09/02/2025: Mi dispiace ma non ci siamo per niente … camerieri assolutamente inadatti ( se non vi piace fare i camerieri cambiate mestiere ) il cibo comunque anche se tipico troppo speziato … la pasta completamente scotta … per me che frequento questa località da 50 anni assolutamente non consigliabile … a volte quando si vuole strafare si sbaglia … anche i prezzolati troppo troppo caro per il servizio e il cibo !

09/02/2025: A Gothic house like from a fairy tale ☕️🕰️ The waiter explained the entire menu thoroughly and answered questions carefully. The bathroom looked like it was from 200 years ago. The entire restaurant was decorated with old photos and various old items. Expensive meals but worth the price. I recommend😁

23/02/2025: We are on holiday, we choose this restaurant intrigued by the good reviews, aware that it is not exactly the most suitable place having just returned from a trek and with two lively children in tow. The welcome is wonderful, with special care towards our puppets, the cuisine is excellent... special mention to the final assortment of desserts!

12/03/2025: Wir waren mit einer Gruppe mit fünfzig Personen zum Mittagessen zu Gast. Ausgezeichnetes Essen, sehr guter Service, angenehme Bedienung und alle haben zügig ihr Essen bekommen. Die Atmosphäre dieser Hütte ist spitze.

01/03/2025: I was at the sawadee restaurant for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised by the quiet place, with attention to detail. Very kind and knowledgeable staff, spectacular food. I tried the vegetarian pad thai and you could taste the quality of the products in every bite. I will definitely return and highly recommend it, you won't regret it

09/03/2025: Impossibile non farsi affascinare dalla meravigliosa vista sulle valli. Il cibo è veramente buono e genuino. Il locale è semplice e sincero, come gli accoglienti proprietari. È un posto da visitare e consigliare.

22/03/2025: A small hut with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, furnished in a typical mountain style but at the same time very well-kept and elegant in its own way. Excellent restaurant, a few selected dishes but made with care, we liked everything. A special mention goes to the lardo speck appetizer, a particular type of speck made by them, exquisite; and to the tortelloni stuffed carbonara style with spring onion cream. High prices but they have very few seats, so I understand the choice. Overall highly recommended if you are in the area!

20/03/2025: Pizzeria restaurant in Montagnana, a small mountain village about twenty kilometers from Trento. Very nice modern place in perfect condition. Menu of special pizzas and typical quality dishes of the area. Menu with a choice of beers, wines and desserts. Very efficient and kind staff. Definitely worth a visit.

19/01/2025: At the suggestion of friends, we went for dinner here and I must say that it not only satisfied but exceeded expectations! The gourmet pizza is truly exceptional with quality ingredients and captivating combinations. The staff is very kind and the welcoming place. Super recommended! We will be back soon! Ps. A special mention to the dessert menu: the proposals we chose really delighted us (and what's more, they are homemade!)

13/03/2025: One of the best huts in the ski area. Food comes very quickly and tastes very tasty! I find the portions relatively large. You'll definitely be full!

25/02/2025: Non male personale giovane e gentile, cibo buono forse un po' sofisticato per un rifugio, avrei preferito porzioni piu soddisfacenti, ma nel complesso siamo stati contenti. In camera mancava un appoggio (comodino) per bicchiere, telefono o altro.....

A project perfectly harmonized with nature, two spas that seem to arise from the earth itself, swimming pools that emerge like enchanted bodies of water. The authentic smile of a young, trained, kind staff who doesn't just serve, but welcomes you, pampers you, makes you feel at home...Anita and all the guys. At all times, from breakfast - the best I've ever had, not even in a 5-star hotel - to treatments in the spa, where expert hands transform relaxation into pure art. Manuel and his team are simply exceptional. We met the owner, his family, people who created not just a place, but an experience, a refuge of beauty and harmony. A concert at sunset made everything even more special, a moment of pure emotion. Leaving was difficult, almost painful. June will see us here again, because you don't leave a place like this, you carry it in your heart. And who knows... perhaps, right here, we will celebrate the most important day of our lives. Forget the unfair reviews and the baseless criticism. This is a place where everything is excellence, from the cuisine that approaches star level, to the lovingly tended gardens, to the carefully lit candles. This is a place you don't visit, you live. And we will always return.

09/03/2025: We spent a special anniversary there as a couple (+ dog). The team put in so much effort, it was such a beautiful day. We have been guests there several times and will come back. The hotel is truly unique!
