30/12/2024: I am happy to modify my previous terrible review because the change in management has radically improved the quality of service offered by the hotel. The person I had to stay for the Christmas holidays had a great time. The great courtesy, helpfulness and familiarity of the manager and the staff really impressed her. Excellent breakfast. The beautiful SPA on the top floor has reopened (..now forgotten during the previous management.) Finally Valdagno has a quality accommodation facility a stone's throw from the historic center. Compliments!

15/03/2025: If you have children under 3 years old with possible age-related crises, I highly advise you not to go. Courtesy, empathy, availability towards little ones DOES NOT EXIST (and it is not the first time I have perceived this attitude, but, as a reasonable person I have always let it pass, but today the limit has been crossed). The waitress, who more than once makes the place where she works make a poor impression in terms of courtesy, has little tolerance for the crying of a child and is extremely disgusted/disgusted and goes to call the owner to come and tell us that the CHILD IS DISTURBING, to pick him up from the ground (he was under my feet and I was trying to contain him and finish the dessert to take it and go, precisely to avoid this situation, without them telling me). The owner, unlike other professionals where they treat the situation in another way, perhaps more CORRECT, gives a hand to his employee, instead of telling her that knowing how to work also means tolerating sometimes unpleasant situations, WORKING IN A PUBLIC PLACE, where children and even dogs cannot be excluded....but think about it..! Evidently, for some people, when a baby cries, they are more willing to tolerate the swearing of certain adults at the counter, between one glass and another. Or other crap. It's only a shame because I've always frequented this place, I was happy that young, local people had taken it over. Above all, I have always criticized those who blame the various managers of our group of beloved mountains, who in my opinion with great dedication and sacrifices believe in us and carry out the challenge of not seeing everything collapse, especially Recoaro Mille, finally targeted several times by various judgements, but this time I have to agree with those who say that they are the first to make tourists flee. Truly VERY, VERY BITTER. I REPLY TO YOUR KIND COMMENT REGARDING MY RIGHT REVIEW: The positive comments regarding her maid can also be positive on my part regarding the work she does, however regarding her education and how she behaves, I personally tried to defend her even around her (maybe they won't say it to her face) because many, even reading other reviews below, notice what I noticed too (then if you want to continue to defend her and not make her improve by giving her constructive criticism instead, you know that). Regarding the child, he ate all the time, colored and watched cartoons on his cell phone, (like his sister) at dessert time he started crying and if you want to document it with a pedagogist, which perhaps would be the case, all children under 3 years old "throw themselves" on the floor to cry when they are exasperated by sleep or something else, in my case he was sleepy and it didn't go well with him that I tried to make him sit up. I waited until you brought me the already ordered dessert which I couldn't even finish, you had already arrived ANNOYED. The neighbors at the table joked as I watched the baby throw a tantrum, the others not far away who had a newborn looked at me scared thinking that soon they too would have to be involved in these "misadventures" alas, it's not always a bed of roses... So I don't think anyone came to complain in the space of less than 10 minutes to make it big. Regarding the other incident, you are talking about exactly 1 year and a half ago when the baby had just started to walk and you wanted me to sit without making him move forwards and backwards holding him by my hands... here too a discussion with a pedagogist would be useful... As if mothers, instead of sitting comfortably at the table, enjoyed going around and making their children walk. Regarding the tugging, which makes you laugh just hearing it, I invite you not to say things of this FAKE nature, to your very polite waitress I put a hand on her arm to be able to make her slow down in shouting at me by giving me the moral of being a mother, but I didn't succeed and I had to raise my voice more than her to be able to speak. I won't add anything else.

20/02/2025: Ottimo ristorante di pesce Sono stata ieri sera a cena con mio marito Il posto è piccolino ma molto caldo e accogliente con una terrazza chiusa che guarda il ponte sul fiume. Il servizio eccellente Il menù di pesce a me è piaciuto molto. Abbiamo preso un antipasto di crudo freschissimo e un antipasto misto bollito Serviti con salsa speciale. Buonissimo il risotto di pesce Eccellenti i dolci. Il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo franciacorta Prezzo adeguato Torneremo sicuramente

06/01/2025: Ristorante pulito e confortevole , vicino al fiume appunto che bagna Vicenza . Servizio professionale e disponibile , cucina ottima con proposte interessanti e che sono state gustose ma delicate . Ottimo dal risotto alla frittura al baccalà sia mantecato sia alla vicentina. Discreta carta dei vini. In ogni caso un ottimo ristorantino . Prezzi adeguati : ca. 40-60 euro a persona .

09/04/2025: Brasserie atmosphere. An interesting choice during lunch breaks for menus starting from €11. I had some grilled chicken, well cooked, with crispy dippers and a side of grilled vegetables. Fresh ingredients, everything good. Accompanied by a HB draft beer. Good choice of beers and varied menu, grill oriented. Satisfied.
