15/03/2025: We ate for lunch today, it wasn't the first time we ate here, we always had a good time and that's why we came back without looking at the latest reviews which unfortunately I have to confirm... We enter (there is still the Christmas tree, in March, oh well) and immediately a table full of jackets and stuff piled up and we are immediately surprised, in a negative way obviously. We sit down, order and everything arrives in a decidedly acceptable time, the taste is practically the same as always, everything is fine but then, the second round of orders and the catastrophe... A dish arrives immediately and then it's empty, 20 minutes for the second dish and we never saw the others, among other things the grilled salmon we had was finished but no one had the thought to warn us... We pay, behind the cash register a mess of stuff that has nothing to do with catering, dirt and disorder. We have come to the conclusion that management has changed and things have fallen into oblivion... Too bad, we should look for another sushi place for when we return to these parts.

13/03/2025: Terribile, Il sushi ha talmente tanto riso che non si sente minimamente il gusto del pesce, Non sono il tipo che spreca cibo ma ho dovuto togliere gran parte del riso dai piatti e nasconderla e un fazzoletto per renderli mangiabili. da non rifare

22/02/2025: Bicchieri e piatti di carta nel buffet Cucchiaini carta x yogurt Signora pulizie con carrello delle pulizie attraversa sala mentre le persone mangiano Buffet non ricchissimo ma buono : mancano ad esempio formaggi ed affettati e soprattutto i pancakes o i bugels tipici delle culture anglosassoni : non dovrebbero essere tra i piatti da scegliere bensì nel buffet Personale molto gentile e disponibile

22/01/2025: La location è molto bella ma il brunch è da dimenticare. Il tavolo con l'allestimento del dolce è davvero sguarnito e deludente, neanche in un hotel a due stelle il buffe della colazione è così "povero". Il baghel era talmente duro che non si riusciva a mordere, tantomeno tagliare con il coltello. Sembrava pane riscaldato al microonde indurito. La cipolla caramellata che doveva accompagnare il piatto inesistente. Le uova e il bacon mediocri, con i medaglioni di patate duri e secchi all'esterno. La panna cotta alla fragola era freddissima, molto densa e senza sapore e il panettoncino servito con la crema talmente secco da risultare immangiabile. Livello molto al disotto delle aspettative, da bar mediocre che prepara piatti surgelati. Prezzi assolutamente fuori contesto per ciò che viene offerto. Il menù, inoltre, ha piatti molto semplici, basterebbe davvero la qualità delle materie prime per fare la differenza. Peccato perché pensavamo di chiedere per un servizio catering per una festa ma abbiamo rinunciato.

19/01/2025: Small place, but big taste! The burger was really super: the meat was large and juicy, cooked just right, the cheese was well melted, the bacon was crispy and the salad and tomato were very fresh. The service was fantastic: friendly and kind! A pleasant discovery after a Saturday in the snow with the family!

08/12/2024: Cold place (in the very literal sense of poorly heated). On a Sunday in December it's not the best. I order a Prosecco - at 11.30 - and am served a small bowl of chips. Maybe it could have been good in 1974, but today we expect something more. Toilet without possibility to close the door.

08/03/2025: Simple, unpretentious place, located in Turin frozen in time. Good prices: spritz 4 euros, small draft beer 3 euros Abruzzo kebabs and meatballs are also sold on site Fast, attentive, friendly staff A good place to stop in the frenzy of Balon and have a drink

13/02/2025: Eravamo in giro per il baloon, avremmo voluto mangiare solamente un toast e bere qualche cosa...non abbiamo potuto sederci perchè non avremmo ordinato nulla dalla cucina....Davvero squallido!

31/07/2024: Lunch, July. No air conditioning. In order not to waste time looking for another place, I sit just outside and proceed to order a second course with cordon bleu, a side of peas and sparkling water. First the HOT sparkling water arrives, then the classic cordon bleu from the medium-low level supermarket 10x10 cm with in the same dish the peas turned directly from the container jar. Ambiguous thing: I ask for a slice of lemon and the poor waitress comes back telling me they've put me back to placing orders... (I'm left speechless, I only eat the cordon bleu, I pay VERY EXPENSIVELY and I leave) ...Never again!!!

16/03/2025: After paying, we realized that the amount paid compared to the receipt was about two euros more. I go in to ask for explanations and, without any kind of embarrassment, the owner tells me that the surcharge was for the tip which is already "calculated" by the POS. Never seen something like this in a venue. If I want to leave a tip I leave it willingly, without any kind of game. Furthermore, in this case, the tip was not deserved at all, given that every time we had to order we got up to ask, in fact the attention to the customer is zero (however the prices are restaurant prices).

06/02/2025: Locale elegante e molto pulito, cibo della tradizione piemontese ottimamente eseguito, con dei “plin” semplicemente da applausi… Personale cordiale e conto in linea… Cosa volere di più da un ristorante? Ottima esperienza!

02/01/2025: Cenone di San Silvestro che ricorderò sicuramente! Non c’è stato un piatto fatto bene. Un disastro totale: antipasto le capesante completamente bruciate, la tartara freddissima e salatissima, risotto fatto non col brodo(il brodo manco c’era!) ma con acqua sporca, paccheri al polpo idem…polpo tolto dalla vaschetta immangiabile, brasato passabile e il cotechino con le lenticchie inguardabile per la sua forma fallica e le lenticchie stracotte (forse era meglio frullarle). Dimenticavo il dessert congelato dentro e non col cioccolato ma col topping.. nemmeno questo abbiamo mangiato. Non mi era mai successo di patire la fame ad un cenone!!! Sono del mestiere per cui se dovessero tornarmi indietro i piatti con tutta la portata dentro una domanda me la farei. Che dire…cambiate mestiere.

12/04/2025: Perfect, punctual every time and kind, but every now and then you forget the free farinata. Which is good, a nice surprise, please remember it. You get a 6/5 with the farinata, I give you a 4 only because twice in the last 5 you forgot it.

30/03/2025: 1 hour and 45 minutes for delivery, no one warned me of the delay. The pizzeria is 10 minutes from my house... I'm pregnant and I just wanted a pizza... Hire more staff for deliveries or accept fewer orders if you can't handle them. It's not the riders' fault but the owners'. Pizza arrived cold. Never again.
