25/04/2025: SEMEL ET NUMQUAM ITERUM Unfortunately I will not return, I am forced to put a series of one. Terrible service, long waiting times, the owners are not Italian therefore they are not familiar with the language and this causes a lot of boredom. Then, as in most restaurants in the area, when you enter: interrogation and scanning: who you are, where you go, what you bring... and then to complicate things there are no written menus, you never know exactly how much you pay and what you eat.

28/05/2025: We were here at the end of May 2025. We came one evening without a reservation and they gave us a table right away without any problems. I ate a pizza and my boyfriend one of their special sandwiches. It was all very good and quality. We were happy to have been here. Also the price was fair for the quality offered. I recommend it

10/05/2025: After trying several times to book a table for two in this place, I finally succeeded on the evening of April 21st when I was in Soverato. I must say that the service is excellent even if with some small flaws, but what I didn't like was the pizza. I was asked if I wanted it modern or classic, which translated means with or without a cornice. We chose the one with the cornice. I had a Margherita with anchovies and my wife a Margherita. A serving of fries and two beers completed the dinner. The pizza arrived with cold mozzarella on top. If you look carefully at the photos published you can see slightly soft pieces placed on the pizza. Even the pizza didn't arrive very hot. In short, the experience did not live up to my expectations given and considering the flow of customers that this place has. The bill was also quite steep at 33.50 euros. Spaghetti with exceptional clams The waiter Michael and the chef Nicola made us feel at home....and we are now regular customers. Furthermore, my husband is vegetarian and there are always proposals for him and I thank you! We eat with a sea view....large and bright room with sea view. In front of the beach. excellent service. Excellent value for money. Parking in the area and in front. Highly recommended!

03/04/2025: Excellent in all aspects, and then there is Michael (I think it is written like this), with his courtesy he makes you feel at home. Acceptable prices, even if we took the pizza, but we will return for the first courses and the fried food.

25/04/2025: About 15 km away and about twenty minutes by car from Reggio Calabria, along the road that goes up along the Santagata river, we reach Cardeto, a delightful and characteristic town perched on the peaks of Aspromonte at about 700 meters above sea level, which with the evening lights appears to us like a nativity scene. Mountain aromas and flavors combined with the pleasant breeze that rises from the Fiumara valley. Genuine hospitality and traditions promise. Parking in the square with a few steps we are at the Supra e Sutta restaurant, welcomed by the kind owner and the chef, who put us at ease by welcoming us with kindness and friendliness. We are served with various and abundant appetizers, delicious first and second courses with local products and good wine. The waiters at the tables are willing and available. The interior is welcoming and heated. The cuisine was excellent and we definitely appreciated it and the quality/price ratio was excellent. A few minutes drive from Reggio Calabria we reached Cardeto, a delightful and characteristic village on the peaks of Aspromonte at about 700 meters above sea level, which with the evening lights, looks like a nativity scene. Air, scents and flavors of the mountains. Parking in the square we reached the Supra e Sutta restaurant, welcomed by the kind owner and the chef who made us feel at ease with a kind and cordial welcome. Served with various and abundant appetizers, first and second courses delicious with local products and good wine. The boys who serve at the tables are willing and available. Welcome and heated premises. Excellent cuisine and excellent value for money.

20/04/2025: The service was excellent as was the rustic cuisine, which was very varied. It is difficult to wake up not satisfied with what you have eaten and all at reasonable prices. Interesting location, I recommend dining upstairs.

Negative experience with the waiter, unfortunately very out of place, we were in a group and when I asked to order the second course, bored he approached and began with a "ma'am and if you have ordinary dinners come on, ca eu mi ndi vaiu" strictly in dialect with the haste of doing I don't know what and without delicacy, needless to say that I didn't even ask him for a bottle of water but I turned to the rest of the staff who were very kind and with manners unique, certainly more polite than their colleague, beyond this parenthesis, everything is very good and the owners very friendly.
