Upon entering, you'll see all the wines on display and other products for sale, then you'll reach the dining room, which is very well-maintained and welcoming. The food was truly excellent and high-quality, and the person who looked after us was very kind and helpful. The prices were in line with the quality of the products. Highly recommend!

23/07/2025: The food was good, the portion sizes were okay. The service at the beginning was a complete disaster. We asked about meat-free dishes, but the waitress loudly asked us how we could eat vegetarian food. The service continued to be very distant.
Unfortunately, we didn't feel welcome at all, which is why I can't give it more stars.
I don't recommend the restaurant if you want to experience hospitality. It simply doesn't exist there. Other customers there sometimes mimicked the service staff and made fun of their unfriendly attitude.
At the end, when it came to paying, they finally wished us all the best.
I can't say anything about the hotel; luckily, we didn't sleep there.

24/09/2025: Today we had lunch at this sushi restaurant and it was truly a wonderful experience. The place is welcoming, with attention to detail and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is kind, attentive, and always available, ready to offer advice and satisfy every request with a smile.
The sushi is incredibly fresh, prepared with great care, and elegantly presented. Each dish is a small masterpiece, with a perfect balance of flavors. In addition to the classic rolls and sashimi, there are original and creative options that are definitely worth trying.
The quality-price ratio is also excellent: the food is good, with generous portions and quality ingredients. It's definitely a place we'll gladly return to and one I recommend to anyone who loves authentic, well-made sushi.

Carmine is a character! A true entertainer with only the finest food!
His wife is a ray of sunshine on that terrace, making you appreciate Vercelli from a different perspective!
Whether it's a quick lunch or a dinner for 35, Carmine and his wife will always make you feel at home. Never left out, not even if you're sitting at table 1 near the drinks fridge, always with a "treat" like freshly baked focaccia, a joke, a laugh, and everything arrives right after you sit down!
What more can I say?
Want to eat at a restaurant like at home?

I highly recommend Oriana; she offers excellent service.
Satisfied.

Please find a way to reduce the noise pollution from those machines. Poor Oriana has to scream to interact with customers.

04/08/2025: The restaurant is strategically located, just steps from schools, offices, and the historic center.
Small but well-organized, I've eaten all the dishes several times. The selection is extensive! The girls behind the counter are super friendly and always smiling, something that's been lacking in other places lately.
I can only recommend it, and the view of Piazza Cavour makes everything even more special!
