06/04/2024: I finally tried an ice cream at Venchi, after several queues, I managed to taste this cup.... Good, but I was thinking of something more, honestly. Friendly staff, above average prices. Overall I gave it 4 stars, because everything presents itself really well, with a varied assortment and special coffees, which I will try as soon as possible. Perfect location, a stone's throw from the squares, in the historic center of Padua.

We took half portions of the first course to taste, both gnocchi with rabbit ragù and very good tagliolini with truffle, cut and rib cooked as requested and tasty. Homemade desserts, excellent tiramisu. Perfect and fast service, young and friendly staff. Excellent quality-price relation. A tip: I would expand the menu with some roast dishes or stews to complete the offer.

02/04/2024: I have been to this restaurant a few times and I ate very well and spent the right amount for what I ate. It's a place I'll gladly return to if I'm in the area... Next time I have to try the fried chicken if I'm not mistaken only that it's available by reservation but from what I heard from those who were eating it it was delicious 😋 😋 😋

25/02/2024: I don't know who wrote the other reviews but I would say BOTS, the place is horrible, as well as being very old it is dirty beyond measure both the tables and chairs but above all the counter where you prepare things full of crumbs of all kinds and the super cutting board greasy, rude owner is on you as if you were about to damage his place at any moment.

24/03/2024: Il locale é molto carino e il personale molto accogliente. Io ero con un gruppo di persone e era previsto un aperitivo con alcune cose da mangiare. Io sono intollerante ai formaggi, ma appena Iris è stata informata di questo, si è subito preoccupata di portare qualcosa al tavolo che potessi mangiare anche io.

02/04/2024: primo requisito per la Pizza ( con la P maiuscola) : forno a legna ( e non venite a parlarmi di forno elettrico o a gas, quelle pizze lasciamole ai burocrati della comunita' europea e a chi non capisce di pizza napoletana). .. e requisito soddisfatto... quindi ci siamo accomodati in un locale carino e accogliente per gustare una pizza squisita, come raramente mi e' capitato di mangiarne ... Pizza rigorosamente alla napoletaana, ovvero cornicione e ingredienti di primordine... unica pecca la mancanza della classica Capricciosa.. Cani ben accetti... anche se ho preso un cicchetto dalla signora ( immagino la proprietaria) per non averlo segnalato nelle note della prenotazione online... ci sta il cicchetto... forse un tono meno perentorio avrebbe prodotto lo stesso effetto risultando piusgradevole avendo inoltre immediatamente chiesto scusa per la mancanza....

03/04/2024: I don't know if there is new management now because we went two years ago and had a great meal, this time it was a nightmare. We went for lunch and seeing "all you can eat" at the entrance we asked for information, initially they told us that we couldn't do it and that it was only à la carte. Afterwards the waiter came back and told us we could make it and that it was expected: rice, bread, 3 mains with vegetables and one with chicken. Although this is not all you can eat, we accept. They bring us two bonda, one white rice and one with vegetables plus four condiments with vegetables (we are vegetarians). One of the condiments was acidic and smelled (we sent it back), while in the rice with vegetables we found pieces of wood and a black pebble like asphalt. We asked the waiter for explanations and he left without giving us an answer. After a couple of hours we had a stomach ache. I don't think we will return and I don't recommend it!!!

07/04/2024: I turned to this shop to make a small cake, some biscuits and popcakes, the day I went to place the order the lady seemed a bit arrogant and unavailable. I had to accept everything he suggested (at first I thought he had had a busy day). However, I think that I should behave differently with customers... I paid everything in advance (very expensive). On the day of collection she hadn't done something I asked for and zero availability to change (it was still possible) and still rude like the first time. Finally the cake was not as good as I expected... conclusion: there are other places in Padua with 10 times better value for money and above all education... first and last time

30/03/2024: I turned to Cake Studio for my graduation cake. The cake exceeded expectations, it was exactly as I asked for. It was also delicious with fresh fruit inside and an excellent cream!! I'll also add a photo to show the beauty of the cake!
