02/05/2026: Terrible experience at T-bone. My girlfriend and I arrived and ordered an Italian fried pizza for two, a pizza, and a mixed meat platter. The fried food arrived promptly, but it was rather bland and tasteless. From then on, the service was a disaster. Several customers in the dining room were already complaining about the waiting time and other issues. After a long wait, my meat platter arrived (with different cuts, but they all tasted exactly the same), but my girlfriend's pizza never arrived. After asking three times and waiting about 15–20 minutes, I was finished eating while she looked at me without her plate. When it finally arrived, the pizza was completely burned. We decided to send it back and not want it anymore, simply asking to leave. At that point, we were told we would have to pay for it anyway because, apparently, canceled orders cost the employees money. This was absurd and unacceptable. In the end, just to get away, we agreed to have it prepared for takeout. The result? Half the pizza was burnt and half was raw. Needless to say, it wasn't eaten. To make matters worse, we both had stomach aches during the evening, even though we'd only shared the fried food. Overall, an extremely negative experience from every perspective: food quality, service time, management, and organization. 1 star only because it's the best you can get. P.S. I'm truly sorry for the waiters and employees, who were kind and helpful as much as possible. It's clear that the problem lies with management: disorganized, absent, and with unacceptable policies that penalize the very people who work there.

25/02/2026: Yesterday we celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday, we had a lot of fun, I had the buffet and it was all very very good, and a very organised buffet where everyone eats, the owner is very friendly and kind and makes himself available for everything, the waitresses are very polite, the DJ is nice, what can I say, it was a great success in my small way, I made a good impression😀 I highly recommend it, I will definitely be back

26/04/2026: We booked at 10:00 PM, arrived on time, and were told they were clearing the table. After 45 minutes, they let us in with the waitress still clearing the table. We ordered an appetizer, but they didn't even bring us a small plate. We ordered a slice of meat and sandwiches, but they arrived at midnight. We had the raw meat returned, but it came back, but nothing had changed; it was definitely frozen and then defrosted. Terrible! The waiters are rude and unprofessional.

25/11/2025: The food may be decent, but there's no menu with prices, things are said quickly, and the presence of customers is almost annoying. If you pay with a POS, the curses and malfunctions are the icing on the cake. Mr. Lucio, I'd rather take my money elsewhere. Never again.

Here, artisanal tradition marries modernity, creating a rare and successful balance. The lady behind the counter was a delight, incredibly kind and welcoming, and the staff behind the counter was impeccable: smiling, helpful, and super professional. Excellent products, attention to detail, and an atmosphere that makes you feel at home. A pastry shop that tells a story while also looking ahead. Definitely worth stopping by (and coming back again).

21/12/2025: If you want to experience a unique blend of tradition and delicious food, you have to come. You'll spend two fantastic hours, with friendly and attentive staff, fantastic cuisine, and a more than fair price. I'll gladly return. I felt at home, and I think that says it all.

14/12/2025: Let's get straight to the point: 1). The music was too loud, I felt like I was at the market or in a movie. We couldn't understand anything about Mario Merola; we just shouted. 2). 1 hour and 10 minutes of waiting for a plate of pasta, an appetizer, and a bottle of water. 3). There's no à la carte menu where you can choose according to your needs. Between handshakes and smiles, you'll miss the 50 euro price tag for a first course, an appetizer with 4 vegetables, a meatball, and a bottle of water. They don't make pizza; they offer you the food as soon as you sit down. Congratulations
