L'inedito Vigin Mudest

25/01/2026: Dining at l'inedito is a warm caress on a cold day. The expertly prepared dishes transform simple flavors into true explosions of flavor on the palate. Truffles are served generously, and the vast selection of wines allows for a wide range of tastes. And the caress continues with the bread and breadsticks. Their charcoal-baked focaccia is spectacular. Soft and with a grain of salt on the surface balancing the sweetness, it transforms it into an unexpected treat.
We ordered a Barbera d'Asti, which paired with the venison enhanced its flavor, sweetness, and aromas. Their desserts are not to be missed: the Barolo tiramisu, with its crunchy note, transforms the strong flavor of the Barolo into a perfectly balanced sweetness. The golden egg, on the other hand, is beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. A spectacle of flavor.
I'll save my comment on the wait staff for last. If eating at L'Inedito is a warm caress, the wait staff is the blanket that warms you. Always attentive, with a constant presence but never intrusive. They are ninjas! The bread appeared on its own!!! Highly recommended!

30/01/2026: A superb lunch on our way to our holiday destination, refined cuisine from the amuse-bouche to dessert, and flawlessly chosen wines. A lovely touch: the petit fours with coffee. A fantastic place; if you're ever in the area, be sure to stop by.

I must say that Marina and I are a couple who love to savor the specialties of the places we visit, both in Italy and abroad...like the unique patisseries across the border.
Manuela and Giancarlo infuse the experience and love they've acquired over the years into their service and delicate production. Today, thanks to the kindness of Tiziano and Mirco, we selected a tasting of delicacies that allowed us to savor the perfect combination of ingredients and their quality. A special mention also goes to the Cappuccino with Coconut Milk and Cocoa.
Value and price are always in line: everything that is precious and touches our soul, even in the form of sweet treats, deserves its worth! Congratulations, and see you soon!
16/12/2025: The pan au chocolat is good, no doubt about it, but €3.90 seems excessive, even for a handmade product (and that's without the prices displayed, which are required by law).
The final blow is the €2 price tag for a perfectly normal cappuccino.

25/12/2025: I ordered a home delivery, and after almost an hour and a half, no one has shown up. Shame on you! I even called the staff to ask, but I got no response. I'm continuing the review given your decidedly incorrect response. The order didn't arrive ten minutes later, but 45 minutes later than expected. Your colleague—and I'm afraid your boss—told me she'd written the wrong delivery address, but remember, I called three times before finding out what had actually happened. I also reiterate that your dear colleague initially hung up on me without providing any explanation. That said, I hope you also learn some manners, as well as the fact that you're not perfect and that you have to admit your own shortcomings every now and then.
