21/05/2025: Rude staff with no desire to work, empty place, asked for information to place an order, the girl (blonde with glasses, I think her name is Paola) answered me in an annoyed manner.

24/06/2025: Before entering I ask some customers who were leaving how the food was and they tell me GOOD Work lunch break I order a very low quality carbonara, overcooked pasta with very thin spaghetti probably size 3, bacon if you could call it that and an egg half scrambled like an omelette and half raw very disturbing on the table there is no bread or condiments but you already find still and sparkling hot water and a bottle of sealed red wine of very low quality like tavernello When it is time to pay the bill I am asked for €14 as if I had consumed a full menu but I have not consumed the second course or the side dish or even the dessert which is usually all included in the fixed menu I point this out to the cashier but he does not want to listen to reason the price is €14 whether you eat it all or not after having contested the price I am asked for €12 without a receipt and here we have to talk about it at which point I say that I would have paid the fixed price of €14 because I wanted to pay by credit card and I wanted the my receipt as it should be In the end, with much annoyance, the gentleman who takes care of the cash register makes me pay my €12, very annoyed A piece of heartfelt advice: Think carefully before stopping to eat at this OSTERIA!!!!

12/06/2025: Recommended by a friend of mine about a year ago, and since I would be in the area the next day, I booked a table. I ordered a fish menu (40€), and a business lunch. For those who want to eat a lot and fill their stomachs with low-quality food, this place is ideal. The only good things were the shrimp from the fish grill, a good sparkling white house wine, strawberries with cream and lemon sorbet. For the other foods, let's forget about it. The business lunch included a dessert buffet. I took the first dessert. I got to the table, sat down, looked at it and saw that there were about ten ants circling around it. The waitress apologized and then I went to get another dessert from the buffet counter. Before taking the dessert I looked at it and saw no ants. I got to the table, sat down, cut the dessert and tried to lift the first bite with my fork, and again saw two more ants. Once again the waitress apologized and told me that she would bring me the cut dessert directly from the kitchen. I ate it, but like almost all the dishes they brought us before, the dessert was also of poor quality.

04/05/2025: I went for a Sunday lunch with my family... we ordered a pizza (for my husband) and two first courses, one with ragù for me and one with clams for my child The pizza arrived after a 45 minute wait and without spicy salami, after another 20 minutes the first dish with meat sauce arrived (which I should have eaten myself but I gave it to my child because he was hungry) and after another 10 minutes the spaghetti with clams arrived which was supposed to be for the child but luckily he had already eaten the one with meat sauce because the one with clams were full of chilli pepper (not requested) that he couldn't eat... I immediately pointed out the chilli pepper to the waitress who replied rudely taking my plate away Moral of the story: we ate one at a time because no dish came out of the kitchen together The waitress was very rude The manager at the cash register "saved" herself by not making me pay for the "chili pepper" spaghetti I will never go again and I strongly advise against it

19/03/2025: Pranzo a menù fisso feriale ad euro 14,00. Tutto molto buono come anche la scelta fra 3 primi e 3 secondi, bevande incluse. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Location rustica ma ben curata e pulita.

09/02/2025: Mi è piaciuto moltissimo il panorama e la tranquillità del luogo. Locale accogliente con personale gentile e disponibile, in linea con le offerte culinarie locali, non particolarmente ampie ma veraci. Non proprio per vegetariani ed impegnativi per qualità e quantità come ci si aspetta in un rifugio montano. Il percorso per arrivare alla locanda, bellissimo ed agevole perché tutto ciotolato, non è proprio per principianti, ma ne vale senz'altro la pena. Attenzione al ghiaccio soprattutto in discesa. Utile attrezzarsi con calzature adatte e racchette. Nel complesso un'esperienza positiva che consiglio.

05/01/2025: Splendida locanda, curata nei dettagli e piatti ottimi. Consiglio di prenotare! Si raggiunge dopo una passeggiata di una oretta da Grano (sopra Vezza D’olio).

24/06/2025: I was pleased to see Lowenbrau draft lager on sale at the bar here. I can never find it in the UK. A previous 500ml I enjoyed in the Dolomites was delicious. But the lager at Route 77 was not as good. Perhaps Lowenbrau produce various different types of Lager.

15/07/2025: Very welcoming place, super lake view! I worked at this bar for the agency... current summary Petty thefts in the workplace. From experience, I'd say it's always the unsuspecting person who snoops around the new arrival's bags. So I was missing my glasses, money, and wallet. (Southerners aside) Subsequently, they still haven't paid my salary! Not recommended! Service depends on who you find. Food depends on whether the girl is in the mood or not. The only strong point is the lake view!

14/06/2025: Whether you like it or not.. If Michelin is the most illustrious reference for restaurants, Gambero Rosso is for pastry shops. Surely in first place there is always the skill, but believe me There are places known more than others thanks also to the compromises that along their path, one is willing to "marry". A few examples? Using a water label compared to another... A flour compared to another. An oil compared to another. Etc... Sometimes it can make the difference. If instead all this, together with the various social networks, the various advertisements, television programs are put in second place.... here's the fact that one becomes much much less known than Others.... Sometimes it happens, to be a little more curious and to go and read what the classic normality (the network) offers us... An example? Dolce Reale. I avoid saying what it could be, it must be You, to go and discover it. In the meantime, I ask you, go and read the Gambero Rosso Italian pastry shop ranking, you will find a huge surprise. "The Pastry Chef" that all the Italian people know has the same score as this small but very sweet pastry shop on the outskirts....

14/07/2025: Last night I bought a tub of gelato as a gift for friends, spending about €39. I have no complaints about the quality of the product: the gelato is simply exceptional, among the best I've ever had. It truly deserves more than 5 stars. However, I was very disappointed with the service. After such a large expense, I asked for a few cups (I needed four), and was told each cost 20 cents. Now, I understand that every business has its own costs, but after spending almost €40, it seems absurd to me that they can't show a minimum level of customer service, perhaps by offering a few free cups. You don't lose out for five cups; you gain in terms of image and loyalty. It's a real shame, because a product like this deserves worthy service. A little more generosity and customer care would make all the difference.

14/02/2025: Experience not to be repeated. Very cold place, so cold that you had to wear a jacket during dinner, very long waiting times! We arrived at 7.45pm and left at 9.45pm with dishes still being prepared. The young lady is nice, but the service is really bad!

19/01/2025: The place was not clean, dirty glasses, low quality fish, the wasabi was hard and old, the place was cold, the service was very slow, a roar arrived every 15 minutes, there was only the owner who made sushi for 6 customers, I don't recommend it, terrible food
