22/02/2025: E’ la quinta volta che provo questo locale ( intendo la parte ristorante) sempre da persona singola perché in città x motivi di lavoro Più o meno sempre intorno alle 14 il sabato o altri giorni feriali . Non ho mai prenotata x mancanza di tempo considerato che quando vengo a BS la mia priorità e’ il mio lavoro che può avere una durata variabile. Tutte le volte nonostante il patio interno risulti non full mi viene detto di sedere vicino alla cucina. Oggi Chiedo sono tutti prenotati alle 14.00? Risposta si. Con tono infastidito. Io commento : non siete molto accoglienti e prendo posto. La ragazza si interfaccia con la referente Sala ( non so come si dica in termini tecnici) Questa risponde non vedo “quale sia il suo problema.” Ok Io concludo : Va bene io non sono il vs il cliente. E voi non siete il mio ristorante. E me ne esco dicendo alla ragazza di non apparecchiare così evito di farla preparare inutilmente. Mi rincorre la referente dicendo che sono maleducata. Ok rispondo e lei non mi commenta in faccia “non vedo quale sia il problema” Forse ha sbagliato mestiere. Comunque, Problema si applica ad altri contesti per cui e’ ovvio che mangiare vicino alla cucina non è un vero problema, ma alla quinta volta ho provato a chiedere di mangiare guardando il giardino interno anziché il retro del negozio o la cucina per quanto la cucina sia il fulcro di un ristorante Ed è in generale un’area da me amata. Il cliente ha (non dico )sempre ragione ma spesso… nell’interesse del ristoratore Dovrebbe Lo Si accoglie con il sorriso e se si declinano le sue richieste lo si fa con il sorriso. Il Locale che ha quell’imprinting molto provinciale e old fashioned cioè poco inclusivo: ristorante gourmet per la BS bene; piatti interessanti fusion ma indubbiamente pretenziosi e costosi
