The staff is friendly and super helpful, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the prices are fair for the quality of the products. If you want a truly satisfying panzerotto, this is the place. Highly recommended!

31/01/2026: Pizzeria Twist – Manduria Good pizza, though a bit pricey. A shame about the welcome: hasty and unfriendly responses, as if making a request would be a nuisance. The wait is understandable, but the attitude is a little less so. The experience would have been better with more kindness.

24/02/2026: Ladies and gentlemen, take a seat, and I'll tell you about my adventure at Tutta 'NataStoria in Martina Franca... a story that not even Eduardo would have had the courage to stage. As soon as I enter, bam! The smell of frying food hits me like an intrusive relative I haven't seen in years: "Hey, boy, how are you?" He hugs you, holds you, walks you home, and, if he could, he'd even send you a three-minute voice message on WhatsApp. My clothes, even now, are looking for a lawyer to apply for political asylum. The place, then... ah, the place! It looks like the set of a theater abandoned after its last performance in '52. A "post-abandonment" setting that, I swear, will drive archaeologists of the future crazy: "Professor, look: here they studied primitive life without hygiene!" In there, hygiene is like a munaciello: everyone talks about it, but no one has ever seen it. And the multitasking manager? He seems engaged in a personal war against any minimum standard of cleanliness... and he's winning with frightening ease. And now we come to the bathroom, the real coup de théâtre. No toilet paper, and the flush has decided to retire early. An experience that to call "unpleasant" would be like saying Vesuvius is a little hot. But be careful, because the ending is worthy of a comic tragedy: the bill. Because yes, on top of all this, the place also manages to be expensive. A true "dystopian luxury": you pay like in a serious restaurant, but you get an experience that not even the worst episodes of Kitchen Nightmares would have the courage to air. In short, an evening that not only would I not repeat, but that I would recommend only to those who want to test their fortitude... or their nose. A comedy, yes, but one of those that makes you laugh so you don't cry.

23/02/2026: As we walked in, we thought, "Where are we?!" Well, we can loudly say that at the end of the dinner, WE DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE, because we were in the most fantastic place in Martina Franca... Extraordinary pizza, light, top-notch dough, quality ingredients. Then you add the secret ingredient, the one that gives it added value, namely Giuseppe... grit, passion, love, dedication, spontaneity, charisma, cheerfulness, and true Neapolitan spirit. 26/12/2025: A variety of delicious and unusual appetizers with surprising flavors; the pizza was soft and delicious. The Christmas '25 lunch, probably because it was packed, was marred by the extremely long wait between courses, especially before the welcome drink and appetizers. The coffee was sour, but the food quality was good and the staff was excellent.

09/11/2025: After hearing a lot about it, we came to try this place with high expectations. The location is spectacular, with a special highlight being the wonderful view from above. We had a tasting of both land and sea, with eight different options, each one better than the last. Of course, we couldn't miss the pizza. The dough was truly exquisite and excellent, light, and you could tell it had risen. We were extremely satisfied. Finally, dessert was a must. I personally had the cheesecake and I must say I was truly amazed by the generous portion for only €4, and it was obviously delicious too. All in all, I highly recommend this place, especially for the location and the value for money.

23/11/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant, and despite some positive expectations, the experience fell short. When ordering, we were advised to add appetizers because the kitchen would have a 40-minute wait for the entrees. I found this advice inappropriate, especially since I don't order appetizers simply because I don't feel like it. The three of us ordered three first courses, two second courses to share, a bottle of wine, a bottle of water, and three coffees. The quality of the dishes was good, but nothing that justified some shady choices. The most unpleasant thing was finding a bottle of water on the bill for €9. A completely unfair price, which I honestly consider exaggerated, not to mention downright robbery.
