28/03/2024: Nice place . Wide assortment of furniture and everything you need for the home, office, etc. It's also nice to spend a day being able to eat good quality food inside.

I have often bought Ikea products, both for home and for the office, and I have always been satisfied, both with the products themselves and with the additional services (design, transport, assembly, customer assistance) obviously all in relation to the price paid.
This last premise is so true that it pushed me to choose them also for the complete furnishing of an apartment (living room/kitchen, hallway, bathroom and 2 bedrooms).
In light of what this last experience was, I would strongly advise against Ikea, and in particular this store, to anyone thinking of making large orders!
I won't go into detail about the problems/errors that occurred with my order (from the early stages) because;
1: this review wouldn't be enough to list them all;
2: I have already wasted a day doing this with customer support which proved to be ineffective.
Suffice it to say that after almost two months of waiting, today (delivery/assembly day), I find myself with a half-assembled kitchen and none (none) of the other rooms are 100% complete! One even at 0%!
Happy to reconsider this review if and when the situation resolves as I hope.

02/04/2024: Passing through Lanciano we decided to have dinner in this place and I must say that our choice was rewarded. The location is beautiful, the wait staff is professional and the kebabs prepared are good, accompanied by vegetables and focaccia... excellent value for money
02/04/2024: Restaurant with a chic but also ultra rustic atmosphere, the waiters were all young and very kind. The typical Abruzzo food is spectacular, especially the hand-made kebabs and the platter of cold cuts and cheeses, and don't miss the famous cacio e ovo pallotta. Prices in line with what the restaurant offers. We will definitely be back!

31/03/2024: We went for lunch at Easter and felt super pampered! Family atmosphere and many tasty dishes with many gluten free options. I finally had the chance to taste the gluten-free Easter cake! A heartfelt thanks also to all the staff, really kind and helpful! We will definitely be back
29/03/2024: Ristorante Civico 20 presents a contrasting experience. Although the quality of the food is appreciable, with tasty dishes that satisfy the palate, the ambience leaves much to be desired. The location appears neglected and messy, with Christmas lights on the ceiling and birthday balloons scattered around the room, creating a confusing and unwelcoming atmosphere. The service is decent but fails to compensate for the degradation of the environment. Despite a competitive price, the overall experience falls short of expectations.

01/04/2024: Very welcoming place especially the location which is its strong point, good starter but it could have been more abundant, the first of the two first courses that arrived was a twist of the fork but then with the arrival of the second course served by the friendly Martina it recovered. The mixed roast was very plentiful and cooked well, otherwise I gave it all 5 stars

04/04/2024: On busy days, orders are forgotten and very often you have to postpone them because perhaps due to the confusion they are unable to keep up with all the orders, but if you postpone them again with the tablet they will bring it to your table in a short time without problems. My favorite sushi in Lanciano.
18/03/2024: We visited the restaurant on Saturday and I must admit that the customer service was extremely bad, mainly thanks to one of the waiters who, as we were told was fasting (due to his religion) and was in a bad mood.
The Idea of placing orders via tablet is interesting and as we were there for the first time we didn't know how it works so ordered starters and mains at the same time (as you do in the restaurants).
After few minutes the waiter came to us waving the list of our orders and in very rude way told us that we ordered too many meals at once.
We apologized and thought that the problem was sorted, however that was just the beginning of very unpleasant situation. The plates were literally flying onto our table and we were unable to finish one dish before another 2 or 3 were delivered to us in a very rude manner.
The waiter's attitude towards us was arrogant and purposely dismissive.
When we asked him to slow down, he cancelled the rest of our order so we only received half of the dishes.
On the way out we tried to talk to the manager but we have been told that nothing can be done about the waiter as he is hungry (due to his fasting) and irritated.
We negotiated about 20% discount but the whole experience was really really unpleasant and we definitely won't come back there. If you are looking for a nice restaurant with relaxing atmosphere and high level of customer service avoid this place!

27/03/2024: An enchanting place, surrounded by greenery, the food is excellent and of good quality, the portions are generous, they serve an appetizer which is practically a second course!!! The waiters are kind and well-prepared, you can see that it's their job and they do it well, the owner is approachable and available, every time we're on holiday it's now a fixed stop, a truly highly recommended place!

01/04/2024: We went on Easter for lunch. Given that even very good restaurants sometimes give out inedible stuff during the holidays and that whoever manages to make people eat well at Easter and Christmas means that it is truly of great quality. This is the case of Ribot. Delicious first courses and starters and quality meat (which is rare especially during holidays). Compliments!
31/03/2024: Best restaurant in Lanciano for quality, hospitality and service. Excellent products and superlative meat quality. Friendly service, very good welcome in the room; the girl who serves the tables is very kind and always with a smile.
The fillet is highly recommended.
The only flaw: twice we were served wine brought to the table already uncorked and we were not allowed to taste it or ask if it was okay.
However I will return. Prices are above average but 110% worth it!!
