22/03/2024: A place that deserves to be known! We dined at Single as a couple and were amazed by their cuisine! Friendly, professional and attentive waiter to customer needs, he was able to recommend some amazing dishes, also pairing an excellent wine with dinner. The venue has an intimate, warm and welcoming atmosphere. Behind the dishes you can perceive the uniqueness, commitment and originality of the idea! Prices are appropriate to the type of cuisine. We will definitely be back, it's not easy to find places of this level in the area.

26/12/2023: Passeggiando per marina di Modica, siamo andati a gustare un cornetto al pistacchio. Il cornetto è mega, la cottura ottima e buon sapore lontano dal classico cornetto industriale. La crema è molto buona. Ottimo servizio, abbiamo trovato Ignazio che ci ha serviti con professionalità e simpatia!!!

19/02/2024: Siamo rimasti ammirati dalla rinomata abilità dei mastri pasticcieri di questo locale, avevamo bisogno di una torta di compleanno per gli 80 anni di nostra mamma, la loro creazione ha fuso magnificamente la dolcezza della ricotta con le note della crema al mandarino, una delizia per il palato...complimenti vivissimi e ancora grazie per lo splendido capolavoro realizzato.

07/04/2024: I'm on holiday, pizza had been recommended to me by local friends. We arrive there and notice that the pizzas at the table in front of us were complaining because the pizza was burnt. After having ordered the drinks and chips, we order three pizzas. The pizzas were burnt and the tomato was raw the pizzas tasted of nothing in the end we decide to leave them because they couldn't be eaten we call the waitress and I tell him that since the pizzas couldn't be eaten we didn't want to pay for them she says to me: I don't know where she comes from, but Modica pizzas are paid for. I tell her that I want to pay for the pizzas, but if they were (EATABLE), she says that I say this because I want to scam her…. Truly disrespectful, rude, insolent. Those who do this job first of all learn to know how to talk to the customer, not to attack or even offend. I call the manager, and instead of listening to me, he also tells me you have to pay for the pizzas... maybe you are used to Naples where they make pizza differently... But what do I say? But is this the seriousness, the way to talk to customers? They were not PROFESSIONAL at all! Offensive, and arrogant. Horrible service. Eating… Never and never again!

02/04/2024: I think it could have been a better experience, but perhaps because it was Easter lunch and everything was already prepared it wasn't an explosion of taste as some describe. Never mind, I was a little disappointed and I definitely won't repeat the experience.

04/04/2024: Unfortunately a big disappointment in terms of taste. It is presented as traditional cuisine but the taste is missing from all the dishes we tried (arancini with squid & wild boar, linguini with squid, chicken with fries). The service is nice. So many good reviews are still misleading.

15/03/2024: Chose this restaurant because of the many good reviews. Unfortunately we had lesser experiences. Many dishes were sold out. Can happen so we chose other things that seemed to be tasty. Unfortunately, the starters were really small in size. We took 3 starters. Mini burger that is gone after 1 bite, bread with pulled pork very basic and a mini burger with scampi that is gone after 1 bite. Quite expensive for what you get. Main course I had octopus, it was cooked ok but a small portion and the cheese sauce was dominant. My partner had aubergines. Portion too small, half warm and also with cheese sauce. We left hungry and went elsewhere to eat something. My least dining experience in Sicily. Lots of wine in stock, perhaps good for just drinking.
