips, nothing.
So I think, it says "cicchetti" outside, and I try to look at the counter!
Oh no!
At the counter, there are only two cicchetti, with half a hard-boiled egg on top, literally begging for mercy. (I've been there a while, and I wouldn't have the heart to eat them.)
A customer walks in, orders a sandwich, and I notice the waitress running toward the entrance and taking some bread by hand from a bag in a refrigerator, which contains a mix of sauces and unlabeled ingredients.
The icing on the cake is that right next to the refrigerator for ingredients, which, I repeat, IS AT THE ENTRANCE to the bar, there's a large cleaning bucket with a half-soaked mop.
I'll never set foot in there again.
