I was at this pizzeria last night and would have given it 5 stars because the food was delicious, high-quality and well-cooked. However, after waiting 40 minutes to order (despite having a keypad on the table), we received the first portion of the appetizer after 10-15 minutes, which is to be expected. However, the second portion of the appetizer arrived after a whopping 1 HOUR—yes, you heard me right—an hour, and the pizzas we ordered after another 30 minutes. (To make a long story short, we ordered at the start of the Serie A match, which was broadcast at 8:45 PM, and we received the pizzas after the end of the match, i.e., 10:30-10:40 PM.) This, despite everything being very good, made us turn up our noses, as the very young children in tow were impatient and wanted to go down to the playground with their parents. P.S. Unfortunately, the organization does not reflect the goodness and quality of the products. P.S. It must be said that we asked the waiters several times in the dining room, and I think of one person who did accommodate customers (I assume it was the owner)
