24/12/2024: Ottimo il pane, ma segnalo la pessima igiene del luogo. Intollerabile: pane preso con le stesse mani che maneggiano i soldi. Se i panini cadono a terra loro te li rimettono in busta. Se glielo fai notare si mettono a ridere e neanche ti sostituiscono il pane. Speriamo che la segnalazione appena fatta alla ASL abbia un seguito. Una bella ispezione potrebbe farli ridere di meno e fargli imparare le norme elementari dell'igiene.

24/12/2024: The bread is excellent, but I sadly amend my review to point out the terrible hygiene of the place. Intolerable: bread taken with the same hands that handle money. If the sandwiches fall to the floor they put them back in the bag. If you point it out to them they will laugh and won't even replace your bread. We hope that the report just made to the ASL will be followed up. A good inspection might make them laugh less and make them learn the basic rules of hygiene.

24/11/2024: I ordered 3 xxl, to say that FIRST of all on the phone, a very polite and sweet person, and I must say a very sweet voice...😍 delicious, hot, delicious sandwiches, nice chimney.... ah the delivery guy.. such stuff❤️😍

18/03/2025: Bar Trattoria Ristoro: We were lucky enough to try this trattoria, thanks to the advice of the owner of the B&B where we stayed, for the period of the Comofun fair. The place, both outside and inside, is characteristic and very welcoming. The owner is easy-going and friendly. The cuisine is really delicious, with local dishes that fully satisfy every single palate. The pasta is cooked to perfection, with abundant and delicious toppings, so much so that it seems like it was homemade by grandma. I personally fell in love with the pizzoccheri, so much so that I asked for half a portion more to the plate already taken (I wanted to take some photos, but alas I was quicker with the fork than with the phone, they were so delicious). The other dishes were also special and as far as I'm concerned, if I can find a little place where I can eat as well as I eat at home, it's an overwhelming victory. The evening waitress is incredibly sweet and talented: very attentive to the customer's needs and always ready to welcome us with a wonderful smile that, after a tiring day at the fair, restores your heart and soul. The service is impeccable, the team that works in this restaurant is a perfect combination, desserts and pizza are excellent. We come from Rome and our love for food was definitely rewarded in this place. Highly recommended. Thank you for making us feel at home, despite the many kilometers that separate us. It was an honor to have been able to eat at your place.

23/01/2025: Trattoria Ristoro a pearl where I had the pleasure of having lunch with my friend. We were both amazed by the kindness both on the phone where I asked for information about the à la carte menu and on site. We were pampered by the waitress who reserved a table for us just adjacent to the pellet stove. The food we ordered deserves just as much (pizzoccheri and polenta uncia) without too much seasoning but just the right flavor without overdoing it. We will definitely be back with friends and family!!!! Congratulations 💯👏👏

07/03/2025: I'm sorry to give a negative review because the waitress who served us was really kind and the service was just right! The environments are also nice. Unfortunately, both my colleague and I were unable to digest the pizza! I hope it was just a day where the leavening didn't go as it should, because all in all we're happy.

18/01/2025: We had a great early dinner here. Lots of cool decor and very cozy. Our waiter spoke Italian and English. Don’t remember if there was a coperto. The menu was very colorful and unique. It’s in Italian and English. The food was delicious. Lots of fresh pasta choices that are unique to the region. The sauces were delicious. Few good dessert choices. The hot chocolate suffle with gelato was an excellent choice.

14/01/2025: Birthday again and better than in Italy... no words... very cold peroni, exquisite pasta, delicious lasagna and tiramisu in your coffee maker... I would return to this site Bellagio is amazing, the waiter who served us made us feel very comfortable…..

01/12/2024: A special place with outdoor tables offering a spectacular view of the beautiful Lake Porlezza. The coffee is delicious, the desserts are exquisite and the service is impeccable, with waiters always kind and polite. An experience that I highly recommend to anyone visiting this area. Perfect for a relaxing break!

16/02/2025: Hi everyone . Let's start with the food: we asked for a vegetarian sandwich and a piadina with bresaola, parmesan and rocket. Sandwich arrived with ham 2 large mushrooms and 2 sets of spring onions (€7) poor piadina instead of parmesan he put brie (€10) it seems that the hood gives you what it thinks. Attitude below 0. Receipt.. well he had a hard time finding it after asking for it. I won't stop anymore. I'm sorry I didn't take photos but you will find other similar reviews.

08/02/2025: Come da titolo. Locale sito “a raso” sulla provinciale Como - Bellagio. Locale al limite dello spartano. Plus saletta interna con bella vista e vetrata sul lago. Accoglienza e servizio nella media. Disponibile caffetteria ed anche pizza ! Curiosa la presentazione del latte macchiato nel bicchiere Coca Cola :(

15/01/2025: After being in the Casatenovo store I also wanted to try this one in Lurago d'Erba but I didn't find the same level, both in terms of cuisine and in terms of empathy and professionalism of the staff. Speaking of Lurago d'Erba, I found it quite convenient to reach. Very busy at lunchtime. Staff that can be improved both from a human and professional point of view. However, I wasn't particularly impressed and I don't think I'll go back.
