12/09/2025: I was very disappointed with my recent experience at this place. I was unexpectedly thrown out simply because of using an empty barrel outside the venue, which made no sense and felt completely unreasonable. Instead of handling the situation with basic courtesy, the staff were rude and dismissive. This is not the way paying customers should be treated. I will definitely not be returning, and I cannot recommend this establishment to others.

Terrible experience, the worst service I've ever had in my life. Rude, unwelcoming, and indifferent staff, unpleasant food (I personally tried the cod and found it stringy, rubbery, almost inedible). I wonder how this place is still open, given the unfriendly owners/waiters. I don't expect a red carpet, but I don't expect to be treated as if we weren't welcome either. I'll be sure to spread the word to my friends; this place is to be avoided like the plague, unless you want a terrible night 😉
PS: Do yourself a favor and at least find a way to make coffee for your customers.

06/06/2025: Provato con amici ieri sera.Ottima location anche se mi aspettavo, visto il luogo, una maggiore attenzione agli artisti che qui hanno vissuto. Menù buono ma servizio abbastanza scadente: abbiamo aspettato il primo piatto oltre un'ora,benché il locale non fosse affollato .I primi buoni ma scotti,secondi fatti con cura,dessert ottimo,vino all'altezza
05/06/2025: Agli esordi questo locale Era anche carino buoni i beveroni come pure le cibarie..... Oime poco rimane bello come i ricordi e di anni ne sono passati circa 7.... I soliti intrugli e pagnottelle Scarse poveri di sapore ma in compenso il conto Sublimamente Salato!!
Ops dimenticavo se siete fortunati di contorno capitano ragazzini che se menano de Santa ragione a mo' di Bronks..... Bocciato rimandato a settembre....

20/11/2025: Chosen with my girlfriend for a quick lunch, since it claims to be fast food.
The toasts, two very simple toasts, arrived after 20 minutes, mine literally with a single slice of ham, my girlfriend's was the wrong one, no news about the fries.
They brought her the "correct" toast, but again it was wrong: it wasn't with spicy salami as written on the menu, but with sweet salami AND spicy sauce.
I asked for an orange smoothie and they brought me a granita...all for 26 euros, it seems excessive.
On a positive note, the fries were good and the size of the toasts was above average, they just needed toppings.
Unfortunately, I don't think we'll give it a second chance.

03/10/2025: We tried some desserts. The crepes were inedible; they didn't have Nutella, but hazelnut spread. The batter was half raw. Terrible service with rude staff.
13/09/2025: I placed an order for around €50, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. Several items were missing (guacamole, foodie salsa, and nuggets), and the sandwich delivered didn't match what I ordered because it had an extra beef patty, making it too large and difficult to eat, especially given the soft, wet bread. Furthermore, the entire order arrived completely cold.
This isn't the first time I've encountered problems: in a previous experience at the restaurant, I was served a sandwich with practically raw chicken. Considering the prices, I find it unacceptable to spend this much money for this level of service and quality.

27/06/2025: Welcome, this unknown. Totally lazy, absent and unhelpful staff: we stood for ten minutes at the entrance without anyone saying a word to us (not even to ask if we had booked) or making us sit down, while the girls at the counter stood there twiddling their thumbs and watching the band playing, then we left... they made us feel embarrassed. A place for radical chic who have time to waste.
07/06/2025: I asked for a Negroni without ice, was served half a cocktail, and instead of a Martini, the guy decided to put in a Punto e Mes Carpano, but didn't say so. I noticed, but he said the Martini was out.
But it still costs 9 euros.
The place is already so-so, so you think you can make fun of me. The prices aren't like that (no price list available), especially if you don't know how to make a cocktail.

16/11/2025: The cake was good, but I called to request a cake for a certain number of people, and when I picked it up, I realized it was truly enormous; in fact, there were at least 7 or 8 portions left over (if not more). Obviously, this affects the price.
25/10/2025: I went there at 9:00 to buy something for breakfast. I asked in advance if I could use my card to pay and was told yes. When I paid for my mini dessert for almost €3, they replied: "I'd beat up those who pay by card. This way, the product is like giving it away." (A brunette woman in her sixties.) I also added that I didn't order anything else like a brioche/croissant "because there's no one who comes to make them on Tuesdays." I'd say that from now on, there won't even be any customers, other than the workers. Terrible, even the dessert.

09/12/2025: Excessively expensive, and the service didn't match the menu prices. They forgot to bring the starters, but after we complained, they brought them but didn't charge us. Great. Small portions and exorbitant prices. We won't be back.
09/12/2025: Spending €46 for two glasses of wine and a cheese board seems quite high to me.
Paying €6 for the cover charge + €6 for the grill is insane! Prices that seem excessive and unjustified are unfortunate.
It's a shame because the location is actually beautiful.

28/08/2025: The ice cream was good, but the sales assistant was highly someone who wants to cheat tourists out of money. My boyfriend and I came to get an ice cream with 2 flavors, a cone with 2 flavors costs 3.50 (a high price in my opinion, in Riccione it costs less but I can understand that it is a tourist destination). My boyfriend was about to pay when at a certain point the lady asked us if we wanted to sit in the seats, we accepted and we calmly enjoyed our ice cream, but when it came to paying, I was the first to pay and the lady said to me "€4.50 thank you". I was surprised and asked her why, and she replied "well you sat down so one euro more, if you had taken a granita or a brioche etc you wouldn't have had to pay but the ice cream is a dessert for passing so €1 more thank you". I didn't start a scene because I'm not stingy and I don't care about that €1, simply in my opinion she was very rude because it was she herself who paid They asked us if we wanted to sit down and tried to get that extra euro on purpose, without even warning us that we would have to pay more in that case. Plus, the lady was very, very slow in doing her job. I will never go back there again.

06/06/2025: Sono andato da Yoma a pranzo, da solo, e mi aspettavo un’esperienza tranquilla. Invece ho trovato un ambiente tutt’altro che rilassato: il locale era strapieno di studenti e l’atmosfera ricordava più una mensa scolastica che un ristorante giapponese.
Mi hanno detto di aspettare, ma poco dopo sono stato ignorato e scavalcato da un altro cliente che, con molta disinvoltura, si è presentato come “abituale”. La cosa più assurda è stata che lo staff ha giustificato il tutto con una finta prenotazione, evidentemente inventata al momento. Un comportamento scorretto e anche piuttosto offensivo.
A quel punto me ne sono andato, e per fortuna ho trovato un altro sushi in via Galiera dove – nonostante fosse pieno anche lì – mi hanno accolto con gentilezza, trovandomi un tavolo e trattandomi come chiunque altro. Professionalità vera.
Un’esperienza così negativa da Yoma non si dimentica facilmente. Dieci recensioni negative non sarebbero abbastanza.

Mauvais anglais incompréhensible. Très cher . Cuisine très ordinaire décongelée du micro-ondes.

04/12/2025: Terrible service.
We arrived around 8:35 PM. We asked if they had room, and after we sat down and were looking at the menu, they told us they only do pizza.
They brought the first three pizzas, but we had to wait 10 minutes for the fourth.
The pizza chef was complaining the whole time that he wanted to go home and that they should close and not seat any more customers.
While making pizzas, he ate calmly, without leaving the counter and on top of the pizzas he was making.
His fellow waitress repeatedly told him that they couldn't turn customers away and that the other pizza chef would serve customers until at least 9:30 PM.
Terrible service.
The products used could have been good, but unfortunately the pizza was made hastily and undercooked...boiled sausage...
Lack of seriousness and attention to the customer and the products served.

17/11/2025: My recent experience at this service station was, unfortunately, one of the most unpleasant and frustrating I've ever had in a public service establishment. In particular, the behavior of the sales assistant Hasnaa completely compromised the quality of service, leaving us with a profoundly negative impression.
From the moment we entered, we sensed a standoffish, irritated, and completely unprofessional attitude. Despite having addressed her in a polite and respectful tone, we were met with behavior that I perceived as rude, unpleasant, and surprisingly judgmental. The very unpleasant impression was that of being evaluated and treated differently based on our appearance and clothing, an attitude that I found discriminatory, insensitive, and completely inappropriate for someone who works with the public.
Our request was simple and entirely legitimate: to ask for clear information about prices. Not only did the clerk repeatedly refuse to provide her with the information, but the information she verbally provided was incorrect, contradictory, and included inexplicable increases compared to the prices displayed. All of this was accompanied by a hostile, irritated, and completely inappropriate tone.
Making everything even more unacceptable was her refusal to issue a receipt, despite it being a basic consumer right. This attitude, besides being highly unprofessional, appeared to be a further display of disrespect towards the customer.
In short, Hasnaa's behavior was, in my personal experience, unprofessional, disrespectful, uneducated, discriminatory, negligent, and completely unsuitable for her role. It was an episode that transformed a simple stop at a service station into a moment of great discomfort and indignation.
I sincerely hope that management will take note of what happened and intervene, because a service to the public cannot and should not be characterized by such behavior.
