18/02/2025: Nice place, good food and friendly staff

31/12/2024: We made a short stop for dinner. We were among the few to choose a meat main course, the rest of the room opted for pizzas. Nothing important to remember. The homemade desserts are quite good, with a small negative note: they have the typical problem of excessive use of yeast, leaving an unpleasant note on the palate at the end of the meal. The place is nice and the staff are friendly.

06/03/2025: The splendor of this palace are only enhanced by the views. To the left the beautiful lake surrounded by villas. Look to the right and see the snow capped Italian alps. Heaven

16/10/2024: One of the best restaurants I’ve been to. Amazing tasting menu, the service is impeccable. The view and atmosphere are perfect. It deserves at least 2 Michelin stars ⭐️ Much better than many Michelin restaurants I ate at. Will come again for sure!

20/01/2025: Nice restaurant located on the outskirts of Cantù. Well furnished in a simple and welcoming way. Quiet atmosphere suitable for a dinner as a couple but also with friends. We took a fish menu with a good quality/price ratio. The dishes are excellent and well prepared. The staff is friendly and helpful Advised

I expected more especially considering the price.. let's say paying 12 euros for a small turtle with simple supermarket cooked cheese, ditto and parmesan sauce not made by them but canned as well as all the other ingredients of the sandwiches (the boxes are clearly visible) the sandwich is ok for the love of God but nothing special and gourmet.. peppers come back with interest.. prices too high, sorry nice guys and owner but in my opinion a tourist trap..

04/03/2025: Worsened, portions halved, the mixed seafood trenette were rich in fish and sauce have become discolored linguine with little fish... too bad... in the salads the bacon is not well cooked and crunchy, but ciccoli. Desserts always the same, good

10/11/2024: Small but very intimate Crotto, seasonal and well-curated products. I tasted some excellent pumpkin gnocchi and tart with chestnuts and ricotta. The pork shank with polenta is recommended. Very helpful and approachable staff, recommended after a nice walk...

30/03/2025: Dopo diversi anni sono tornato qui per un pranzo a base di pesce. Come antipasto ho preso il loro tris di mare: 2 fette di toast con una fetta di salmone, una conchiglia con dentro insalata di mare e una conchiglia con dentro cocktail di gamberetti alla salsa rosa: niente di speciale. Come piatto principale ho preso risotto con 2 fette impanate di pesce persico: il pesce buono ma il risotto insipido e insaporito, per fortuna che sul tavolo c'era il formaggio grattugiato. Buon vino bianco della casa e ho pagato 35 €. Buon servizio.

16/03/2025: We ate at the restaurant without staying in the hotel. The service rating is exclusively for catering. Clean environment and very capable wait staff. The cutlet was good, the red wine a little less "obviously it suits your taste" I would happily go back.

26/02/2025: Very good pizza, excellent raw material. Various choices, from vegetarian, to spicy salami.... Napoli with anchovies, with sausage and turnip tops.... all excellent. Takeaway or home delivery. Small environment.....but go....you won't regret it. I have been using them for years.... kindness, goodness, courtesy.

15/10/2024: Honestamente esperaba mucho mejor para las grandes críticas que recibió este restaurante. Hicimos el menú degustación elegido por el chef, y fue horrible. El servicio comenzó genial, pero luego disminuyó rápidamente una vez que el restaurante comenzó a estar un poco más lleno. Nuestro servidor principal era genial al principio, pero luego desapareció durante toda la noche y no lo vimos hasta el final. Tuvimos otra señora que nos dio nuestros platos, pero fue muy abrupta y siempre se sintió como si estuviera apurada. La única comida que disfrutamos fue la bolsa de diversión, cesta de pan y postre. Todos los platos que nos dieron eran increíblemente, increíblemente salados, que entiendo que es parte de los ingredientes, pero plato tras plato, se vuelve muy unidimensional y bla. Nuestro plato de pasta no se sentía elevado en absoluto - era una mezcla de frijoles y crustáceos salados y el plato principal estaba por todo el lugar con los sabores. Las vistas y el ambiente eran excepcionales, pero no digno de un Michelin en mi opinión. Nos encantan las experiencias gastronómicas y probar cosas nuevas, así que esto fue definitivamente una sorpresa y un bache para nosotros!
