The why? because at takeaway customers don't even count money with them, it matters who goes there and spends more even for a cappuccino or a coffee (the pastries should only be given to those customers, if they have 10 pastries they should only be sold to those customers, textual words.) When I called to ask for explanations why such rudeness had never happened to me, I assumed the owner replied, kindly at first but when I objected that a takeaway customer pays the same as a counter customer I was told that they are the priority is that above all THEY ARE NOT THE CONAD WHO MAKE SANDWICHES WITH MORTADELLA ENDLESSLY and cannot bake croissants. I was shocked and replied that it's not a correct and fair way to work with people. I was practically shouted at that he has to work, I have to go somewhere else and he attacked me in the face. CONGRATULATIONS FOR YOUR PROFESSIONALISM. Dear owner, Thank you for confirming with your response what we experienced and reported. It is clear that for you the concept of "respect and professionalism" is limited to those who sit at the table, ignoring anyone who simply wants to buy a takeaway product. If this is indeed a company policy, it should have been clearly communicated upon entering the premises with a sign, avoiding unpleasant discussions. Instead, what we found was arrogance and a total lack of willingness to engage in dialogue. His choice to "please" only certain customers, although legitimate, is a clear signal that he is evidently unable to manage the amount of work and requests, perhaps requiring a review of the choice of pieces to cook. The tone with which he handled the situation, culminating in shouting and ending the call, was unacceptable, especially considering the role he holds as a person who works for the public. We remind you that every customer brings profit, both those who consume on site and those who purchase takeaway. His public response, in which he tries to justify himself by accusing us of rudeness, only worsens the image of his restaurant. Good work and, above all, good reflection on the real definition of professionalism.
