20/07/2025: Truly exceptional! A varied menu suitable for both adults and children. But there's a problem: the restaurant has been closed for a few months. I have no way of knowing if it's moved elsewhere or closed its doors. Game over.

08/06/2025: RUDE!! After a good half hour of waiting, the Pad Thai arrived (€16... ridiculously expensive). The place was half empty. I then asked for a second water, and it never arrived. We went to the cashier to pay. They didn't even write down the receipt, they just told you the price. The two of us spent €45 for two Pad Thais and one water. CRAZY!! Then they also CHARGED us a €1 COMMISSION BECAUSE WE PAID BY POS. Oh, I forgot, they also added a water, which they never brought me. Avoid.

27/08/2025: The restaurant made a great impression on me. The pizza was made with a thin, crispy crust, perfectly matched toppings, and a flavorful sauce. I especially recommend the frutti di mare – fresh seafood, well-seasoned, and beautifully presented. The service was very friendly and smiling, and the entire atmosphere was perfect for a pleasant evening. I'd happily return!

23/08/2025: The food was very good. We came twice during our stay. The first time was very pleasant, but the second time, the waitress had a problem with our dog. He hadn't bothered anyone a few days earlier, and the restaurant was almost empty. She wasn't very welcoming, and I had the impression he avoided our table throughout dinner. It would be good to get over our prejudices against animals :))

25/06/2025: Terrible, they charged me €3.50 for a two-flavor cone that had a diameter of two grapes and they put in enough to fill a coffee cup at most, besides being very soft, I guess they keep the fridge at a minimum to save money. I wanted to eat it while walking but I had to sit down if I didn't want it to fly at me

18/10/2025: Food: After a four-hour drive, I arrived and, feeling tired, ordered a pizza. I ate it because I honestly could have eaten a brick because I was so hungry. As for the price: €9.50 for buffalo mozzarella + cover charge + €4 for a can... I expected more. Poor service: one waiter even literally threw a tray of coffee at me just because "they pissed him off in the kitchen." Ambience: It was also a nice place, but the negativity inside ruined everything. I'm truly sorry to write this review because I don't like to speak ill of an environment to which someone has dedicated their life... but I think it's right to share this bad experience I had, and who knows, maybe they'll take it as an opportunity for reflection.

05/10/2025: We ordered 7 pizzas, and besides not understanding a word of Italian, the pizzeria staff decided which pizzas to deliver an hour after the scheduled time. The quality was embarrassing; you wouldn't even eat something this embarrassing in Turkey. It's like someone who's out of class and in the midst of a hunger crisis. Prices are ridiculously high for the product and service.

31/10/2025: A quarter pizza and a can of soda for €4.70. Delicious pizzas and a wide variety of choices. The waiter was friendly and we didn't have to wait to be served. A great outing for a family on a budget.

06/10/2025: I returned after a while and I must say I noticed an improvement in the quality of the pastries. The staff behind the counter serving the pastries and making the drinks were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I noticed that the cleanliness hadn't changed much. The tables were covered in crumbs, and what was even more unpleasant was seeing several trays full of dirty cups and saucers on the counter where customers are served. The same thing happened behind the counter. Not a pleasant sight. They probably need to increase the workforce, but given the difficult times we live in, perhaps that's not easy. I hope I've offered constructive criticism because this place is a landmark in the area and attracts many customers every day.

Mr. Alfredo, the person the staff appointed to report the matter, doesn't seem to have properly addressed my complaint. Maybe he's used to it? Who knows? But perhaps he should go to Fano, Pesaro, or Rimini, where he could see how it works in other locations. And perhaps get the company to take the necessary corrective measures so we can finally get something hot, even though I believe Laema srl ​​is only interested in the financial aspect. I often travel to Cesena for work, and when I'm in the area, I stop for lunch. The only truly unpleasant thing is that since COVID, the cashier, who has two stations, is always alone during peak periods. The line always gets longer for a variety of reasons, from change to meal vouchers, etc. The result? The food is always cold, and it's not the fault of the staff. Despite the complaints I keep reading here, nothing has changed. They should learn from the Pesaro staff, but... I don't think Laema srl ​​cares that much.

I absolutely don't recommend it, especially if there are a large group. Even after checking the bill several times, I still don't understand why we paid so much. The woman at the cash register was very confused. Not recommended.

01/06/2025: camerieri incompetenti, ci hanno fatto pagare 15,50€ in più pensando che la bottiglietta d’acqua fosse un drink, e quando siamo andati a chiedere delle spiegazioni ci hanno quasi in faccia e hanno detto “funziona così” (perché c’era il buffet) nonostante avessero sbagliato loro e alla fine dopo 15 minuti ci hanno restituito il resto giusto e non ci hanno nemmeno salutato

27/05/2025: Il bar offre un ottimo servizio; il personale è cortese e disponibile. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Molto variegata la selezione di dolci e sfogliati. Consigliato!

28/08/2025: We're Romans on vacation...we're craving croissants 🥐 Google search and here we are. Large croissants, really good, soft and pleasant dough, the filling is more than decent. The one filled with Nutella is TOP, the one with cream and black cherries... it's not the classic cream, but it's light and not heavy, but it's a bit expensive. I'm not giving 5 stars because I found half a black cherry pit and it's not exactly pleasant. PS: a few more black cherries (without the pits) wouldn't hurt.
