05/09/2025: My child urgently needed to use the toilet, but was sent away again "they are a hotel after all".

10/08/2025: A lovely, friendly hotel with breakfast and a pizzeria. A very nice hostess, very friendly, a beautiful location right on the lake, and renovated and clean rooms. The breakfast is good and the price-performance ratio is excellent. The hotel doesn't have its own beach; the beach is about 200 meters away. We felt very comfortable.

01/01/2026: Small place, the piadina is always delicious. I'd like to thank all the staff who are working even today despite the holiday and with so many people, always with kindness, accommodating customers, even the less polite ones and those with special requests.

11/01/2026: Fresh and delicious food, delicious pepper prawns. Gorgeous lake view. Good service, but we're concerned we didn't get the dishes we ordered.

16/01/2026: I wasn't a regular, but in the past I'd stop here every now and then, especially when I went to Lake Iseo, and it was often my first stop. The staff used to be professional, friendly, and above all cheerful, with truly excellent cocktails and food. Today, however, it was a total disappointment. A lot of airs for nothing: disappointing staff and aperitif, and embarrassing service. The only redeeming feature is the location, which remains beautiful, but everything else is a total letdown. High prices! After this experience, I'll definitely never stop here again.

11/02/2026: The food is good, and I had a good time last time, despite the high prices. Today was terrible. I arrived a little while ago with a colleague asking for an ape, a waiter rudely tells me to wait, I scan the QR code and the aperitif page doesn't work, neither for me nor my colleague. I ask the girl at the counter, rudeness personified, I tell her we want two ape, and I also tell her the QR code doesn't work, and she says, "Oh well, that's strange," she asks us who we're with, who drinks it, we tell her, "we both," and ask if they do, and she says yes and tells us to wait a moment while he serves other people. After waiting for a long time, we left, somewhere else. But please, put a smile on your face, because this isn't good. Terrible staff.

31/01/2026: Nice place, but too hot. The gluten-free pizza isn't considered gluten-free for a celiac, as they use the same peel as other pizzas, so there's contamination (I can confirm this, having been sick). It's definitely not a suitable place for a certified celiac. The waitress was friendly and helpful.

26/01/2026: I ordered a "regular" pizza because unfortunately they didn't have the "on a shovel" version available. Maybe next time :) Anyway, delicious pizza, really good dough, perfectly cooked, and quality ingredients. Good beer, more than satisfying dessert. Very convenient, right on the road. I'll definitely be back. Recommended.

07/02/2026: We had a wonderful evening last night at Route 77 with One Shot, who provided us with high-quality live music. Thanks to Valeria for her hospitality and the excellent drinks.

02/02/2026: I was pleased to see Lowenbrau draft lager on sale at the bar here. I can never find it in the UK. A previous 500ml I enjoyed in the Dolomites was delicious. But the lager at Route 77 was not as good. Perhaps Lowenbrau produce various different types of Lager.

13/02/2026: I went there for lunch with colleagues. When I walked in, I noticed a surfboard on display and Hawaiian-style decorations, and I knew it would be a tough sell for my wallet. I was right... terrible value for money, tiny portions (good quality, of course, but with the prices, and especially the portions, it's just not up to par). If you can't maintain such large profit margins, cut your employees' salaries rather than pass the costs on to consumers.

20/11/2025: For this juice I paid 4. In total I paid €7.50 for two things, and they treated me really badly when I asked about the price.

30/11/2025: Waiting time for pizzas is at least 1 hour... the dough is good, not excellent but good, the ingredients are poor quality, bordering on shameful... the environment is quite clean and the service is adequate... but overall a negative experience.
