07/04/2024: We came here for breakfast before visiting the Colosseo. We were here just after opening time so everything was fresh and hot. We chose our own cups for the capuccino. It was a sweet thing. After the pastries we tried sliced pizzas and they were delicious also.

30/03/2024: Very kind Elisabetta who always welcomed and pampered us with a smile. A cake with a special idea on the writing for my brother's birthday. Buffet with excellent and varied choice! I personally recommend the ravioli, delicious! We had previously been here for my son's graduation. Nice crowd! Thanks, #oops! Absolut empfehlenswert!

24/03/2024: Incredible variety of super tasty dishes! We went for dinner and had lots of options. They price it by weight so whilst it is a buffet, it's not your traditional buffet of a fixed price then all you can eat. It is 30€ per kilo. I found you could almost fill up the plate and it still was not a kilo.

14/03/2024: You eat well, genuine and obviously spicy dishes. Staff available for small variations. A place I go to 2 or 3 times a year, always willingly. You are welcomed with a prosecco and proceed by sharing the meat dishes on the traditional ingera. All the stews are worth it, but I recommend the lamb zighini

06/04/2024: My friend Maria Grazia and I are now super loyal customers of this little corner of kindness, courtesy and professionalism. The food is amazing; I have never found any fault with the dishes on the menu (and in recent years I can say that I have tasted quite a few, in fact almost all of them). What else can I say other than that flaca is HOME.

03/04/2024: Ottimo pranzo oggi qui alla Flaca.. Ho mangiato un ' ottimo piatto di tagliatelle al ragù di agnello davvero squisito e ricco di gusto e bontà. Poi ho mangiato una fresca e gustosa "Insalata di Cesare " buonissima con scaglie di parmigiano e pezzetti di pollo grigliato davvero molto gustosa. Complimenti allo staff in cucina. Infine ho terminato il pranzo con un' ottimo caffè . Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Personale ai tavoli, simpatici , cortesi e veloci. Lo consiglio e tornerò presto.

05/04/2024: Let me start by saying that if it wasn't for the reviews, we would not have stayed at this restaurant. We came in for lunch around 1 p.m. and were the first and only guests while other restaurants nearby were bursting with tourists. Then we saw the prices and had second thoughts again, as they were quite high. I was downright anxious while waiting for my €18 carbonara to arrive. But man oh man! This was the most delicious, creamy, crispy, delightful plate of pasta I've ever eaten. You could taste not only the high quality of each ingredient, but also that everything was cooked to perfection. I caught myself thinking - I'll never be able to make this dish... and it only has like 4 ingredients. Tl;dr: Worth every cent.

17/03/2024: Fantastic service, kept the restaurant open for us after closing time until we finished. The food was delicious - we had the scallops and they were truly outstanding. Highly recommended if you are in Trastevere!

23/03/2024: Nice local pizzeria, while staff was helpful - though the only available menu in English seems to be the one on the signe outside; so not the best service for tourists (with no Italian vocabulary). Expected normal preparation times for inside dining, seems to be 10 minutes for a fresh pizza, 20 minutes for a pasta disk; if you are in a bit more of a ruch they have the usual premade pizzas slices etc, as take-away snack.

10/02/2024: “My 18th was everything I always dreamed it would be!” These are the moving words of my daughter, addressed in particular to the location in general, to the room with the starry ceiling, the pink lights, the attention to detail, the impeccability of the staff, the thoughtfulness of the owners who knew how to transform her birthday into a fairy tale princely. The excellent and plentiful food was defined by the kids: SPACE! Thank you all so much, it was a privilege to have met you!

01/04/2024: I'll be honest, although I had marked this pizzeria as one of the next ones to try, I was very hesitant and had more than a few doubts even though it had the majority of positive reviews. With great curiosity, my cousin from New Jersey and I, a companion on culinary adventures, decided to try it. The place looks very good, well-kept and intimate with the waiters who served us immediately and with great availability. We took a mix of fried foods as an appetizer including 2 montanarine, 2 crocchè, 2 arancini and some fried zeppolette. Everything was really excellent and tasty, especially the last ones which were a welcome surprise and the fried underdog. Then we moved on to the pizzas, one Nonna Maria and the other, Terra Mia, with Genoese ragù. We really fell in love with both, both for their seasoning and for the really soft, light and velvety dough on the palate. Both very good, Nonna Maria's meatballs really convinced me. I don't usually talk about it but the low price for dinner certainly has an impact on anyone who frequents pizzerias and restaurants.
