24/04/2025: Quando entri in una pizzeria da asporto non hai tante aspetttaive ma siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi. Pizza croccante, ingredienti scelti e di qualità. Gusti anche diversi dal solito. Bravi questi giovani pizzaioli! Merita di essere assaggiata.

Somewhat distracted staff, one employee slammed the door on my chair every time she passed, and she passed many times and justified herself by saying "I forget". Meh. I understand that the staff have to go home but at 10pm practically throwing us out of the club seems exaggerated to me. Obviously it wasn't a Friday night but a Wednesday but this doesn't justify the attitude.

Ritengo che il locale abbia arricchito la sua offerta con piatti originali, gustosi e anche visivamente perfetti. Servizio come sempre attento, ottima cantina, prezzi di fascia alta.

Poor menu but good and refined quality. Outdoor space and private parking. Refinement also in the mise en place and combination of plates and crockery. The only downside is the price: expensive. There were two of us, for lunch, midweek, two starters, two first courses, only water, two coffees, 85 euros. 10 euros less deserved an extra star review. Let's say that it is not to be visited often, but it can be used if necessary.

The first is the cuisine: based on fantastic ingredients and enhanced by simple processes, done with care and intelligence. The second is the passion for wine which is transmitted both by the environment and by the care with which Francesco selects and advises. Even the location with the kitchen visible on one side and the beautiful "library" of wines on the other tells of this meeting. Finally, the third is the dining room staff: serene, tidy and precise who know how to put you at ease and above all know how to explain the underlying idea of ​​cuisine. It goes without saying that I always happily come back and recommend it for any type of occasion.

18/05/2025: Posto molto carino, abbiamo mangiato seduti fuori anche se anche dentro il locale è molto caratteristico. Lasagna con gli asparagi spettacolare, ma anche tutti gli altri piatti erano molto buoni (pollo antico, tortino e polpette). Super consigliato, anche per la posizione centrale.

02/05/2025: I'm sorry but I didn't have a good experience. I took the Alberto Sordi calzone, inside only a few cherry tomatoes and 1 kg of ricotta, then outside another kg of raw ham and 1 teaspoon of cold tomato sauce, an industrial quantity of rocket with parmesan flakes. There was no mozzarella but it is indicated on the menu, but given the proportions it's a good thing otherwise I would have been sick. A suggestion to the chef, the calzone is not made like this, you have to know how to balance the quantity of the ingredients otherwise you don't make your customer eat sensibly, after a while you are in difficulty, too much ricotta and the cold sauce I didn't understand. The girls serving are nice but the dishes from the same table should be served together, there were 2 of us not 20. Here too "the fault" of the pizza chef? Particular environment in a sort of former cave to store wine and cured meats.

05/05/2025: Excellent Pizzeria Friendly staff Excellent quality pizza Perhaps the mozzarella is a little too watery and with too much oil added but this is a personal taste. For the rest I highly recommend this Pizzeria!!!
