Lunch at Cibiamo made our visit to Martina Franca quite enjoyable. A spritz, a small pan of fried fish, and carbo toast: we couldn't have asked for anything better. Check out the photos to see for yourself. Excellent service, spotless bathroom.

A real discovery: quality and courtesy 🔝
We stopped for an aperitif and were thrilled. The gin and tonic was excellent, and the platter was top-notch, but the real love was the owner Vincenzo's recommendation: a maritozzo with bombette, chicory, and caciocavallo cheese was simply amazing!
Vincenzo is a wonderful person and extremely attentive to his customers: he gave us a discount on our bill and offered us dessert, a sweet almond bread accompanied by a mint-leaf custard, made by him... delicious!
A charming and welcoming bistro that I highly recommend to everyone. A top-notch experience!

While window-shopping on the first day of sales, we decided to stop at Cibando for a quick bite. A truly fortunate choice.
The place is delightful, tastefully decorated, and exudes a familiar feel: the tables, chairs, and glasses evoke the idea of being at home, with a simple and authentic elegance that immediately puts you at ease. The open kitchen concept is also wonderful: transparency, warmth, and the aroma of delicious food.
The menu is deliberately limited, but every dish exudes quality and attention to detail. The leavened pastries prepared by the chef are amazing, starting with the truly remarkable homemade giardiniera. Special mention goes to the carbo-toast, surprising and incredibly successful.
The staff is excellent: attentive, organized, and always courteous. To complete the experience, pleasant background music and single-serving bottles of amaro complete the meal with the same high quality that distinguishes it from start to finish.
A place where even a quick break becomes a moment to remember.
We will definitely return, without a doubt.

A delightful, tastefully decorated place. Everything is baked and exceptional because it's made by the chef. The tartare is wonderful. Crostini with poached egg, etc., all creative but rooted in the local area, absolutely delicious and expertly prepared.
