05/06/2026: An excellent restaurant whose strong point is undoubtedly the ambiance, with its carefully curated historic rooms and delightful garden, perfect for summer evenings. It's a truly welcoming and pleasant place, just a short distance from Ascoli Piceno. I especially recommend the house antipasto, with its rich selection of dishes and original pairings. The first courses are also very good.

08/05/2026: The location is well-maintained and very nice and convenient (except for the climb to get there). The service is a bit rushed but excellent overall. The food is very good and well-cooked. I recommend the fried clouds accompanied by cured meats. I also had the pasta alla norcina and the tiramisu. The portions are very generous. Very satisfied, I would definitely recommend it (especially for those who need a refueling after the long and exhausting trekking routes of Castel Trosino).

08/10/2025: I constantly buy ground coffee for daily use at home, trying out various varieties. And sometimes I enjoy a delicious cup at the counter. Everything is excellent, and the service is always courteous.

27/09/2025: A visit here is always a real highlight for us. The coffee is not only incredibly aromatic, but immediately conveys the Italian way of life. Whenever we're near San Benedetto del Tronto, a stop here is a must. We particularly appreciate the warm and attentive nature of the staff, who are happy to recommend something new or unusual. An added bonus: The coffee can be freshly poured and lovingly packaged and can be taken home as a gift – a wonderful souvenir that we'll gladly bring back to Germany.

02/09/2025: The Acquerello risotto with parmesan, herb butter, crispy raw ham, and saffron ice cream is worth the price of admission alone. I've never tasted a risotto like this before. Everything was perfect. The wait staff was friendly, helpful, and polite. Highly recommended.

02/06/2026: I've been to this place twice... for the June 2nd long weekend... the first time on May 29, 2026. Only three tables full. Great food, but slow service. The second evening, June 1, 2026, we came in at 8:30 PM and left at 11:30 PM to eat only a charcuterie and cheese platter and three first courses (two Norcine and one Gricia). The pasta was overcooked; we had a chicory, but since it was almost midnight, we cancelled it. Terrible service... many people canceled orders... and many, given the late hour, gave the dishes to nearby tables out of solidarity. Something I've never seen before. We paid €60. Only a €6 discount for all the inconvenience. They justified themselves by saying they weren't expecting so many reservations and weren't ready. Change jobs/kitchens/or hire more staff because you really need them. The quality of the products is good. But you don't know how to keep customers.

09/05/2026: A trattoria you wouldn't expect to find in a seaside town: high-quality inland specialties at affordable prices. The friendly and welcoming owner makes you feel like you're dining in a family-run atmosphere. If you're looking for something other than seafood, this is the place for you.

30/11/2025: I'm really shocked by the service this evening. Unfortunately, it's not possible to publish the pizza, if you can call it that, that the waiter brought me. I wouldn't have given it to my dog ​​either.... besides, I got up three times because I had to wait a long time for two burnt pieces.... after seeing so many bars and restaurants, I'll never go back.

17/04/2026: Suggested title: Excellent quality and courtesy, a convenient alternative to the chaos of the city Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ​We stopped at this ice cream shop for its convenient location on the main road, with easy parking, something that has become impossible in San Benedetto or Porto d'Ascoli. ​Special mention for the hospitality and kindness of the operator, Giusi, and compliments for the orderliness and great cleanliness inside and out: although the facility is not yet fully equipped with specific supports for people with disabilities, the lady was very kind and immediately provided us with a stool to sit on. An unusual gesture of thoughtfulness that we greatly appreciated. 🙏💫 ​The Gelato: You can feel that it's a product that "speaks its own language." Unlike many ice cream shops that use industrial preparations, here the sensation is that of artisanal ice cream made with real raw ingredients. Taste: Some flavors seemed a tad too sweet, but that's a very subjective assessment that depends on your taste buds. Price: We paid €4.00 for a medium cup of three flavors. It may seem a lot or a little depending on your perspective, but the quality of the ingredients justifies the expense. 10/04/2026: I'm surprised it's still open after several years; I was sure it had closed. It's probably the worst "restaurant" in San Benedetto. Sweaty, smelly, and disgusting sandwiches, poor service with waiters annoyed because you don't know the 19-digit number of the sandwich (not the order), and it's not okay to simply say the name (god forbid). The atmosphere is classic, with frustrated hipsters selling the place as special, typical "we do things differently here" types. Not only the most disgusting bread, but also the most disgusting meat and chicken I can think of; I ate them at Senduiccerì. Not a normal sandwich, eh? Definitely a record-breaking place.
