20/12/2024: A disappointing experience, unfortunately" I recently went to this restaurant, but I have to admit that my experience did not live up to expectations. I ordered a hamburger and a beer, spending a total of €26. Considering the price, I would have expected something more satisfactory both in terms of quantity and quality. The hamburger, described on the menu as prepared with "white veal and 24-month-old parmigiano reggiano, filled with spicy lactose-free gorgonzola, with roasted pepper, mixed salad and beetroot mayonnaise," did not live up to what was promised. The gorgonzola was barely noticeable, despite it being a cheese with a very distinctive taste, and the parmigiano reggiano seemed completely absent. The only predominant flavor was that of beetroot, which, in my opinion, dominated all the other ingredients. Furthermore, the portion was very small and didn't even include a side dish like chips, making the dish not very filling. As for the beer, it was good, but I found the price of €7 a bit excessive, also considering the peripheral location. In general, the quality-price ratio seemed unbalanced to me. I understand that quality ingredients can affect costs, but I believe that a €17 burger should be more generous in portions and better balanced in flavours. Finally, I would like to point out that the restaurant, despite having a welcoming atmosphere, has some aspects that could be improved, such as the insulation of the veranda, where there were drafts that made the meal less pleasant. "Update" After my review, I had the opportunity to read the restaurateur's response, which unfortunately seemed unprofessional to me. I believe that constructive criticism, like mine, should be welcomed as an opportunity to improve, rather than interpreted as a personal attack. Eating out is part of my work routine, and I visit many restaurants every week. Although I appreciate the efforts of those who work in this sector, I think that an open attitude towards feedback is essential to grow and offer a better service. My goal was not to offend, but to highlight aspects that, in my opinion, could be revised. In conclusion, I hope that these observations can be taken as a stimulus to improve the experience of future customers.

07/12/2024: We bought some ravioli at the Craft Fair from them. They let me try a raw ravioli which was delicious. I couldn't wait to try them at home. They exceeded my expectations, I highly recommend them! I hope they ship all over Italy. The carbonara one was a new and delicious dish. All delicious, thank you!

27/11/2024: Per la totale mancanza di sorriso ed empatia, ma purtroppo è la caratteristica del carattere umbro.... Tolto questo che purtroppo troverete in quasi tutte le attività della zona parliamo del cibo, ottimo, ben preparato e soprattutto a prezzo da fast food, servizio veloce, insomma se siete in zona e volete pranzare bene ed a un prezzo onestissimo siete nel posto giusto.

04/01/2025: The cuisine is good, both sea and mountain and also the pizzeria, however the overall opinion is bitterly penalized by the service. The guys in the room were kind and helpful but the owners were anything but. After 50 minutes of waiting for the dishes, having kindly pointed out the inconvenience, they responded hastily by denying the situation, not appreciating the modest criticism regarding the waiting times. Without apologizing, without noticing the presence at the table of a disabled boy with special needs. Very bad, a real shame.

20/09/2024: Location di classe, ottimo cibo al giusto prezzo per l'alta qualità dei prodotti e del servizio. Camerieri attenti e gentili. Valore aggiunto la splendida vista su Assisi. Ci torneremo volentieri.

20/08/2024: Variety of menus and wide choice of both local and non-local wines. The dining room staff is very attentive and well organized as well as very courteous. The dishes are always very good and presented very well.
