23/06/2025: Fabio and Nara and the whole team, besides being friends, are also very professional, the piadinas and crepes are really good.

11/06/2025: when we arrived they made us sit outside, sticky and dirty tables and chairs. after ordering the piadina, the waiting time was 45 minutes. an infinity thinking about the preparation of a simple piadina. the waitress seemed uninterested. despite this the piadina was good. come only if you have time to waste and want to eat an unforgettable piadina!

28/07/2025: Possibly the best gelato in Italy. Always has fun and interesting flavors to try, like truffle and Aperol spritz. The pastries and coffee are excellent, too!

Desde los fantásticos vinos locales hasta los hermanos que se unen a nosotros en la caza de trufas y luego preparan nuestra comida y explican todos los ingredientes, Seven Restaurant Café es una parada obligada para cualquiera que explore la región de Umbría y quiera una comida italiana auténtica y familiar. Tuvimos la focaccia, salumi, tagliatelle con trufas, y el mejor tiramisú que encontrarás en cualquier lugar, con los maridajes de vino tinto y blanco más perfectos. Volveremos al 100% y no podemos agradecer a Michele y Andrea lo suficiente por su calidez y hospitalidad.

This is a delightful restaurant in a wonderful location, steeped in nature and rich in history. The incredible flavors, created by the heart and soul of two wonderful and excellent chefs, materialize in dishes that are beyond special and rich in ancient flavors, such as the fettuccine, strictly homemade, with a white pigeon sauce... PHENOMENAL! The expert cooking, beyond perfect, pairs perfectly with the highest-quality ingredients that the two chefs use with incredible skill. The aroma of the bread, also homemade, is a caress for the soul. The lamb chops with green beans are unparalleled. The breaded and fried rabbit is sublime. The meat is cooked with a stopwatch. A perfect contrast between the crispy, perfectly uniform exterior and the incredibly tender interior, for both lamb and rabbit. Spectacular! For the Dentramelia chefs, cooking is a true art, a journey through sight, smell, and taste, but above all through the feelings and emotions that a chef, by preparing his dishes, can evoke in those who enjoy them. All this makes an ordinary dish uncommon. Dentramelia's cuisine is pure talent, the rediscovery of a pure and genuine tradition, all Italian. Emotions of the soul were enhanced by Yuri's smiles and infinite kindness. His service is characterized by a very high level of preparation, professionalism, kindness, courtesy, friendliness, and absolute precision. Yuri covers the entire restaurant with incredible coordination, managing to offer consistently excellent service. The dishes on the menu are characterized by a bouquet and persistence on the palate of the highest quality, which translates into pure tradition. A continuous flow of flavors and emotions that begins with the consistency of the ingredients used and then culminates in the perfection of the evolution from the first bite. Two elements predominate: the preparation technique and the excellent quality of the raw materials. The technique is a broad and expert demonstration of a chef's knowledge of what the verb "cook" means. This quality standard allows the diner to fully enjoy the flavors. The secondary elements are never used to cover the main element of the dish but always accompany it, allowing the palate to distinguish the flavors from one another. The ingredients are crucial in enhancing the flavors, which, in the mouth, appear clean and full-bodied, yet delicate and persistent. Richness, savory, sweetness, crunchiness. This is the common thread running through every dish. An excellent wine, perfect for the dishes chosen. 13/07/2025: A small restaurant in the center of Amelia, with simple furnishings and discreet, impeccable service. The local cuisine selection is limited, but meticulously prepared. I highly recommend the excellent homemade pasta, which makes you feel like you're being pampered by your grandmother: the briciola is wonderful, the pigeon ragù excellent. The house wine is a wonderful local red, and the food and drink are excellent at very reasonable prices.

31/07/2025: The place is very nice, although there are some flaws in the management. I'm not being unsympathetic, but in July, you can't tell your customers, even if you're very kind, that you're out of ice. The air conditioning inside was also kept on "very low," and outside the sun beat down on the four tables on the veranda, making them unusable.

29/06/2025: Title: For the love of God! For the love of God! The only positive element of this pizzeria is the view of the lake, every other aspect of the service was a succession of unforgivable errors. Despite the reservation for six people, they first assigned us a table for four and then they “adjoined” us to a table for two in an approximate way, causing discomfort and loss of conviviality. We waited biblical times for the first order, without any communication or apology from the staff. The waiters, visibly untrained, were unable to answer basic questions about the menu, never checked if everything was going well and not even attempted a minimum of up-selling or cross-selling that could enhance the customer experience. The pizza, when it finally arrived, was completely cold and certainly forgotten in the kitchen until the last moment, forcing us to watch it be brought to the table without any regard for quality. As if that wasn't enough, I found fragments that looked like plastic splinters in the dough, and the waitress's reaction was one of total indifference: no words, no proposal for replacement, no request for an apology, not even the intervention of a manager. In short, here the customer is a "stranger": there is no loyalty approach, no attention to hospitality, no ability to manage critical issues. A wasted opportunity, because with a minimum of organization and professionalism this pizzeria could really stand out in the local panorama. I won't be back.

We were really impressed by the quality of the food and the welcoming atmosphere of the place, everything was delicious, dishes with attention to detail, fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. The staff was very kind and attentive, helping to make the experience even more pleasant before dinner we also treated ourselves to an excellent spritz, prepared to perfection and accompanied by a small appetizer, in short, a truly successful evening. We will definitely return more often, highly recommended.

04/07/2025: Recently changed name but fortunately not the pizza recipe! Although now styled as a dry-aged meat restaurant, it still makes great pizzas with a crispy dough and generous toppings! We selected the Baltica cut and it was perfectly prepared with the marbled fat creating an incredible taste. The service was excellent and the outside dining temperature was moderated by welcomed wall fans. Highly recommended!

07/06/2025: Excellent. Even though the last dinner, due to a mishap in the kitchen, didn't go very well. They apologized and promptly wanted to "redo" the dish. Oh, I forgot, it was the first time that, at the table, they showed me the weight of the rib. Compliments for the professionalism

16/07/2025: Their To Good to Go is a complete scam. I paid a BIG surprise to receive a puny tub with two flavors that were absolutely disgusting. We had to throw it away because they were inedible. And since they make it on the spot, could you have asked which flavors would be preferable if I were allergic to the fruit I received? Never again.
