Eravamo in tre e abbiamo optato per il menù degustazione che in genere si presenta come un equilibrio tra portate buone e altre meno. Siamo state sorprese dall' altissimo livello di tutte. Davvero un' esperienza notevole. Ottima cucina proposto da personale accogliente e super gentile. Quando torneremo a Foggia sarà un grande piacere ripetere. Bravi, bravi, bravi. 14/03/2025: A Foggia per lavoro. Leggo le recensioni e suggerisco il ristorante al collega. Una piacevole sorpresa. Locale accogliente, ben arredato. Chef e staff totalmente al femminile 💖 Proposte del menu della tradizione pugliese ma molto ben rivisitate con innovazione. E soprattutto materie prime di altissima qualità, del territorio e di stagione. Le bombette con il caciocavallo podolico ..meravigliose. E anche il piatto The Must, maialino cotto a bassa temperatura accompagnato da cipolle caramellate, una crema al cetriolo che ha dato una freschezza al piatto eccezionale e contorno di patate al forno, Uao! Non ho preso il dolce ma la bavarese al cioccolato e nocciole del collega aveva un ottimo aspetto. Ottima la lista vini. Brave! Complimenti!

Highly recommended. Chop, french fries and salad...number 1, I always eat at their place like this. Primitivo wine,👍 and cherry 👍. Then the place, very poetic. And "they" are authentically kind, friendly and smiling.

22/03/2025: Traveling from Milan we stopped here recommended by a passerby!! Surprise, excellent location, very polite and hospitable waitress and the food was sublime! Pepata di cozze very good, mom ordered a homemade dish with seafood and I must say they were excellent, a very fresh fish flavor with just the right touch of tomato without covering up the flavor of the sea. The best was the stuffed calamari with fabulous peas, luckily it was the last portion :-) . And the icing on the cake was the pistachio semifreddo dessert surely provided by a sublime artisanal ice cream shop in the area. If you pass through Rodi Gargano stop here and you will taste excellent food at reasonable prices

26/12/2024: Returning after more than 30 years (36 to be exact) to the place where you got married, and finding the same treatment from the waiters, the same delicacy of the dishes, is priceless, magnificently renovated premises, I am often amazed by those people who move away from our places when we have the excellence under our noses. I'm sorry I didn't take advantage of taking photographs. For important events and for all other occasions it is highly recommended, both in terms of location and service and cuisine. we enhance and reward the companies in our area

18/10/2024: We got married in this dream villa on October 12th, almost a week ago...and in these days away from the wedding we have done nothing but receive compliments for the goodness and excellent quality of the food, the perfect service and the fabulous location! It was all MAGICAL 😍 From start to finish Franco and all his staff were truly wonderful, the dishes were uniquely fresh and delicious! Good good good is an understatement!
