The tajarin was cooked perfectly, as was the beef cheek, which was incredibly tender. Excellent wine to accompany it all, and attentive staff made for a truly wonderful experience.

05/05/2025: Often on my lunch break I stop to have lunch in this delicatessen with my husband and my son, the cockerel and the aubergines made by you are spectacular. I also highly recommend it to those who like to try typical dishes. Besides the food, the waitresses are also very good and professional.
04/05/2025: Abbiamo soggiornato con amici per tre giorni ad Alba per uno stage di tennis durante il ponte del primo maggio e abbiamo sempre pranzato nella gastronomia urbana. Assoluta qualità delle materie prime e prodotti eccellenti. Marito cuoco e moglie al banco gestiscono questo locale in modo ammirevole, coadiuvati da personale altrettanto valido, i diversi piatti degustati durante i vari pasti hanno pienamente soddisfatto le nostre esigenze. Provare per credere.

09/05/2025: In the area for work, I stopped for lunch, good food, fast, possibility of ordering from a tablet or cell phone, there are no limits on portions per minute and the mochi is also very good!
28/04/2025: I went there 3 days ago and the place was very nice. Exquisite food and affordable price. The people in the place were all kind and nice. I will return for sure.

05/05/2025: Pizzeria with full Italian flair! The service was great, very helpful and friendly. The selection of pizza is huge and there are special varieties such as charcoal pizza dough (black) and other toppings such as salmon. The pizzas were all very tasty!

19/05/2025: Unfriendly and inattentive service. Ordered an aperitif with wine. Waited almost half an hour. When I asked for it, it was brought to me in an unfriendly manner. Uninspired and anything but typically Italian. There was little cheese or prosciutto, no olives, and the puff pastry wasn't fresh.
26/04/2025: We sleep 3 nights in Alba; first morning breakfast here, we will be back again the next few days!
Super cappuccino and cream croissant with a nice flakiness. My husband soon has another sweet piece and a smoothie which unfortunately cannot be defined as such... a sort of juice with a mix of fruits which he showed us in a bottle and then simply put in the glass (€4).
Everything else good and a historic and well-kept environment! The format is beautiful without the classic counter but with homemade cakes and small trays of pastries that give the feeling of home!

19/11/2023: Small restaurant-bistro, well cared for in the choice of furnishings and ambience. The cuisine is tasty, the ingredients are quality and the service is kind and attentive.
The cooked egg, the mushroom tagliolini and the hazelnut cake with zabaglione are excellent!
Worth a try if you are in Alba, also because it is located in an alley slightly away from the main tourist streets, thus remaining quieter.
11/11/2023: Pedimos pasta a la trufa...nos la anotan...era la feria mundial de la trufa (mercado a 50metros)...nos sirven las bebidas(vino) y entonces nos dicen que no les queda trufa....
Lo que pudimos pedirnos no estaba mal.
