18/10/2025: Food: After a four-hour drive, I arrived and, feeling tired, ordered a pizza. I ate it because I honestly could have eaten a brick because I was so hungry. As for the price: €9.50 for buffalo mozzarella + cover charge + €4 for a can... I expected more. Poor service: one waiter even literally threw a tray of coffee at me just because "they pissed him off in the kitchen." Ambience: It was also a nice place, but the negativity inside ruined everything. I'm truly sorry to write this review because I don't like to speak ill of an environment to which someone has dedicated their life... but I think it's right to share this bad experience I had, and who knows, maybe they'll take it as an opportunity for reflection.

28/02/2026: Terrible experience and unacceptable customer service I'm giving one star only because it's not possible to give zero. I ordered takeout/delivery (order no. 208940766) and, unfortunately, the experience was disastrous in every way. First of all, the tortellini I ordered were unavailable and were replaced with a third burger, which we accepted. The main problem, however, was that all three beef burgers were completely RAW, even though I had requested them medium rare and everything was cold. Practically inedible, so much so that we couldn't eat. The worst thing was the restaurant's reaction: I called to report the problem, and as soon as I explained the situation, they hung up on me. I tried calling back 10 more times for clarification or a refund, but they ignored every one of my calls, blocking me. I would have gladly avoided this negative review if only there had been an apology, an attempt to resolve the issue, or a simple call back. The rudeness of hanging up on a customer who paid for poor service is unspeakable. I strongly advise against it, not so much because of the kitchen error (which can happen), but because of the complete lack of respect and professionalism.

03/01/2026: I'm sorry to give one star, I don't know if management has changed but out of 3 times we ordered pizza we had to throw it away twice, they arrived lukewarm and completely soaked in grease that we couldn't tell if it was oil or some liquid from the mushrooms or artichokes and the last time they were raw, it's a shame because the dough is good and we eat pizza often. The first time we thought it was a mistake, but seeing that it was the same the second time too we won't order them again, because in addition to spending the money you can't go hungry.

20/08/2025: Terrible value for money Confusion with the bill and rudeness towards customers. I've seen the other reviews and there's a lot of truth in the negative ones. I absolutely don't recommend it, especially if there are a large group. Even after checking the bill several times, I still don't understand why we paid so much. The woman at the cash register was very confused. Not recommended.

31/08/2025: Luckily it's not close to my house, otherwise I'd eat there every night. The best all-you-can-eat restaurant in Piacenza.

30/01/2026: Since it changed management, it's been unrecognizable. It's almost fascinating to see how quickly the new management managed to ruin everything. The welcoming atmosphere has been replaced by a cold and listless air, with rude staff who seem perpetually annoyed by any request, even the most trivial.

14/09/2025: Don't trust the negative reviews. Obviously, dealing with 2,000 people, including families with dogs, screaming children, circus performers, and so on, every day makes you hate life—so Rega, let he who is without sin cast the first stone. They were friendly and kind to us, though. The piadina was excellent, Rimini-style, so thin! The draft beer was excellent, and I should add that it's a historic shop, with stylish, period furnishings that have been restored (it dates back to 1957, if I'm not mistaken). 13/09/2025: An excellent, historic establishment that has been offering simple, top-quality food since 1957. The Romagna-style hospitality is pure. The piadinas are excellent, but there's also a wide selection of delicious alternatives. The beer in a chilled mug is also excellent. The house-made limoncello is absolutely delicious. Everything is topped off with the staff's smiles. Definitely worth a visit. Just steps from the sea.

01/12/2025: Everything was good, but I wanted to highlight one of the four appetizers. The fried anchovies, to call them perfect is not doing them justice.

21/02/2026: I'm sorry to write a negative review because it had all the makings of a good piadina: the smell was really good, the place seemed very traditional and quiet. Instead, I was served a piadina that was burnt on the outside and RAW on the inside, with all the ingredients placed poorly, and even some I hadn't requested... I absolutely wouldn't go back, and I don't recommend going. I'm worried about getting sick.

13/09/2025: I placed an order for around €50, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. Several items were missing (guacamole, foodie salsa, and nuggets), and the sandwich delivered didn't match what I ordered because it had an extra beef patty, making it too large and difficult to eat, especially given the soft, wet bread. Furthermore, the entire order arrived completely cold. This isn't the first time I've encountered problems: in a previous experience at the restaurant, I was served a sandwich with practically raw chicken. Considering the prices, I find it unacceptable to spend this much money for this level of service and quality.

27/01/2026: Terrible experience, not up to the name La Romana!!! Let's start with the first problem...Londyanfsrd is not in line with the other La Romana ice cream shops that ask you what flavor of liquid chocolate you want to fill the cone with! And they don't do anything about it 🤔 but my request arrives and the chocolate is collected directly from the plastic container that had burst so what he wanted was collected in the cone 🥺👎 shocked but we get to the small quantity and even here they don't ask me if I want cream!! I politely ask if their ice cream shop has different standards from the others... I get an answer from an arrogant and rude woman... then we want to talk about the crepes where there were loads of Nutella that to find you have to call Ris di Parma!!!! But more to avoid!!! I don't think we even know the most basic rules

15/12/2025: To forget. Let me start by saying that I love hot tea and I enjoy it sitting at a bar, but I thought to myself: I've lived in Milano Marittima all my life, I've never been here, why? I remembered immediately. For tea in a teapot, not even filled with hot water (just the bare minimum), a cup(ish), an ENGLISH BREAKFAST (not even Twinings) and a slice of lemon with a drink at the table... €4. The average hot tea is €2.50 plus a €1 cover charge, I thought, €3.50 on average. Instead, I think they even counted my mother's cover charge, and she didn't consume ANYTHING. We were alone in the bar, so the girl at the counter could clearly see that my mother hadn't consumed even a drop of my precious tea! (She was still there, staring as if terrified.) When I ask for tea or a personal drink, I have no problem making it clear to whoever's with me; we're not "freeloaders." Besides making me feel like a thief under surveillance, the €4 charge really got on my nerves. Guys, if you're empty on a Sunday morning and your quality average is 3.6 out of 5, ask yourself a few questions. To clarify, I took a photo with a very clear communication gesture! I strongly advise against it. P.S. I don't see the word "cover charges."

03/04/2026: Not a positive experience due to the complete lack of comfort and support for customers with disabilities or small children. On Sundays, the cash register in the bar area was closed, and you were sent to the only open cash register, which was far away. There were no seats, just high tables and no stools. It's a shame because there are plenty of parking spaces and it would be convenient to stop. But it's impractical for the elderly and couples with children.

01/04/2026: I find this disgusting. A person is away with the truck for a whole week and wants to shower. You come out almost dirtier than when you went in. Even hot water is too much to ask?! I think the photos below speak for themselves. Cold water, mold everywhere, flies everywhere, filth from my predecessors... fellow truck drivers, this is an absolute no-go. The staff aren't the friendliest people either, but oh well.

14/02/2026: It's a shame about the place, which would be nice! The prices are outrageous and the service doesn't justify them! I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

12/09/2025: I was very disappointed with my recent experience at this place. I was unexpectedly thrown out simply because of using an empty barrel outside the venue, which made no sense and felt completely unreasonable. Instead of handling the situation with basic courtesy, the staff were rude and dismissive. This is not the way paying customers should be treated. I will definitely not be returning, and I cannot recommend this establishment to others.
