09/03/2025: Panini fantastici nell'abbinamento di gusto e consistenza, personale sumpatico e disponibile. Il locale è piccolo ma vale sicuramente l'attesa. La prossima volta proveremo le piadine!

10/02/2025: Ti servono gentilmente anche se arrivi alle 14 …locale stile valdostano dove abbiamo gustato un buon tagliere di salumi della zona , mentre il dolce , era un bonet , di quelli che compro anch’io al supermercato ( marca Elena per la precisione ) . Servizio rapido , conto equo

03/03/2025: Entriamo per un aperitivo, pago 25€ per un ottimo gin tonic e uno spritz, nulla da dire sulle bevande. Aspetto portino qualcosa in accompagnamento, poi dopo dieci minuti di attesa mi alzo e chiedo, mi dicono che volendo potrei avere o patatine o arachidi aggiungendo due euro… no comment Piuttosto alzate ulteriormente i prezzi e fornite un accompagnamento, così fate sentire il cliente preso in giro. Non tornerò più , ci sono altri posti migliori a Cervinia .

18/01/2025: Ero stato circa 2 anni fa in questo bel locale, tipico, accogliente e caldo,insomma proprio una casa di montagna,dove i prezzi elevati erano abbastanza giustificati da un adeguato servizio,purtroppo ci sono ritornato recentemente e sono rimasto allibito dalla squallida gestione che ha tenuto i prezzi sempre elevati ( il classico e vergognoso spela turisti), a scapito di un servizio inesistente, per dirla in breve non esiste il servizio al tavolo e nonostante avessimo speso 64€ per 4 gin tonic, ci hanno fatto pagare 2€ per un sacchettino di patatine. Nei paraggi c’è di molto meglio !!!!

20/04/2025: Se la qualità è uguale alla cortesia penso che ci siano due ragioni per non entrare in questo locale. Ero seduto alla fine della giornata all'esterno dove non c'era nessuno perché attendevo una persona che era in bagno all'interno, il proprietario chi per lui mi ha lanciato un fischio e mi ha detto di alzarmi oppure prendere una birra, è evidente che in questo locale non tornerò anche se sciare a Valtournenche mi ha dato ben altre soddisfazioni... Questa la mia recensione con una stella!

25/01/2025: The location could not have been better. It's a two to three minute almost flat walk to the main chairlift in the mornings but in the evenings you can ski much closer, leaving a 30 second walk to the hotel door. It's right by all of the main bars, restaurants, shops and lifts in Cervinia. The rooms are nice and I really appreciated all the little things they did, like providing hand warmers, a tray for my snow covered shows to dry in and the pocket tissues. There's no fridge but the window shelf makes an excellent alternative. I was staying there with Inghams with half board so the next section may differ for you if this isn't what you're doing. The breakfast was basic but in my opinion spot on for someone who loves skiing. It was healthy with lots of fruit, muesli, yoghurt, fruit juice as well as bread and cold cuts with cheese. The coffee could have been better. Dinner was very varied and decent in terms of flavour. Mostly primi and secondi as you can imagine but they had a really excellent pizza night from the connected restaurant. The best thing about the hotel was the people, especially the family (I'm presuming here) that ran the place. They were really friendly, decent hard working people and I'm very grateful for the effort they went to to make sure I had a great holiday. If you are staying with Inghams, their rep Oana is amazing. She sent us all daily WhatsApp updates with the snow conditions, along with guides, tips and suggested ski itineraries. I've read the bad reviews. They're not deserved.

09/09/2024: Gluten Free / Celiac / Gluten Free Very nice room Perfect location Before arriving I asked the property if they had gluten-free alternatives for breakfast and they said yes, once it was time for breakfast I could eat fruit, crackers, madeleines, fruit juices and jams.

26/12/2023: Cibo buono ma abbiamo avuto un problema con un cameriere scortese , prepotente e arrogante , abbiamo chiesto solo informazioni sul menu e lui rispondeva con aria scocciata evidenziando i prezzi….. veramente da vergognarsi . In più ho lasciato la mangia alla ragazza che serviva ma purtroppo quella mancia non gli è arrivata perché se la è intascata il cameriere…. Complimenti!!!!

20/02/2025: Il Cafe Des Guides è situato nel centro storico di Valtournenche nella piazza del Comune. È dotato di una grande terrazza dall quale si gode un bellissimo panorama. Il personale è gentile e i cocktail sono eccezionali per quantità e qualità . Da segnalare la birra rossa alla spina, eccezionale. I prezzi sono onesti. Il proprietario gentilissimo . Consigliato vivamente!

13/04/2025: Wow! They change their menu every day. Every dish we ate was fantastic!!! We were there two evenings in a row because it was so good!!

10/08/2024: Nous sommes allés dans ce restaurant après avoir consulté TripAdvisor! Quelle déception!! Les avis sont anciens et tout a bien changé apparemment!! Bistecca alla valdostana vraiment pas alla Valdostana!!!! J’habite en France mais mes origines sont valdôtaines et je connais parfaitement la cuisine de la région! Le fromage très mince sur le steack, pas de beurre, pas cette fontine bien fondue et appétissante à la sortie du four juste une fine tranche sur un morceau de viande poêlé vite fait!! La carbonade: un désastre!! Hyper sec et dur!! Nous avons arrêté les frais là et n’avons pas insisté pour le dessert! Le chef en cuisine est français… alors il aurait dû prendre des cours de cuisine valdôtaine. Heureusement l’accueil par le patron est très sympa, gracieux… c’est bien mais ça ne régale pas nos papilles!! Nous ne reviendrons pas et surtout parlerons autour de nous (dans la région) de cette mauvaise expérience.

03/02/2025: Nonostante non avessimo la prenotazione e il locale fosse pieno di gente , il personale ci ha accolti con la massima disponibilità , sono riusciti con un po’ di pazienza a trovarci un tavolo. Ristorante caldo, accogliente, pulito e caratteristico con un po’ di originalità. Cucina ottima , gustosa e tipica. Personale preparato cordiale e veloce. Una nota di merito in più, va fatta perché vengono accolti con gentilezza anche i cani ( questo fa la differenza su altri locali dove non sono accettati ) e viene ,se possibile ,dato un tavolo più laterale per comodità . Grazie a voi abbiamo passato una bella serata. Torneremo!!

03/03/2024: Very disappointing experience, the food was quite bland and our main course was overcooked and tough to eat. The staff didn’t seem too concerned when we sent the food back. I would avoid this restaurant and eat in the town centre, the food there is much tastier and a fraction of the price.
