31/08/2024: I hadn't been to Tolentino for almost 9 years (damn earthquake that destroyed my house), and I remember that back then there wasn't much to choose from in town to eat out, and well. Today, like John Belushi in Blues Brothers, who sees the light, and the street, I saw the Fioretti grocery store, recommended to me by my clever uncle, because of Saint Nicholas (my saint obviously...). Well, I can only rave about the setting, the richness of the menu, the quality of the raw materials, and the friendly and warm welcome from Andrea, heir to the family dynasty, who transformed what was "just" a grocery store , in a gourmet place in the center of Tolentino, where you can taste exceptional typical products (the aroma of his ciauscolo, renamed in CAPITALS, without any preservative, stays in your mouth for minutes) and gastronomic refinements brought to you by his trusted collaborations around for Italy and Europe, like the desserts made with buffalo milk from Campania, the salmon sandwiches from the Faroe Islands, or the fantastic Swiss mountain cheese (so good that I took a piece to take home) . And I won't dwell on the endless choice of wines, native and otherwise, for which knowledge and a palate are needed, which unfortunately I lack, but which I highly recommend on trust. All of this, let's point out, at "popular" prices that probably wouldn't fear the competition of the cheapest of taverns. Thanks to Andrea and his collaborators for giving me a reason to return as soon as possible, despite not yet having my own accommodation.

03/09/2024: I went to visit this restaurant and it is simply perfect, impeccable service, very good food, especially the meat which is excellent, a place that when you come to Italy you cannot miss and go eat there!!

07/08/2024: We wanted a fish-based lunch and we found someone who knows how to do it very well. In particular, the spaghetti with clams was of an indescribable delicacy. Weeks later I still have the memory of every single forkful! Very quiet environment, friendly and very kind staff.

26/08/2024: Today we visited this restaurant for the first time, and it was a pleasant surprise. The place is really welcoming and well looked after, decorated with objects that recall the peasant and culinary tradition. The ravioli with tomatoes and burrata are highly recommended: the flavors marry perfectly and the pasta is excellent. As a second course, we chose the house specialty, perfectly cooked pork ribs. The desserts are also noteworthy: we tried the "bomba" and the hot cannoli with custard, both really special. The bill, without wine or coffee, was just over 70 euros. Highly recommended!

08/08/2024: Segnalato da un amico ci siamo fermati qui a cena ed è stato tutto perfetto, a partire dall'accoglienza. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili. Buonissime le pappardelle al ragù di cinghiale e gli strozzapreti salsiccia profumo di tartufo… pesce ok. Locale pulito e ordinato. Prezzi ottimi. Torneremo sicuramente!

30/07/2024: Menù che soddisfa tutti dalla carne al pesce passando per le piadine, cibo buono e ingredienti freschi. La mia carbonara di pesce era molto buona e ricca così come le pappardelle al cinghiale, ottima la frittura di pesce. Il personale è gentile e accogliente. Il ristorante offre alcuni posti fuori e all'interno c'è aria condizionata per cui si sta benissimo. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

03/08/2024: The occasion was a wedding dinner, a gourmet menu with an excellent balance of flavors and imagination. The roast suckling pig cooked for 50 hours was the highlight, it melts in the mouth, the melon cream soup with frozen fjord milk and raw ham was very interesting. . highly recommended.

Intimate and quiet place, I recommend choosing one of the tasting menus... listen to the description and then leave it to the taste and aromas. I don't know if it's in the interest but it deserves a star.

23/07/2024: Restaurant in the small street of Numana, we ate very well, original and refined dishes, quality raw materials and impeccable service without being intrusive and attention also paid to our 8 year old daughter. Congratulations indeed, we haven't eaten so well in months!
