18/02/2025: Marvelous. My partner and I stayed there twice and had a great time! The paired wines are amazing, as are the dishes. We had an encore of tiramisu, TOO GOOD!

04/02/2025: If you believe that perfection is unattainable you have not been from Indiniò. That "nowhere else" is there this attention to detail is clear as soon as you enter: materials, lighting, decorations, distribution of tables, mis en place, everything is tasteful and in the right place. And while you are happily enveloped in this intimate, warm and refined atmosphere at the same time, the real magic begins. With small but precise accents, the dining maître leads the tasting experience by giving a name to what you are perceiving through sight and smell, both very satisfying! And when you taste it you feel each element and at the same time a wonderful overall harmony that amplifies dish after dish because even the sequence, the pairings with the wine and last but not least the rhythm of the courses here are excellent. To give a further sensorial stimulus there is the creative flair of the chef who presents mini-macarons in the entrée and as a final cuddle an apparently perfect olive and the essence of a traditional local first course. Praise also goes to the service which is impeccable while remaining natural and spontaneous.

21/03/2025: This is the second time I have come to dinner at this place and I can confirm that it has entered my heart. The place is really beautiful, small, welcoming and tastefully decorated! It transmits the tranquility typical of your own home. The menu is really interesting and mainly vegan/vegetarian. I have clearly fallen in love with their pizza! The first time I tasted it I was with my boyfriend and it amazed me so much that I also proposed it to my friends as an appetizer to share. And this time too I found it incredible! It looks like a cloud, crunchy on the edges and soft on the inside. For dinner with my friends I had the carasau lasagne with vegetables and vegan fondue which was almost a shame to eat it because it was so well presented. The taste was great, I would have eaten 100 more. The previous time I also tried their vegan carbonara which is truly a hit, super creamy, with tofu that really comes very close to guanciale and the Scalamari that for a moment I had trouble believing that they were not real calamari. The 5 stars are also above all for the staff and the chef, all smiling, kind and truly available to meet every need. One of the places where you eat best in Udine.

02/02/2025: I always pass by when I'm in the area for work, and this time I decided to stop with my family on our way to the mountains. Every time it is a confirmation: you can clearly see that the place is run by women, thanks to the attention to detail and the sweetness in every small gesture. They are always ready to satisfy every request: for example, my niece doesn't like brioches, so we asked if there were any biscuits and they found them for us without problems. The only flaw was that they didn't have freshly squeezed orange juice, but the selection of fruit juices was excellent anyway. The brioches, then, are really well decorated and inviting. A perfect place for a welcoming and attentive breakfast!

We didn't expect it, it looks like an informal and traditional environment but inside there is a refinement worthy of a starred restaurant and you won't leave hungry! The starters and main courses were special, while the first courses could excel even more! Commendable presentations, clean and attentive table service, refined wine list, warm and pleasant place. Compliments!

La scelta si è rivelata azzeccata e non mi resta che accodarmi alle recensioni che mi hanno preceduto. Abbiamo mangiato trota salmonata, la regina di San Daniele, con formaggio di asina, accoppiamento particolare ma stimolante al palato. 30/12/2024: Unfortunately I feel obliged to report what happened during our experience in this restaurant because it does not reflect the reviews present. Of the 2 second courses ordered we received: - A duck breast with a side dish that did not reflect what was requested: instead of julienned cabbage, pumpkin and potatoes (a side dish present in another second course, requested to replace what the duck breast would have included) Romanesco cabbage arrived, cauliflower, beetroot and potatoes all boiled unseasoned apart from the potatoes cooked in the oven which were more burnt than roasted. All lukewarm. After asking to reheat for a moment everything returns to the table lukewarm as soon as possible. - A slice of sea bass, accompanied by the same stewed vegetables as the duck breast. Too bad that the fish was raw inside and therefore rubbery. We were particularly upset when we reported to the waitress that the sea bass was cooked incorrectly, who immediately reported it to the owner, who however pretended nothing had happened. After a few minutes the waitress took away the plates with the half-eaten sea bass and brought everyone a scoop of sorbet, probably thinking of remedying the general dissatisfaction. We tried to point out the inconvenience of the sea bass again at the cash desk and they replied that the cooking is fine even like this, raw inside because it is freshly caught fish, even though it was clearly stringy. The owner and waitress, firm in their convictions, offered us a ten euro discount at the checkout, from 100 euros to 90 euros, to send us away. It's a shame that 10 euros are nothing compared to the disservice reserved for us, I'm sorry.

19/02/2025: A truly pleasant place where ice cream is poetry for the palate. The classic flavors are superlative, the consistency is always perfect, even the particular flavors are very delicate. The products are always very fresh and first choice, for example the fruit is only in season and is excellent. In fact, my son loves Mango!!!! All the ladies at the counter were very kind and attentive. Super owner!!!!
