02/06/2025: An ice cream with a genuine flavor, even though there's no shortage of unique flavor combinations. A super-crunchy cone served by smiling and friendly staff. A must-visit for anyone who loves good ice cream.
29/05/2025: A unique experience... I paid "only" 14 euros for 4 granitas (1 almond/2 lemon/1 mint). I think they use ice from the polar ice caps that cover both the Arctic and Antarctic poles. Or maybe each lemon is cared for from blossom to harvest by specialized personnel. Perhaps the mint is watered with water from Lourdes... They walk all the way to Bari to get the almonds...

19/08/2025: An Italian-French restaurant in Sorbo Serpico We happened upon this delightful restaurant by chance on the August bank holiday. To our surprise, we discovered that the owners and chef are both Italian and French. We sat down and were surrounded by great hospitality, in an oasis of tranquility, courtesy, and kindness. The food was delicious and well-prepared, with just the right amount of flavor, and in a general context that emphasizes the use of salt, it allowed the flavors of the ingredients to shine through without altering their taste. I really enjoyed the escargots, which are hard to find in Italy. I was pleasantly surprised by the perfect blend of gorgonzola and porcini mushrooms, which allowed you to appreciate the flavor of pasta cooked just right al dente. The filet mignon was also excellent, with a mustard sauce that was well-balanced in flavor and saltiness. For dessert: we expected the crème brûlée, which is on the menu, but unfortunately it wasn't available. The baba we were served was a bit disappointing, both for the little-to-no rum-based syrup and the unusual plating, with honey and sprinkles (!) We discovered they also make fondue, and we've made plans to return to try it. A pleasant experience, with light and easily digestible dishes. Highly recommended.

28/07/2025: I've always found the ice cream here to be good compared to others, but the last two times I've had it, 3 out of 4 flavors were frozen and not creamy. I don't understand, inedible. 3 stars for the past, disappointing the last few times.
16/06/2025: Packaged brioche with a chemical taste, I didn't like it with ice cream €3.50. Pistachio ice cream with a flat taste tending to nothing and other flavors tasted could only be tasted at the beginning.. disappointed something must have changed for sure.. regular customer...

07/03/2026: The restaurant has indoor dining rooms and an outdoor terrace with tables overlooking a beautiful view. The kitchen is perfect for those who love simple things and traditional dishes. In addition to the menu items, they offer new dishes every day. Starting with the appetizers, which are truly delicious and simple (I tried the mixed cold cuts, olives, and mozzarella). The first courses are prepared with the typical skill of those who love to cook. The excellent dish of the day was a generous amatriciana and fusilli with Sorrento-style sauce. The free-range roast chicken was excellent, along with excellent baked potatoes. The veal cutlet wasn't so good; it was a bit tough and difficult to eat. The stuffed pepper didn't seem like a great filling; in any case, it wasn't to my liking, partly because it wasn't cooked enough and the filling was a bit too complicated. The owners and waiters were very friendly. Unfortunately, it's now closed, apparently only pending a move.
21/08/2025: The simplicity of good food is far from the spotlight because it doesn't need advertising. All it takes is quality ingredients and a love of good food, and eating becomes a pleasure. Outdoor terrace and indoor seating. Excellent trattoria! Thanks for sticking around!

03/11/2025: Excellent dishes, impeccable service, a step back in time.
18/10/2025: I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. There's no parking, so you have to leave your car in a small dirt lot about 100 meters from the restaurant. The restaurant is nice, but with traditional local cuisine, it's a far cry from the norm. The potatoes and porcini mushrooms were just potatoes flavored with porcini mushrooms, and the soufflé with caciocavallo and caramelized onions was very sweet—in fact, it was a bit disgusting, and it was cold, to boot. The cured meats and cheese platter wasn't bad, though it was a shame they only had two types. But the sore point was the meat in sauce with the meatball! Everything was lukewarm, and the meat was crispy, not cooked at all. All of these comments were made to the waitress, who agreed with me, and the chef knew about it too! You can't just send a dish like that to the table. The prices were very high for what we ate: for two, five appetizers that we shared, no first course, no second course, no wine, just water—almost 70 euros! I'm sorry to write this review, but I hope it helps you improve.

27/04/2025: Attività conosciuta anni fa dove Tonino Pisianello si divertiva ad esaltare i sapori di questa Bellissima terra. Locale all’apparenza normale ma con delle potenzialità culinarie infinite. Ora ci pensa Massimo insieme al suo team a far divertire i nostri palati. Ennesimo pasto tra amici vecchi e nuovi, Bella esperienza come ogni volta, Grazie ai Pisianello. Locale consigliatissimo!!!

06/04/2025: Pasticceria molto affollata del centro storico. Si sviluppa in lunghezza per cui dalla strada non si percepisce nulla. Anche una bella sala interna. Prezzi adeguati alle ambizioni.
02/02/2025: La proprietaria è un genio! Il prodotto è a dir poco eccellente Ho regalato i loro panettoni a Natale Postaccio 10 e lode Agrumi 9.8 Caramello salato e’ letteralmente una droga! Pazzesco ! E i dolcini? Bellissimi e buonissimi Fantastici!

09/02/2025: L'esterno del rifugio richiederebbe un po' di manutenzione, intanto non si capisce bene dov'è l'ingresso principale, per quanto riguarda il cibo, gli antipasti sarebbero anche discreti, ma nell' antipasto caldo ci viene servito un involtino in crosta di pane con all'Interno rape e patate ancora fredde di congelatore, i primi senza infamia e senza lode, paccheri fritti congelati, poi mi scrivi sul menù dei secondi un maialino in sfera, e scrivi polpette, perché quelle sono. Non ci ritornerei per niente, esperienza che non mi ha lasciato nulla.
17/01/2025: Soventemente torniamo in questo Ristorante perchè ci è piaciuto dalla prima volta. Ristorante poco distante dal centro ed in corrispondenza di una magnifica passeggiata. Cibo Buono, ottima Materia prima, Il servizio è stato veloce , simpatico ed educato (lo è sempre). Se davvero dovessi trovare un pelo nell'uovo è nel prezzo leggermente + alto rispetto alla media, ma sicuramente non è uno sbarrante. Complimenti
