04/04/2024: 04/04/2024 - UPDATE: The manager's response is appreciated. I am not a pizza professional, in the sense that I don't work in the sector. However: Being a fan of leavened products, I cannot ignore the most fundamental notions, for example the cornice, it cannot be said that it 'must' be generated by more dough in the cornice being rolled out, since the cornice should be the result of the push of the gases towards the edge generated by the leavening, in fact even if you do not leave dough towards the edge, it swells generating the classic honeycomb edge. We're not talking about contemporary pizza. of course, everything must be accompanied by the oven temperature which, if it is too low, dries out the disc of dough too much and if it is low in hydration it hardens. So ultimately the biscuit effect is generated by low hydration and oven temperature. ENVIRONMENT: Clean and pleasant place, tables suitable for chatting with diners. SERVICE: The waiter, a nice young man, was affable and kind, a little awkward but can make progress. FOOD: We ate pizza because the fish lei was not available, you can only eat it on the weekend. The pizza is absolutely not to my liking, this is for my pizza standards, I am used to more hydrated and less biscuity dough, I ate a hard pizza, I took the marinara which must be seasoned with sauce, garlic and oregano. Evidently the low temperature oven, the oil with garlic essence (there was no chopped garlic) and long cooking due to the low alcohol content dried the dough making it hard. In short, nothing that could resemble a marinara pizza. WOULD YOU GO BACK? Absolutely not for pizza, you have to try some other dishes. Don't be fooled by the high cornice, it's just laid out differently.

18/02/2024: Chi non ho mai fatto una sosta in questo piccolo ma delizioso locale , non sa cosa si perde . Fare una colazione gustandosi un superlativo cappuccino , accompagnato da una deliziosa brioche farcita è una delle cose che puoi goderti in questo bar . La qualità dei prodotti offerti è di alto livello , serviti in maniera ricercata ed impeccabile , in un’ambiente arredato in modo davvero gradevole . Il servizio offerto dalle ragazze è ottimo . Onestamente impossibile trovare qualcosa di negativo . I prezzi sono adeguati all’elevata qualità offerta . Visitatelo e diventerà sicuramente uno dei vostri posti preferiti

12/04/2024: Clean rooms. Breakfast included in the price, savory and sweet. Plenty of parking space, restaurant with good food. There is a fridge and an espresso machine in the corridor.

24/03/2024: Terrible experience. In a group of 8 people, 4 were ill after a tuna tartare and pasta with ventogole/busara. Among other things, three of these 4 people asked that the first course of pasta be brought back as the pasta had arrived overcooked and tasted of nothing. Beyond food poisoning, really low quality. Pasta with clams and busara which only had the name of fish, given that there were 4 clams I could barely count. Despite the owner's willingness to make up for the first courses, food poisoning is absolutely not acceptable. Send send

27/03/2024: We stopped for a quick breakfast, we had two cups of tea (a pu erh and a white tea) and two cupcakes. Very kind and super fast service, the tea and cupcakes were delicious, all at a more than fair price. 5 stars well deserved.

26/03/2024: Walked past it by chance and looked straight in because it was so appealing. Both cupcakes, prepared with a lot of love, were so delicious, as was the cappuccino. Highly recommended!
