Blackberry that feels like chewing a handful of freshly picked blackberries, hazelnut and pistachio that you could eat a kilo of without ever removing your makeup, and a whole series of original flavors like Gorgonzola that you'd never think could even add flavor to gelato, leaving a delicate sensation in your mouth of something new and familiar from other dishes at the same time. Gero and his wife, by the way, are lovely people who simply want to sell you their passion with sincerity and honesty, often organizing special events related to eating atomic gelato for true connoisseurs.

12/06/2026: I had dinner at this restaurant in Prato with some friends and we enjoyed several seafood dishes and the pizza. The food was fresh and tasty, the staff were friendly, the service was quick, and the atmosphere was truly welcoming. Very good prices.

20/05/2026: The quality is unquestionable, excellent both sweet and savory! The only downside is the counter staff, who are unsympathetic and rude. Sometimes it seems like they're doing you a favor by serving you, especially the girl who's there early in the morning. For example, if you ask for something they don't have on the counter yet but it's ready in the lab, you'll see her huff and puff as if she can barely walk to get it. If I were the owners, I'd revise their staff policies a bit. Otherwise, everything is impeccable.

17/12/2025: A pleasant discovery in the center of Prato. A warm, cozy, and welcoming atmosphere, light background music, and small tables positioned to let diners chat. The menu seems to fit perfectly with the setting; all the products are locally sourced, with a focus on vegetarian options and refined yet simple ingredients. Prices are reasonable, and the dishes are beautifully crafted, refined, and delicate on the palate. The photos speak for themselves; the noodles are delicious, and the slow-cooked pumpkin is a feast for the taste buds. We'll be back soon 😉

23/11/2025: Perfect bistro for brunch or lunch. The low music and limited seating create a quiet, relaxed atmosphere, just like home. I appreciate the limited menu, which ensures consistently fresh, high-quality ingredients. They offer seasonal, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. The dishes are beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. We also tried shirataki and nasi goreng, which were excellent! The service was also impeccable: prompt and courteous. I recommend booking, especially on weekends.

01/05/2026: The hotel was clean and nice. The staff were a little impolite. They don't allow you to bring your own food for breakfast, so be aware of that. It's not a big deal though. There are no kettles in the rooms either; my rating would have been higher if there were.

30/05/2026: It's not a new bar, but today we went there around 12:30 for some aperitifs, about 10 to be precise, because we were passing through on our way to a christening lunch. We stopped on the veranda right outside the bar, where my child was having fun (without causing any damage) opening and closing the door (the verandas were completely open). At a certain point, while I was inside getting the last drinks, the owner of the bar told his employee (who was at the cash register) to go and close the door, thus making it clear that we weren't exactly welcome. I repeat, the child wasn't causing any damage, and since we are attentive parents, we wouldn't have allowed inappropriate behavior to slide. Furthermore, at this point, to be honest, when ordering appetizers, I was told they would give me chips and peanuts, which I didn't see until I went to ask for them a little later. Honestly, the situation wasn't very pleasant when it was enough to simply say in a polite, even friendly, tone that she was closing the door instead of quietly letting an employee do it. REPLY TO THE OWNER Since I can't respond directly to her response, I'll do this and tell her that instead of whispering what to do to her employee, and since I was 30 cm away from her, I could have just said it politely. She also agrees about the heat, since I went to get the snacks at the counter myself and no one brought them to me, but maybe she's the one who's tired and suffering from the sudden heat. With this, I'll end it, because wasting time with people like that is definitely not worth it. If you want to know the reason, I'll give it to you. You're right.
