In ogni piatto, una contaminazione con sapori dal mondo: cibi che provengono dai paesi d’origine dei padroni di casa, Brasile e Trentino, o che fanno parte della loro storia di viaggiatori tra culture lontane.

09/08/2025: I rarely write reviews but thought Mint Cucina Fresca was a really lovely dining experience. Not only was the food and drink exceptional but the ambience and service was also very special. If you want to try something a little different from traditional Italian fare (which I also always enjoy) then I highly recommend!

10/08/2025: Excellent pizzeria in Capurso. Good pizza and very digestible dough. What can I say? I've only been there once, but I'll definitely be back. Good prices.

29/07/2025: Great little cafe away from all the busy tourist areas. Worth a bit of an extra walk to have some nice coffee, friendly service and food.

05/09/2025: We made a reservation, and we should have. The food was very good. We ordered an aperitif, but no price was mentioned. The glasses of white wine we wanted to have with our meals were brought at the same time as the aperitif... average... especially since we waited 40 minutes for our meal! The wine had time to warm up. So expect a bit of a wait, even though a few tables were served before us. Beware of the equally nauseating smell of sewage coming back up... but they're not responsible.

05/09/2025: I spent a truly enjoyable evening here with good house wine and pasta. The paccheri allo scoglio is truly fantastic, and the portion so enormous that we regretfully skipped the appetizers and opted for only the main course to satisfy it. The seafood was cooked perfectly, fresh, and of high quality. The sauce was aromatic and deeply flavorful. Delicious, lightly grilled bread was served to mop up the sauce. The service was excellent; the gentleman serving us was cordial and professional. We were given tongs for the lobster to break up the shell if necessary, and there was an adequate amount of wet wipes. Given the service, the coperto was adequate and fair.

15/08/2025: Very cute place and pretty terrace overlooking the vineyards. We let ourselves be guided by Santina, the owner, on a discovery formula which allows us to try lots of small traditional and homemade dishes... it was excellent.

06/08/2025: We tried an appetizer for two, delicious and authentic, featuring traditional local dishes with a gourmet twist. It had a very pleasant tapas feel. The panoramic view was sensational, and the staff, made up entirely of women, were kind, professional, and friendly... wonderful! ❤️

From the first moment, we felt welcomed and pampered, cared for with impeccable professionalism and extraordinary attention to every detail. Every corner of the room exuded attention, taste, and passion: lights, spaces, atmosphere... everything perfect to make such an important evening special. 11/08/2025: We spent several days in Bari and went there twice for lunch. The sandwiches were freshly made. Very good and with plenty of ingredients. The bread was also very good. Ideal for buying something to take to the airport on your last day. We liked the sfiziaso the most.

11/08/2025: I stopped by here last year and thought it was the best sandwich I'd ever had. Today I went back to Bari and can reiterate that these sandwiches are truly delicious. The ingredients are very good, and I'd prefer the bread to be softer, but in any case, pfff, it's well worth it.

15/08/2025: Dinner on August 14, just excellent. Don't be fooled by the outside of the restaurant; inside, it's very beautiful and well-maintained. The waiter was fantastic, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The food was very good. We also had the pleasure of dining with a very nice couple. The final price, I'd say, was absolutely below average. If you factor in the food and drink, the friendliness and company, it's a truly low price!

05/08/2025: Found on the recommendation of a local, Rosticceria d'Altri Tempi (Old World Rosticceria), you'll feel like you're at grandma's house thanks to the portions, the quality, and the helpful staff. Highly recommended!

04/09/2025: We went there because the place looked lovely and there were good reviews. The wine was delicious and the salad was OK, however, the service was really bad. Not a nice word, not a smile, we were ignored the whole time, we had to go above and beyond to catch attention to be able to order, one item of our order never arrived… we wanted to order another glass of wine but couldn’t catch the waitress attention so we gave it up and left. It’s a shame because the atmosphere and wine were lovely.

31/08/2025: "An excellent culinary experience!" We came from Matera specifically to try this restaurant and were extremely satisfied. The fish is simply delicious, incredibly fresh, and perfectly cooked—a true pleasure. The service is attentive and impeccable. Special thanks to Mariangela, our waitress, who served us with great courtesy and professionalism. A place where you eat very well and feel welcomed. We'll definitely be back!

31/08/2025: To celebrate my birthday, I chose Il Bel Paese in Mola, a restaurant I already knew for its excellent seafood, and I wanted to introduce my family to it, having come all the way from Matera. My expectations were not disappointed: generous portions, high-quality ingredients, and dishes with attention to detail, from the table setting to the plating. Thanks to chef Vito, always attentive to the customer's needs, and to Mariangela, a kind and helpful waitress who looked after us with professionalism. Everyone was satisfied, and even though we're a bit far away, we'll definitely be back. If you want fresh, expertly prepared seafood, this is truly the place to be!

19/07/2025: I've traveled far and wide throughout Italy, from the deep south to the north, and I can say without a doubt that this is the best pizza I've ever eaten. And the best part is that I discovered it thanks to the recommendation of a real local! It's not just the pizza: the service was also excellent, especially Alessia, who looked after me; she was incredibly kind and friendly.

16/07/2025: Pizza decente, pizza più piccola del normale e con guarnizioni scarse. Servizio buono. Cassiera antipatica, non potevamo pagare ognuno il nostro e hanno fatto direttamente scontrino unico senza neanche chiedere se desidervamo dividere il conto! Non so se lo fanno con tutti ma hanno messo i soldi nella macchina per controllare fossero veri...sarà perché eravamo 3 ragazzi?? Non so come trattate gli altri ma ci è sembrato scortese
