05/05/2026: The quality and flavor of the gelato are beyond question, delicious. The quantity issue is serious, very serious. I've been to countless gelato shops in my life; I'm passionate about tasting gelato everywhere I go. I can assure you, the quantities they put in a cup are minimal. In a small three-euro cup, besides being a small cup, the gelato they put inside is almost level with the cup... whoever puts it in is almost afraid of making the classic Montagnalla of gelato you can lick. You could say that with the €3.50 gelato, perhaps they put a scoop of each flavor. In other gelato shops, they also put scoops, but I've never seen so little. There's certainly a lot of work behind it, with regard to the raw materials and quality, that's beyond question, but I don't believe they can't do better at these prices.

I ask the girl at the counter, rudeness personified, I tell her we want two ape, and I also tell her the QR code doesn't work, and she says, "Oh well, that's strange," she asks us who we're with, who drinks it, we tell her, "we both," and ask if they do, and she says yes and tells us to wait a moment while he serves other people. After waiting for a long time, we left, somewhere else. But please, put a smile on your face, because this isn't good. Terrible staff.
