14/08/2025: Refined cuisine, with quality ingredients. The service was as expected from a restaurant of this caliber. In terms of value for money, it's truly unbeatable! I highly recommend it and will return to eat here if I'm ever in Ferrara again!

02/08/2025: For my birthday, we chose a seafood tasting menu—a wonderful discovery! Modern and well-maintained location, knowledgeable waiters, excellent service. Right price. Reservations required.

04/08/2025: A restaurant worth checking out. We ordered sweet potato fries with Gorgonzola cheese sauce, which were delicious, and cappella with a zucchini and ragu filling. The filling was quite sweet, but fortunately, the intensity of the ragu balanced it well. The Aperol is Aperol, nothing to complain about. The Lambrusco was very tasty. We visited midweek around 2:20 PM and had no problem finding a seat. There were plenty of reservations. The wait for your meal was a maximum of 10 minutes. Drinks were served earlier.

03/08/2025: Excellent choice for the quality of the ingredients and the combinations. Delicious combinations with Ferrara tradition. Fair prices and in line with the competition (€28 for two).

23/07/2025: The sandwiches, crostini and piadinas are really good, the staff is kind, it is a bit small, better to book.

25/06/2025: Historic place in Ferrara where: you can drink excellent beer, eat excellent sandwiches and listen to excellent music.

20/08/2025: The gelato is quite good, with a satisfying variety of flavors and limited seating. The only downside is the amount of gelato served in the brioches: truly ridiculous. For €5, I got a brioche that was packaged with three mini gelato samples inside. So I'll be back, but no more brioches. I won't give you €5 for each brioche anymore.

27/07/2025: L'aperitivo è molto buono e ricco ed il menù del ristorante davvero buonissimo. Eccellenti i primi, ottimi i secondi. Tra gli antipasti carciofi con guanciale e sformatino di zucca assolutamente da provare!Il ristorante si trova all'interno del ghetto ebraico e presenta anche pietanze della tradizione ebraica/ferrarese! Super consigliato.

14/06/2025: Very pleasant discovery with a carefully prepared and non-trivial menu, a successful mix of different gastronomic traditions. Delightful location in medieval Ferrara and excellent service, the guys are absolutely professional and very kind. We recommend it wholeheartedly.

04/08/2025: Farina del mio sacco is a place where you can try typical Ferrara dishes, such as tigelle and fried gnocchi, in addition to the usual piadinas. On this occasion, I tried a large salad to go with a set of tigelle, but the salad didn't meet my expectations. It was half the size it should have been and the price wasn't consistent with the product being sold. In fact, the prices are at least 20% higher than what's offered. The tigelle and fried gnocchi are a welcome exception, as they're in line with the offerings (for example, 10 tigelle for €7). 750 ml of water costs €2.50, which seems grossly overpriced.

02/08/2025: This ice cream shop is within walking distance, close to the Ferrara castle and cathedral. They make very good products, from gelato to crepes and brioches. Perhaps a little pricey. I paid €4 for a medium gelato and €5 for a crepe with gelato. The portions are definitely generous. If I were to go back, I'd get a small gelato; I would definitely have been satisfied.

25/07/2025: As in other ice cream shops in other cities, "La Romana" is a guarantee of quality and goodness, with an open laboratory and very courteous staff.

09/08/2025: The soft yogurt is really good, excellent value for money. It's a shame there's no lactose-free version. The ice cream, on the other hand, offers several lactose-free options and is truly delicious. Especially because, in addition to the usual fruit flavors, it also offers more interesting and unusual alternatives.

21/07/2025: We stopped here on our way back from the beach, hungry. We left the table satisfied! We had the burgers, and they were truly excellent. The meat tastes like meat, they're huge, and they're well-seasoned, with lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, and onions for those who want it. Truly delicious! Once you've placed your order, you sit at the tables overlooking the garden, and the lovely guy brings them to you. Excellent service! Dogs are obviously allowed, and there's plenty of parking. The kiosk is practically next to the Consandolo train station, so convenient. Next time, I'll try the piadinas 😋

07/08/2025: The best ice creams from our various trips to Italy!!! A must-see "gastronomic" stop in Ferrara, about a 20-minute walk from the cathedral. And a wonderfully informative chat with the woman who makes her ice cream with love and without industrial chemicals. Excellent natural and original flavors, ice cream that doesn't melt in a minute despite the summer heat. Go for it!

01/08/2025: The piadine are simply unbeatable: freshly prepared, crispy on the outside, and wonderfully filled on the inside – whether classic with prosciutto and cheese or something more unusual, or even with Nutella, every version tastes great here. We were particularly impressed by the quality of the ingredients. Everything seems local, high-quality, and selected with love. You can simply taste the importance of tradition and craftsmanship here. The service is warm and fast, even when it's busy. You immediately feel welcome – uncomplicated, but with genuine Italian hospitality. If you're in Porto Garibaldi, you should definitely stop here. An honest, truly good piadina – and there's always something going on...often the best sign of quality.

17/08/2025: This kiosk, strategically located on Strada Romea and with ample parking, is perfect for a quick piadina or sandwich. It's not particularly modern or well-decorated inside, but there's a small TV where you can watch a few programs. You can choose from a wide variety of fillings and toppings, and the service was top-notch, with preparation and delivery very quick. I especially appreciated Silvia's kindness behind the counter. The piadina was delicious and worth every penny (I had a pumpkin piadina topped with prosciutto and arugula for €7). Highly recommended for those on the go!
