I migliori ristoranti di cucina vegetariana in Brescia

23/02/2025: Dopo ormai alcuni anni di assidua frequentazione di questo ristorante, penso sia arrivato il momento di dargli la recensione che merita: 5 stelle! Posto consigliato sia per l'ottima qualità del cibo che per la simpatia e cordialità del personale di sala (dettaglio difficile da trovare, ultimamente). Il menu è molto vasto e adatto anche ai più scettici o tradizionalisti, perché in grado di incontrare i gusti di chiunque, nonostante si tratti di un ristorante etnico. Presente anche un'ampia scelta di piatti vegani e vegetariani.

17/11/2024: We stayed in their cottage in late October. Very nice villa with private swimming pool a stone's throw from the main building. What can I say, a marvel! Hotel with attention to detail, breakfast with spectacular lake view. Restaurant with refined cuisine, wide choice of wines and top-level staff.

05/11/2024: I had a really good rest. It was quiet and the breakfast was full of fresh fruit and vegetable juice and plenty of fruit. I was very satisfied with the dinner as well. I am grateful to all the staff for their kindness.

31/01/2025: We went to the restaurant 3 times during our vacation. The welcome was warm and friendly, the atmosphere was pleasant, the service was excellent and friendly, the food was great!!! 09/01/2025: Apollo 11 has outstanding food at fair prices, with a very large pizza costing between €8-12. Not to mention the appetizers which are plenty for one person. A really great ambience and a lovely charm with fresh ingredients made with a lot of effort and love. All of this makes Apollo 11 an incredibly great experience.

10/02/2025: Good!!! Cuisine both from Brescia and from the north. Amazing speed! And friendly staff. Special and pleasant environment. Those truly amazing wild boar tagliatelle.

30/12/2024: ¡Qué joyita maravillosa! Ambiente encantador que es relajado y acogedor. Propiedad y dirigido por una mujer muy hospitalaria y trabajadora que siempre está lista con una sonrisa y hace que yiu se sienta como en casa. La comida es deliciosa! Grandes porciones de comida fresca y casera bellamente presentada. Realmente disfrutamos de nuestra cena en todos los sentidos y sin duda volveremos!

12/01/2025: Probably one of the best restaurants on the lake ☺️. We (2 adults, 3 children 15,13,9) were at the lake in Gardola for 14 days in the summer of 2024 and ate somewhere else every evening (except at Al Torchio, there 3 times). Great, friendly service, the best pizza and delicious authentic pasta, a great atmosphere and the crowning glory is always a fantastic tiramisú

21/01/2025: Everything was perfect from the service to the friendliness, to the menu, all the dishes we tried were truly delicious....we were at the bistro which is next to the tavern, both places are really nice, well looked after and clean. We hope to return soon.

10/01/2025: Location molto graziosa e romantica, consiglio per una cena di coppia! La cucina poi davvero di gran livello, se volete mangiare vero pesce di lago, cucinato magistralmente, siete nel posto giusto! Dall'antipasto al dolce, il livello è altissimo! Inoltre il personale è molto preparato, attento e disponibile! Se dovessi tornare in zona, la Trattoria sarà una tappa obbligatoria!

21/12/2024: Friendly and helpful staff... fast service... Average prices. The open kitchen allows you to see the chefs while they prepare the dishes. The pan-fried octopus cooked to perfection, crunchy on the outside and very soft on the inside, was the best I've ever eaten, prepared with other ingredients that at first glance may seem incompatible with each other but in the end it leaves an incredible taste in your mouth... it deserves 5 stars because they can't give more. The Milanese risotto and the Bravi tiramisu are also excellent. The only flaw that certainly does not depend on the owner is the parking which you have to look for in the streets adjacent to the restaurant hoping to find it nearby. We will definitely return to try other delicacies.

07/02/2025: This is already the second time we go to this restaurant and it certainly won't be the last. For those who want to eat Mexican this is the ideal place. Excellent dishes, super trained staff and excellent raw materials. I absolutely recommend it

13/01/2025: The Civico 7 is located in a small alley a little away from the tourist crowds and the menu also offers cuisine that interprets many well-known dishes in a different, more modern and less "touristy" way. Be it tartare, vitello tonato or the very pleasing presentation of the pasta. There were two of us and we were completely satisfied, very good service. The wine list was very manageable at lunchtime, but is perhaps more extensive in the evening.

20/01/2025: Ottimo servizio, il proprietario e i collaboratori sono molto cordiali e disponibili. I prodotti sono di prima qualità. Sia le tigelle che gli gnocchi fritti sono serviti ben caldi e cotti a puntino, lo gnocco fritto ha inoltre un ottima doratura.

03/02/2025: The other evening some friends took us to this magical place for dinner. We were pleasantly impressed by the attention to detail starting from the very well placed fresh flowers. Excellent cuisine, punctual and discreet service, the host a true gentleman, competent, professional but above all welcoming. Highly recommended!
