The staff was kind and welcoming, contributing to the relaxed atmosphere. The drinks were well-prepared and truly enjoyable: a great accompaniment to company. 19/10/2025: The woman who takes orders at the coffee shop should change jobs. She's exhausted, rude, and, most importantly, incapable of doing her job. She doesn't consider you to be busy with so many things and constantly gets things wrong, making mistakes. She made a mistake with the customer before us, and the same with us. She even blamed us for not telling her the cappuccino was ginseng when my boyfriend actually made it. Next time, learn to do one thing at a time instead of a thousand, because even one at a time won't work. She was also rude at the end, telling us our order was a complete mess. It's a real shame she's there because the products are very good, but the way they treat you makes you never want to come back.

19/10/2025: The staff is unsuitable for the workload. As soon as we arrived, we read the receipt at the register. We went to the register to get the receipt, but the cashier told us to go directly to the cafeteria and get our drinks, then get the receipt. The girl taking orders at the cafeteria complained about an order for a latte macchiato with foam and a ginseng cappuccino with little foam, after she treated the lady in front of me rudely, to say the least. We also needed to get some sweet peaches. When we got to the counter, the girl working the peach counter told us to get the receipt first, an almost surreal situation. If you're having a bad day, I definitely don't recommend going.

The atmosphere is welcoming and familiar, but what makes the experience truly special is the cuisine. ​Traditional Umbrian Cuisine: Traditional Umbrian dishes are prepared with care and quality ingredients, a true journey through local flavors. ​Exceptional Pizza: The pizza is always excellent, with well-leavened dough and fresh ingredients. ​Everything is offered at consistently fair prices, a significant aspect that makes the Bellavista an ideal place for any occasion. ​Special praise goes to the management: their friendliness and professionalism are a must. The staff is attentive, prompt, and makes you feel immediately at home. ​And in the summer, the Bellavista transforms into a true refuge: the pool is truly a haven with its fantastic panoramic view of Assisi. An added bonus that makes the Hotel Ristorante Bellavista an ideal place for a guaranteed relaxing lunch or dinner. Highly recommended! We will return, as always, with great pleasure.
