07/04/2024: This spaghetti shop was a surprise. From the outside you wouldn't give it a penny, small place with ugly outdoor tables and in the middle of the street among the stalls. Exceptional food, kind and correct. Spaghetti and ramen, better than anything I've ever eaten, as were the starters. If they fixed up the location and maintained the quality, it would be a 5 star place. Really worth trying.

03/04/2024: An ice cream shop in the quiet area around Vatican City. For a reasonable price you get a very large portion of your favorite ice cream flavor of your choice, 3 euros for small, 4 for medium and 5 for large. This was real Italian gelato (from real gellato containers) that was of high quality. A small downside was that the flavors were only in Italian, so I didn't know what I had chosen. If I was ever near Vatican City again I would definitely come back.👍🏻

31/03/2024: We went to this restaurant thanks to a Smartbox that they gave us for Christmas. Lovely, refined and elegant place with pleasant background music. Helpful and friendly staff very attentive to the customer. The unique and particular dishes; for each of these there was an explanation. We started from the welcome course brought together with a glass of bubbles up to the dessert. They also pay particular attention to intolerances or allergies. Absolutely recommended. On the site you can also find tasting menus with different courses. We will definitely be back!

17/02/2024: Very elegant environment with refined taste. The delicious dishes match the atmosphere. Courteous and helpful staff. On reservation. Definitely suitable for special evenings. It has three rooms: a more intimate and private internal room, two external rooms closed as a veranda, screened by high hedges, which, if necessary, come together to create a unique environment. Menu for all palates, with particular attention to allergy sufferers, vegetarians and those with different needs, to be communicated at the time of booking, even online.

02/04/2024: Super recommended! Small place (I recommend booking) but very characteristic, the staff were friendly and helpful. There are also vegetarian and vegan dishes and are ideal for sharing to try more things. The price is more than honest, I recommend the couscous meatballs😊

03/04/2024: I'm here and after the chicken, an exceptional sandwich made with pinsa pasta at the moment, I have to give it 5 stars. I've been coming for a year and everything is always excellent. Then kindness, courtesy and friendliness are never lacking.

06/04/2024: I gave this place two different opportunities to change my mind, given the very high reviews. I am a fan of good croissants and I am well aware of what the Roman panorama offers, especially in the premium segment. The first thing I noticed was that there is a very high flow of people, all tourists, very few locals. the times have always been too long: 15 minutes for a cappuccino and a croissant, despite their quality, are exaggerated. Let's get to the sore point. It's fine for me to wait on the weekend and pay more for premium products, but that's not the situation. The croissant is cold, pre-assembled, the dough tends to be dry. I wanted to try more things each time. We also took a pastry filled with ricotta and jam. The first was raw, not crumbly, the inside was completely anonymous, the flavor and acidity of the jam were missing. The cappuccino was averagely good but I repeat, average. I also tried the toast with red fruits. Even this cold, dry, all the deliciousness you expect at the sight does not follow the tasting. Really dull product. The staff is constantly overworked and in trouble, the experience is anything but premium. I'm really sorry to say it but on two different occasions the usual verdict was confirmed: anonymous and the bill was totally inappropriate compared to the quality of the product and the experience provided (2 cappuccinos, a toast, a croissant and a pastry for 20 euros). Guys, I understand that tourists probably demand less in terms of taste and detail as they don't have reference standards, but correct your aim a little. Greetings

06/04/2024: We visited a lot of gelaterias in our trip to Italy and this was our favorite anywhere. 100% gluten-free and safe for those with Celiac disease, all the flavors were light in texture and very flavorful. The cones (also gluten-free) are very wafer-y if you like that kind of consistency. This is a must visit if you are a gelato fiend like us!
