29/07/2024: It's not like it used to be, now it's practically always empty and the quality/proposal has dropped drastically. Little choice of sandwiches, limited offerings but on the other hand increased prices, almost like those of a truck stop. Too bad, it was convenient for those who work nearby.

10/04/2024: Not what it used to be! Once upon a time there was a queue and even 2 open tills...the food has worsened in quality and sometimes they offer you the same thing the next day too...The pizza has returned after a long time, it used to be good, now it's worse than the frozen pizzas at the supermarket….expensive prices for the food they offer! It's really a shame because by improving the quality we could really do more! But maybe they don't want to improve!

29/06/2024: I dipendenti dicono una cosa quando chiami e non è così, quando siamo arrivato al negozio la dipendente è stato molto scortese, servizio pessimo, non lo consiglio, vai da qualche altra parte

09/06/2024: Horrible.... after warning the owner that I had a beer from another place she still told me to sit down. I get a biscuit for my daughter and shortly after I give her some water from the bottle brought from home, the owner comes out shouting at me that she doesn't accept these things, shortly after her husband arrives who is worse than her... and shouts to leave, saying that I occupied a table (15 minutes) for a biscuit and with water not bought by them. I point out that I brought the bottle from home and that they were very rude and then I left... terrible, I am of the opinion that some people shouldn't open bars if they don't know what WELCOME AND COURTESY is. ..

15/08/2024: Never again. Prosecco marsalato, unthinkable service. Conclusion a little smoke and no roast. I do not recommend 100%

04/08/2024: Staff not at all friendly and very pissed off, Jessica and Alessia snorted at the request for three spritzes (€36). If you don't feel like working on August 4th I understand, but look for something else that at least doesn't ruin the afternoon for other people. Denis tried to save the situation but it wasn't enough on the scales. dirty place, too. miserable cutting board, 3 cold cuts and one type of cheese, tasteless. 4 bruschettas and 3 slices of bread. €36, madness. There is little of "home", perhaps just the name.

24/08/2024: Disappointing. After asking for a shaken coffee (terrible and burnt) and telling me that they had run out of creams to correct it, at the checkout they made me pay more, telling me that the menu needed updating and the written prices did not correspond. But it doesn't really exist. Not recommended.

11/08/2024: I sat down for a coffee, I pointed out that it didn't taste good (maybe burnt?), they pretended nothing happened so as not to change it for me. You don't treat customers like that. Unfriendly staff, I won't set foot there again!

11/07/2024: Poorly maintained place, appalling service... Waiter without gloves and with loose hair (I want to point this out because in the food you can find unbelievable things: hair, nails, plastic, paper clips and objects so ruined that you can't understand) Food not good at all... Every day the pasta is offered again for lunch and dinner either plain or with the sauce of the day, and the pasta was overcooked, the second course was meat with a side of vegetables, the worst day was the carrots and a small steak, the steak still more. edible but the carrots had a strange color, they seemed to have coloring. I don't recommend it but as a snowy meadow it's not a city the choice is limited and one goes to whatever restaurant comes across. I fully advise against it.

11/07/2024: I came on holiday with my volleyball group and we went to Boconcino. Poor food with hair, paper clips and pieces of plastic inside the pasta, which is mostly eaten at all meals and overcooked. As per the first days there were the raw meatballs which the whole team got really sick of (including me), the carrots which looked like orange colored water…really bad. I'm sorry but I don't recommend this restaurant for anyone who has to come for a holiday in Prato Nevoso
