As its name suggests, this long-standing piadina restaurant has been in business since 1972, making it a popular lunch spot for Ravenna locals. Ravenna, like the Emilia-Romagna region, is one of the birthplaces of piadina. To locals, piadina is as much a part of their daily lives as kimbap or coffee is in Korea. While it may look like a thin tortilla or crepe on the outside, it's actually more like an Italian sandwich, generously filled with jamón, cheese, arugula, and tomatoes. The interior is small and unassuming. During lunchtime, it's quite crowded with local office workers and students. Behind the counter, staff roll out the dough thinly, bake it, and then fill it with fillings. The savory aroma of baking flour wafted through the restaurant, giving me the impression, "This piadina will never disappoint." The piadina I ordered arrived wrapped in paper wrap. The outside was warm and crispy, but a bite revealed the bread to be surprisingly dense and dry. The ham and cheese inside were quite salty, and for Korean palates, it's more than adequate. However, the bitterness of the arugula balanced the texture, making the saltiness of the ham and cheese less overwhelming. The locals at the next table were enjoying a light lunch with their piadina and beer or wine, and I could sense that the flavors were carefully tailored to this combination. In terms of the food itself, this piadina is a "typical Italian lunch." It's quick and simple, yet packed with flavor. 14/07/2025: The pizzas are excellent, the staff very kind, courteous and helpful, the pizzeria is set up for take-out but those who wish can also eat in.

27/05/2025: A very tasty and reasonably priced Margherita pizza. We received a very friendly welcome, and the food was prepared very quickly! Afterwards, you can top the pizza yourself with free chili oil. It's just a shame they're not open all day, otherwise we would have definitely come back the next day.

The friendliness and courtesy of the person who takes care of the beach was an added bonus... top! I'd return just for him... unfortunately, I don't remember his name! Recommended

28/10/2025: There's nothing to say; for me, the pasta is the best in the area. A little thick, soft, and very digestible. Classic and non-classic fillings. Call ahead if you want takeout or have special requests. It saves time. On Marco's advice, I've also started freezing them. The quality remains virtually unchanged. Some may think it's sacrilegious, but it's a great solution for me, as I don't live in the area and stock up when I pass by.

17/09/2025: I've known this rotisserie for decades, and the quality of the food is consistently top-notch. Everything is excellent, from the cold fish salads to the first courses, main courses, and side dishes. The fried fish is one of the best I've ever eaten, highly recommended! The piadinas and crescioni are also excellent... In short, you're spoiled for choice!

13/09/2025: The slogan is “Bath Anna, the beach as always” but “‘as always” has nothing at all because at Bagno Anna the watchword is NEW!!! In the initiatives, with which they delight customers (very loyal and increasingly select!), in the menu, and here a world of deliciously appetizing wonders opens up, with which they pleasantly delight the palate of even the most demanding! The FRITTO MISTO stands out above all and here you could say “fried food on the beach, you know what's new!” Oh no!!! Here fried food is a “lifestyle”!! The wonder of wonders!!! Obviously any other dish is the result of dedication and love for the customer. I leave a review for the staff last but not because they are last on the list: ADORABLE, EFFICIENT, SMILING but, above all, FRIENDLY!!!

04/09/2025: What can I say? This establishment is a pleasant surprise! Here, you can fight boredom with fried fish (amazing... I dare say perfect!) and a plate of passatelli that makes you want to mop up the bread with your napkin! A harmonious and balanced blend of flavors with the scent of the sea. The location is relaxing, and the service exceeds expectations: friendly, generous portions! In short, the perfect place for those who love the sea, but above all... eating it! We'll be back! 24/07/2025: It's not a place to gorge, unless you're careful about the price. The food is good but not abundant, the service excellent, and the setting rustic, with an outdoor seating area in a sheltered garden. A bit pricey.

Extremely kind and helpful...we had a special deal with the hotel, and even though the reserved seats were in the rows furthest from the sea, he spontaneously moved us closer (maybe he could have because it was the end of the season and they had some free seats, but we really appreciated it).
