Ho scelto una costata di Simmenthal da 450 gr circa accompagnata da patate al forno. Carne buona e cotta come richiesto, patate saporite. Con acqua e coperto 25 euro ben spesi. Consigliato

11/03/2024: We stayed at this property on March 3rd to celebrate my father's 70th birthday. What to say. It was a wonderful day full of emotions and above all organized down to the smallest details. Thanks to Mr. Giovanni and all his staff who took care of this event down to the smallest details, trying to satisfy us in everything and who were very friendly, helpful and attentive to every request. Very good food and abundant dishes made this party even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this structure, in addition to its beauty of the large rooms and large outdoor garden, for the food and entertainment that made this special day unique.

At the table today a hole in the table arrived with an uneven distribution of the seasoning, especially the salami. This last one also looked like it was from a laboratory. 05/04/2024: I had a margherita pizza and an octopus salad last Saturday night I noticed that the mozzarella was rubbery and the octopus salad was tough with some problems to digest your. Before this evening I have been to eat other times and I have never complained so the place is in doubt, let's see for the next opportunities to pass an opinion.

Finally, you should know that the prices are certainly not average, a little expensive especially if you eat delicacies and sweets.

10/03/2024: Super friendly and helpful waiters. We ignore the waiting time between the starter and the sandwiches of over 30 minutes, but the chips sticks were cold and rubbery. The quality of the fried food is really low. My sandwich with sausage, mozzarella and broccoli is really good. Honestly…….I wouldn't go back 🙏🏻

29/03/2024: Since Pizzeria Carlo in Sammarco opened its doors, I have become a loyal customer and I can confidently say that it remains my favorite pizzeria. No matter how many times I go there, the experience is always top notch, thanks to the welcoming atmosphere, friendly service and, above all, exceptional pizzas. A special mention undoubtedly goes to the Capricciosa, which is, in my opinion, the best I have ever had the pleasure of tasting. The generosity and quality of the ingredients make it unique: the fresh mushrooms, the craftsmanship of the cooked ham, the tasty olives, the crunchy artichokes and the stringy mozzarella combine in a perfect balance of flavours. Each bite is an explosion of flavor that does justice to the name of this classic pizza. But what really sets the Pizzeria apart is the pizza dough. There's something magical about that dough; it is light but at the same time incredibly tasty, with that perfect external crunchiness and internal softness that only true master pizza chefs know how to obtain. It is clear that great attention and care is given in the choice of flours and in the long leavening times, all for the benefit of the final flavor and digestibility of the pizza. Each visit confirms my initial impression: here pizza is not just food, it is a real culinary art. 18/02/2024: Sono stato venerdì sera con la mia famiglia. Dell'antipasto ci hanno particolarmente colpito le polpette di baccalà. Pizza leggera e prodotti di ottima qualità. Personale molto cordiale. Appena arrivati hanno anche portato subito una ciotola d'acqua per il nostro cagnolino. Tornerò sicuramente.
