08/03/2026: Perfect dinner with friends. They set us up at the imperial table, and that alone was great! The appetizers were excellent, as were the first and second courses. Nothing to say. We'll be back!
03/01/2026: Just outside the center of Dozza, the restaurant is not your typical tourist trap. Fresh ingredients are used; we tried the fish (Friday special), and it was excellent. A special mention goes to the owner, who was very welcoming and available to help us. The restaurant is nestled in a beautiful garden overlooking the hills, with animals like parrots and rabbits, and a children's playground outside.

12/04/2026: When quality exceeds expectations. We chose this place without knowing it and reading the reviews. Many of them raised low expectations, but the attention to detail and the careful selection of ingredients far exceeded them. WELL DONE! We ate a sampling of local specialties and drank an excellent Albana, a great value for money. The only flaw was the service; the young woman who served us was always attentive and very pleasant, but unfortunately she was alone serving three rooms on a public holiday like Easter Monday... the wait was sometimes excessively long, but kudos to her anyway.
22/03/2026: We had a really good time, both with the food and the service. The fish is excellent; it may seem strange in the hills, but it's true.

10/04/2026: Below expectations. The staff seems unconvinced, the menu has some deficiencies (the sautéed vegetables can't be reduced to green beans and the grilled ones to just eggplant 🤷🏽♂️), the baked potatoes are too salty, and the grilled chicken could be less dry. The fried crescentino are mediocre, and the tortelloni are good. The portions are adequate, but the prices are average. If, as I read, the management changed a few months ago, they'll have to roll up their sleeves... come on, guys, the location deserves it!
07/04/2026: This restaurant is located opposite the Rocca di Dozza Imolese. We had good Balanzoni, lasagna, and mutton.
The price was perhaps a little high for traditional dishes, but considering it was Easter Monday, it's understandable.

The pizza is really good and the prices are very fair... we had a great time 👍
15/02/2026: We came here for dinner based on the reviews, especially considering there doesn't seem to be anything particularly appealing nearby.
The pizza wasn't bad: light and pleasant dough, unpretentious but decent toppings, though room for improvement.
The lasagna, however, was cold and very salty, barely eaten... even left over.
The cover charge was excessive, in my opinion: €3 per person for a placemat and cutlery in a festival-style bag.
The atmosphere was cold (temperature).
The staff, however, was friendly.
