15/02/2025: Excellent quality food, almost, perhaps, impeccable service, normal prices... tending upwards, unfortunately life is expensive for everyone, even for us customers.

06/02/2025: I love Compitese and have been thinking about trying this restaurant for a long time. We are a bit obsessed with pizza, so we chose a selection of seafood appetizers, excellent and beautiful, and two rather particular pizzas, one with stracciatella and raw prawns, lots of raw prawns, and the other was with Cantabrian anchovies, aubergines and buffalo mozzarella. The pizza dough is particular, not ultra flattened as is the case in Pontedera, where we live, nor high, it was somewhere in between, crunchy and soft, as we say ALIVE and not killed by presses and rolling pins, but above all the seasoning was exceptional, with the anchovies being really good in terms of flavor and consistency and the other with the raw prawns, nice and firm and tasty. Maybe it was missing a bit of colour, especially the aubergines with anchovies gave it too much grey, which then with the anchovies I would have added a couple of fillets of red peppers, but also for Instagram 🤪jokes aside, really excellent pizzas, overall we liked everything a lot, even the coffee had a cream which is now a rarity. No dessert, it's difficult for us to get to dessert, even if it doesn't look like it physically, I know. Prices seem regular to me, of course there are also very particular things, but the prices are fair. I hope to return soon.

11/02/2025: Restaurant located on the hills of Lucca (San Pietro Marcigliano), sober environment but with a breathtaking view you can see the world, visited for a dinner, trained and kind staff, menu not very extensive but all very good, wine list, a variety of steaks on display, I and whoever was with me, we really enjoyed the food consumed, I recommend you visit.

08/01/2025: Tastefully renovated room, you can enjoy a magnificent view. Well prepared and well presented food. It is definitely a worthy and advisable restaurant. Prices in line with the competition.

07/11/2024: Io e i miei collaboratori abbiamo risieduto nella struttura durante il periodo del Lucca Comics & Games. Abbiamo alloggiato, fatto colazione e cenato presso il Rio Vorno e la nostra è stata un' esperienza più che positiva. Camere accoglienti, colazione e cene ottime e abbondanti, pratico pranzo al sacco da portare in fiera. Giovanni è stato inoltre di estremo supporto nell' accogliere le nostre esigenze di lavoro e personali (intolleranze alimentari e una gestante nello staff). Lo consigliamo caldamente

18/02/2025: Este es un excelente restaurante, situado en el campo, con hermosas vistas hacia los Alpes Apuane. El personal es siempre servicial y amable, y los platos son siempre sabrosos y tienen un giro para ellos. También provisiones locales.

08/02/2025: Excellent restaurant where you feel at "Home" with 0 km and organic products, a menu that is not particularly rich and without fish-based dishes. Excellent service. I would stay here again

23/02/2025: My wife and I were with friends last night at the "Canaiolo" restaurant in Capannori and we really enjoyed the atmosphere and the excellent food. The staff were extremely knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations, they were attentive without ever being intrusive. We felt welcomed. The environment is well looked after and comfortable, a great place for a relaxing evening with friends. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food and service. Definitely worth every penny spent. We were really favorably impressed. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!

11/01/2025: We went to this pizzeria last night, we had booked for 4, then my eldest daughter preferred not to come, we entered the pizzeria was EMPTY we said we had a reservation, when they saw that there were three of us or rather that there were 4 of us they tried to bind us to a table of 2, I repeat the pizzeria was EMPTY, at my request to be able to keep the table of 4 to be more comfortable for a moment at a table of 2 three 33cm plates for the pizza fit very narrow, we were told that it was not possible, because they rightly could not know if 4 diners had arrived from there and they would not have been able to give them the table, I repeat the pizzeria was EMPTY at that point I asked myself, if 2 diners were arriving, where they would seat them if the 3 of us had taken the table for 2, we therefore decided to go and eat in an ultra pizzeria, leaving the table for 4, the table for 2 and all the EMPTY pizzeria. Be more considerate of your customers....
